If I was lucky enough to win the lottery I wouldn't keep buying lottery tickets because I don't believe I would get that lucky twice. That is right. According to behavioral science if there is a positive reward when a behavior is exhibited, it will be repeated again and again. However in the case of this man, I don't know if he does it methodically (every two years) or if he buys the lottery ticket at random.
