Most gamblers that get lucky with gambling go broke after a certain period of time because they don't focus on making investments. It's hard to find gamblers that won huge amounts of money and also able to stay rich permanently. The money didn't come through hard work so they spend it lavishly forgetting that it's an opportunity and they can't always get lucky. It's good to know that this person actually has a plan of making different investments. One thing is to have a plan another thing is to make sure that those plans are executed. Gambling isn't a way to secure wealth having an investment is the only way to achieve This.

Definitely, I will continue buying lotto tickets as long as I am using only the amount of money that I can afford to lose. The most important thing is that you have invested the money, and that will generate more funds for you. It's if you start gambling irresponsible, because you are eager win big again is when you will ruin up the achievement you have gotten with your huge win. 
It is more easier to say than done, I must remind you that winning brings lots of excitement, and over confident where we get to feel that we are getting things right by being on a right track not knowing luck came on our side, am not saying one can not stop gambling at winning a jackpot, but yeah it may not really seem easy as said. However, it is a wise decision for anyone to quite gambling after winning such a huge jackpot but humans want can be insatiable, greed which of course has it's rewards. Don't get too excited about this news, because if this one person is this so lucky think about the massive losses happening to other people, my first rule is never to think that it can't happen to me.
If I have to do some calculation, I will probably be one of those people losing money to gambling, because what this person won is that 1% of winning chance in gambling, brother this is extremely hard to come by.
Instead I will rather focus on myself, I could be lucky one day too but I don't have to focus my mind on this, or else it will lead to greed.

I think this might be very difficult for some people to handle. For some people who may be privileged to have win severally because of the good luck they have come across several time it may just change their reasoning thinking that winning is very easy and they might be tempted to play more with the money they have won believing they can still win more. When one wins a reasonable amount in gambling it is better to channel that money into something else that can generate good income instead of investing same money in gambling. One can still continue to play with amount they can afford to lose but it shouldn't be the money that was won through gambling.

Gambling or jackpot is something that has to do with luck and if a man won twice and never utilized the money and became poor it shows that such person would hardly do something productive for himself because they are not that focused to utilized or invest in the money into something yielding.What was he thinking not to invest his money leading him to start begging for money, because he thought chances and possibilities are there for him to win again but it doesn't work that way, if you have a chance of winning and it is huge enough there should be a sign of investment to seal up your winning.
To be honest, he is very lucky. In a span of 3 years, winning this heavy amount, and that too with the lottery, is really unbelievable. Somewhere I feel jealous about him for his extremely bright luck. If I were in his place, then definitely I would invest some of the portion from the winning money to buy the lotteries again. Who knows if I will again become lucky for the third time? Moreover, you cannot say anything about the luck until and unless you have tried your luck. if i am able to win $5m i dont think if i can be able to continue gambling anymore. as that will increase the level of my addiction. there are folks who tried to gamble after a big win and end up getting addicted, thereby losing all the money they have won. winning such amount is enough to start up a small business that can be quite helpful than still risking it.A very lucky and very responsible person.

If the man can win lottery two times, that means he will continue to buy ticket even if he use the money to establish a very good business. If I win $5 million lottery, I do not think I can buy lottery ticket any longer.

He is a very lucky user because this does not happen to people often and it might not happen to him again therefore if I was in his situation, I will invest the money just as he has decided but would not waste my time trying to get lucky again because it would not happen again. It is already a miracle that he won twice therefore what I will do with the money is to start a small business that can help me to get steady flow of income and I will then use the money gotten from the business to keep reinvesting into my business until I have a very good businesses that I can depend on to give me money frequently without relying on gambling. There are some people that are just lucky but alot of them waste all their money when they get it.

I don’t see what’s stopping me if I can be able to make informed decisions and investments like he has done. From the first win, you could find that the gambler happened to have invested in needs that could sure last a lifetime and even in the second win, he already has plans set to utilize his wins in the best way possible as he sees it which isn’t exactly a bad place to look in an investment or spending some of those fortune his got.
Hope he adds Bitcoin investment to the menu and year, his being rewarded by gambling for making informed decisions.
He's such a lucky man and since he has invested his money in some good assets, it wouldn't be a bad idea if he continues buying the lottery tickets but he shouldn't focus much on it again as he has already made some wealth for himself so investing more on things that the proceeds are guaranteed will be more preferable. At some point some people get lucky and even if you get lucky it is not everyday that is Christmas when you win twice there is a point you will get to that you will actually lose money, just that when you enjoy gambling even if you lose you will not want to give, and there is no explanation that will be given to someone that is addicted that they will listen, and the idea of winning and investing somewhere is actually very okay but the problem now is that when you are doing any investment there a have to be limitations so that you don't start using the capital to want to gamble more the better a decision is made that you won't temper with the investment money the lesser the issue.

I will be fine with a million dollars, the rest can be shared among some motherless babies homes around the globe, this is just my own opinion, mind you, I won't dare compare myself to this fellow, this kind of luck is very rare and there is a higher chances that I will fail.
This whole outcome is good for him but we are all thinking about the result and not how many people who wanted to win the same thing or way, the chances are very slim and congrats to him, if he used the money well, this could be a generational break through.

The guy became so happy that he couldn't control his emotions.
A user in the comments said jokingly that the channel that asked him to recreate the scene might say that since they asked him to redo it, it's them who won the prize and not him, and somehow believe they could do it, especially if they gave him the money to buy that ticket and scratch it only for the video they were making. I hope he got the money himself and the channel didn't take it from him.
We may not be able to get the same results as that person, even if we buy more lottery tickets to bet on our lucky numbers. This is the most difficult type of gambling to win, we bet on our lucky numbers from thousands of possible numbers that will come out every day.

I also did a mental calculation in my head of what those two winnings would amount to in my local currency. That's a huge sum of money. It runs close to 10 billion. Such luck is very rare to get. Lucky chap anyway, I must confess.
