Let me do some studying on everything tonight, and I will join you on IRC tomorrow. Then I will have you something in the next couple of days to review.

i want help, and get help, and want more, but need to be well informed about the product (and more)

I am not involved with this project in anyway, however I do hold a large position that keeps growing. I keep adding on the dips. And I will not be selling for quite some time, I feel the project is worth at least $3 a token as of right now. And I advise others to not accept anything less either. Unless you only want to make a small amount after fees. Think about the real possibilities that are here. You sell for pennies now, and have to buy back in later at a higher price.

If ohad needs any help with the writing of the white paper I will be more than happy to do it for him. Or at least translating it into words investors want to hear. I will send him something in a couple of days that would be considered a white paper for this project. Whether he chooses to use it or expand on it change it in anyway will be up to him. I know he doesn't need the help, and probably doesn't want it. But I will send it to him either way, and if he wants to edit it and let me re-edit it that's fine too.

I'm willing to assist in anyway to protect and grow my investment.

thanks, i do develop the theory of tau and the whitepaper (and the website) with more people. they're just not programmers. one cannot infer a single bit of information about the project before sticking around the irc for quite some time

we appreciate you because you are:
-honest
-hardworking
-modest

and undoubtedly smart. However, had Einstein taken Hilbert's help, he would have produced his theory of spacetime and relativity a lot quicker (for example). Things happened to work out Einstein's way, but had others seen Einstein's work and published it as their own, there could have been little done in the meantime by Einstein.

I believe there is a small community of devs who are suddenly interested in helping you with the project because of its potential. The pump on bittrex brought it to many people's attention.

Some simple requests from someone who believes in the potential of your ideas:

- An updated, modern website (I know this has been mentioned before). This is perhaps the most trivial part of it all.
- Hiring of 1-2 talented devs whom you trust fully.

This will take a lot of weight off your shoulders and accelerate development. I fear that your ideas might not be adopted even when you release the product simply because of the long release times and lack of public outreach through modern communication systems. By far, these are the most trivial aspects of your project, but they happen to be important in today's world.
From what I understand about nomic games, active participation of users is necessary for its growth and success. A knowledge graph cannot be built without contributors. I fear contributors might never arrive because of the current situation.

Can we set up a slack?

the bottleneck is only me having time to finish the paper and the alpha. it takes time becaue i'm not smart at all, far to mention smart enough. the alpha itself is a collaborative development platform

Thank you for replying to me regarding ohad's plan. Of course, like many people here, I think the concept is super cool.

Few questions:

- Product is tentatively ready to be released in 2017. What are the bottlenecks?
- Are you (newf, cointalk) also devs involved in the project?
- I have never heard of a project where a single dev works on the entire development. It is always a collaborative process because one coder can make many mistakes. Ohad is the only dev working on the project. Why haven't others started working with him? What is slowing progress?

- I have looked at ohad's questions on mathoverflow and they do not seem to strike me to be of a sufficiently high level to warrant the title of "genius" surrounding the man. Undoubtedly, ohad is smart and hardworking, but to achieve a project of this level would take the minds of many to do properly. I want the project to succeed. Where do you see the innovations going without smart, efficient execution.

Is ohad planning on being the sole dev for time immemorial? Will new devs be hired as the project grows in scope?

Hi didn't guarantee, but mentioned that he hope the Alpha will be ready in 2017.
I know Ohad for long time. He is fully dedicated to this project.
Now that the sale is over he will allocate 100% of his time to develop Tau.

Will there be a product ready to be tested by the end of the year? (December).
A yes or no would suffice, so I can decide when to invest.

Unfortunately there is over 100 pages so 100% due diligence is hard to do.

i published long ago several times (at least +1y ago) that there's enough money to fulfill all promises.

The only thing people needed to know is you don't have to raise anymore money. You don't want to raise any more money.

i believe that the potential market of agoras is trillions given wide adoption of the product. is tens or hundreds more than the potential market of any other crypto project.
can think of it the following way: i got a world war here because i dont want to sell anymore coins.

then i can decide to refund 100% of the tentative sale and everyone will be happy because i keep my word, according to your logic

Ohad do you believe the current value on the open market is lower than it should be?

As long you are believer that the valuation is low for the future, I will keep buying more.


And people should realize that there is a big difference in a correction and consolidation.

If ohad agrees the valuation is currently to low for what he is building this is just a consolidation period in the market. If he feels like the price right now is a fair valuation then this is indeed a correction. Because the price has corrected back to it's real value. Imo this has been a consolidation period since Bitcoin traders took their weekend profits. Chart has made new support levels which is healthy in trading. RSI is still saying it's oversold.

Re: the tentative sale,  I'm still hoping to be able to let my funds stay invested in this project, as it is brilliant and potentially revolutionary. But also, recognizing that this is a very risky project, and we are extremely reliant on trusting you for all aspects of it, I will ask for a full refund if the June pricing isn't upheld. This is because I wouldn't be able to trust you to keep your word.  

If you are willing to uphold your written June prices, then a few further questions should be made explicitly clear in writing:

• What is the deadline (date, time timezone) for the tentative sale participants to let you know if they want their BTC refunded?
• What is the price for immediately available IDNI AGRS unlocked tokens?
• Are you upholding the June bulk purchase discount rates (as % discount from price above)?
• What is the exact discount for tentative sale participants who opt to lock their tokens?
• What event or date will cause you to unlock and issue the locked tokens?
