Sounds just like what she did svlitona to beat her. Gave her no chance in the second set.
But as the previous couple of posts said before womens tennis is predicted on which way the winds blows.
So very unpredictable on who wins from the first round all the way to the finals.

I know and most of the people will go with Kvitova because of her ranking and experience. Bookies are also considering Kvitova as favorite. I just checked in PaddyPower the odds are:

15/8 for Bencic and 2/5 for Kvitova.
So, without any doubt Kvitova is favorite.

I dont know how people can predict who would win with these type of players which is very inconsistent compared to the ATP.

I read reports saying the she really grew tired in the second sets and that she is getting cramps and then his achilles started to flare up that's why she can't get a good serve. Make sense since this is a very fast court. Anyways, not taking anything from Bencic, she really did play well in that match, that's why its really hard to pick which one is going to win in the semis.

Quite inconsistent isn't suitable for WTA tennis lol. Even coin toss can be better predicted than women's tennis match , well that is because the stamina required is a bit less compared to mens and that puts them on equal terms to win if they play their shots right.

I notice with WTA tennis the matches are quite inconsistent because with Halep losing she is ranked very high on the world of tennis but loses to a relatively unknown player. Undecided

I know this happens in the ATP too but not as much as in the womens matches.
I rarely bet on womens tennis for this fact. Roll Eyes

It seems that she has lost her way badly since late last year, even in the match against Serena Williams in the AO she fought back from being one set down and having all the momentum but lost it in the third set so she needs to get that winning mentality back again asap or it could be a tough year for her. Its a shame to see as she is a great player with a lot of fight but then fades away when she is in front.

So let's see how the other side on the bracket tomorrow. I still think that Halep will overcome Bencic in 3 sets.
