That's what we have been talking about Nick since last year. He really has the potential to be number but he needs to change a lot specially his attitude, but a win is a win and we can't take anything away from him. He was down or saved three match points and win against Rafa. Well there was some instances wherein he wanted to quit and then verbally telling the crowd to shut up, LOL, typical Nick. But the needs to mature, otherwise it will be another wasted talent in the center court.

Did anyone just see the epic match between Nadal and Kyrgios? I'm still amazed at what just happened in this 3+ hour match. Kyrgios showed what he is capable of when he is in top form coming from 3-6 down in the third set tiebreak and saving three match points to beat Nadal 3-6, 7-6, 7-6 to reach the quarter finals in Acapulco. I just wish Kyrgios plays like this all the time and like I said in previous posts I'm hoping that it is this year he finally gets his mentality right because he has shown that he can beat the best and can potentially be one of the greatest players.

I am not into this matches however I will be waiting for Federer vs Verdasco and Coric vs Berdych. May be I will think of risking some money too just not sure right now.

Just fininshed watcing the roger federer match and he was having trouble with verdasco for some reason. But ended up winning the match with a Fedex special at the end. Grin

Nishikori losing was a surprise and everyone was in shock with the poland player winning. He must be still having troubles with his back to lose to a low ranked player like hurkacz.
Next up is coric against berdych and after seeing berdych having problems in his previous match yesterday I would expect coric to win this late round of tournament.

You were right about Coric as he won his match against Berdych after losing the first set 1-6 but then fought back strong to win the second set 6-1 and the third set was a close one with both Men fighting to get the win but Coric came out on top winning the tie break 7-4. That is one match I wouldn't of liked betting on as it was up and down through out the match.

I'm looking forward to the Hurkacz v Tsitsipas after Hurkacz upset Nishikori in the last match, can he pull off another big upset and win against Tsitsipas? I'm thinking not as I actually think Tsitsipas will go onto winning the tournament.

Albot defeated Evans 3-6, 6-3, 7-6 (7), he saved three match points in the decider tie-break to win. I would say that he is another giant killer in this tournament as he take down Steve Johnson (4) and and Nick Kyrgios. Anyways, I would say that this is just a minor tournament that's why upsets do happen.

Evans is looking like he will take this match and win the finals.
I was temped to bet on isner when they played but something told me there would be an upset and it happened.
Daniel evans won the last 5 matches he played and nothing seems to be stopping his progress now.
Being ranked just under 150th in the ATP this win should lower his standings on the world stage.

Evans double faulted on his last serve so he lost the match when being up 4 to 1 at the beginning of the tiebreak set.
He made a good run but Albot is a tough player and won a little bit on his game.

The Delray Beach tournament final between Evans and Albot has been great so far with both Men playing well. The match is into the third set with both Men so far holding their serve. I'm thinking Evans will win as he has been in good form since the start of the tournament and even upset Isner in the semi-final.

WE are still waiting on the big guns to return to action on the Men's side however there is a tournament going on in the US where there is a few known players playing and the match going on right now between Evans and Isner is a good one as Evans might cause an upset leading in the 3rd set 5-3 and is currently serving for the match. This is to make the final in the Delray Beach tournament.

Sounds just like what she did svlitona to beat her. Gave her no chance in the second set.
But as the previous couple of posts said before womens tennis is predicted on which way the winds blows.
So very unpredictable on who wins from the first round all the way to the finals.

I know and most of the people will go with Kvitova because of her ranking and experience. Bookies are also considering Kvitova as favorite. I just checked in PaddyPower the odds are:

15/8 for Bencic and 2/5 for Kvitova.
So, without any doubt Kvitova is favorite.
