I am a bit surprised by the manner in which Pujara and the others got out, but this is still a test match and there is a long way to go before deciding on who the winner will be. Am still confident in the Indian batsmen and bowlers and I am still expecting an easy win.
I like how Roach got Pujara's wicket, it was good setup. Kohli was looking in good touch but Gabriel outplayed him. For me too India is still fav. because this pitch is not deadly for Batsmen, they just need to spend some time and move forward according to session.
But i can't deny that Indian Top order lost the first battle against the seam bowlers.
Just checked the score and already they are three wickets down? Virat also gone for 9, Pujara 2, Agarwal 9...Now only hope is Pant and Jadeja. Looks like the first innings will end for 150 runs or less today and we may see WI chasing them down too. WI did good choosing to field first.
Pant and Jadeja? If Rahane and KL Rahul got out, rest of the player will not be able to get 100 nore run to the score unless miracle happen. I don't know much about Hanuma Biahri though.
If the situation demands, Hanuma Vihari can set up a tent on the pitch. He's good batsman according to Test standards. IMHO India could touch 250 runs even from this stage. Windies fast bowlers are good, but they can't bowl 90 over quota alone, that's where Indian middle and Lower order should play sensibly, windies spinners and part-timers are not that effective as their fast bowlers are.
Indians need to watch out short spell of fast bowlers.
Jadeja, with batting, is more suitable for one day and t20, for test, I don't think he is a good batsman.
Don't take Sir Jadeja lightly

, his average is around 32 in the Test match with 1 Century. pretty good numbers for No-8 Batsman.
