Bangladesh vs India 2nd Test match between these two countries has been tossed. Now Bangladesh has come to the field to bat. The match is being held at Sher Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka. We have to see how Bangladesh will play on their own ground. It seems that Bangladesh will not be able to win this match with India in any way. The problem is the players in Pakistan have made good names for themselves. But they are often failing to perform consistently and also fail to perform against bigger opponents. That is not good enough for them. I don’t know if Pakistan is going to play well against New Zealand. I think New Zealand is superior compared to Pakistan in test cricket. Especially the way Pakistan has played test cricket in this series, they have made it hard for people to trust themselves.
Pakistan is a team that is stronger in the limited overs format, when compared to the test format. The case with New Zealand is just the opposite. They are one of the strongest test teams in the world right now and were the winners of the inaugural ICC World Test Championship. Pakistan will be having the home advantage and that may prove to be the deciding factor. The two test matches will be played in Karachi and Multan, where the surfaces are more conductive to spin bowling. And New Zealand doesn't have a quality spin bowler, ever since the retirement of Daniel Vettori.

Pakistan batsmen are good enough. But the batsmen cannot perform well against the big teams in the national team. At the end of the day the entire Pakistan team depends on Babar Azam's performance. If Babar Azam does not perform well, it becomes very difficult for Pakistan to collect big. And if Pakistan can't reduce such dependence on Babar then they will face bigger problems in future. They will also lose against teams like Bangladesh, Sri Lanka or Afghanistan.
What's the point of having good batsmen in the team when they can't perform against the big teams? I am looking forward to Bangladesh vs India's second test match. Undoubtedly, India is a much stronger team than Bangladesh in the Test format. But since Bangladesh won the ODI series, they are very confident now. And the important thing is that the match will be held in Mirpur. Mirpur pitch is lucky for Bangladesh. And Bangladesh always performs well in Mirpur.
If India wants to win the second Test match, they will have to be very careful with their squad selection. The squad should be formed keeping in mind the pitch conditions. If they dominate the pace bowlers on a spin-friendly pitch they will not be able to beat Bangladesh.
In this test match, I do not expect anything special from Bangladesh in terms of their performance. My belief is that Bangladesh is not at the level where they can actually challenge India on the field because they just aren't there yet. In the context of test cricket, at least. This is confirmed because current authorities are not happy with his aggressive approach against India specially while he talks about not sending team to India for the world cup and now another thing gone against him with his new comments about Peshawar which create mess up and many other peoples also feeling not happy about his these comments and third reason Pakistan have first whitewash in their test cricket history which is also going against his poor policies even he was not engaged in pitches but mostly feeling things are not going good specially change of government is also having big impact.

The changing of the chairman of PCB, I think this should not effect on team performance.
By the way you are right on some points. The only one person can't do everything. If every player will play his role than the team will give a good performance at all. The management has some weak points which should be fxed as soon as possible.
Is this confirmed? I heard rumors that Rameez Raja may be replaced with Najam Sethi as the chairman of the PCB. It will have no immediate impact on the performance of the Pakistan team, but in the long term I don't think that it will be beneficial for the growth of grassroots cricket in Pakistan. Sethi is like old wine in new bottle. He will once again bring nepotism and bias to Pakistani cricket. Rameez on the other hand was the one who rescued the finances of PCB, by coming up with deals with various media corporations. By the way you are right on some points. Najam Sethi is the new chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board. At least that’s what I am hearing from Google. And obviously, Pakistan is not willing to keep someone in authority who is consistently taking a stand against India.
I just don’t understand why the Pakistan Cricket Board does not show any balls. If you don’t have any authority over anything, how can you expect to be respected? If you tolerate everything, you stand for nothing. They did try to make a name for themselves and they were getting some success when Imran Khan was president of Pakistan. However, things are not looking very positive for them.

The new PCB chairman, Najam Sethi, is a journalist and is given this position just because of his services to the current ruling party. Ramiz Raja may rightly be removed, but appointing Sethi as new PCB chairman will do no good to Pakistan cricket. Ramiz should have resigned by the time government was changed in April this year.
Pakistan cricket team needs someone to boost thier morale and improve their weaknesses because Pakistan is a very strong team and just poor batting is ruining everything for them as we have seen in recent test series.

Tomorrow again India and Bangladesh teams will face each other to play the 2nd Test match. The last Test match was held at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chattogram. Tomorrow's match will be at the Shere Bangla National Stadium, Dhaka where India lost the ODI series against Bangladesh. Many feel that India may not get the advantage they got in Chittagong in the last test. But I don't think so. Indian team is in good form that they can win the 2nd Test match with having large distance. Shubman Gill and Pujara will perform well in the next match as well.

Every team has drawbacks. Every team has some mismanagements. Every team has some players who need more practice.
We can't say anything or can't underestimate or can't set a mind about the team. Because anytime any team can perform well and can eliminate their major issues.
A small team can win from a big team if it play well and has good management.
All teams have some weak points, we all know that. But we have been seeing this for a long time because of the weakness of the Pakistan team's batting line-up. The last few years have seen the team depend on the performances of Babar and Rizwan. Apart from these two batsmen, no player is able to collect runs regularly. And Pakistan's management is failing to solve it. Since we have been seeing this problem for a long time, I would say it is the failure of Pakistan's management. It is because of their management failure that they are performing so badly.We can't say anything or can't underestimate or can't set a mind about the team.
