Everyone excited for this huge primetime game of my Chicago Bears versus the Washington Commanders  Cheesy.  I mean talk about a snooze fest.  The only reason it's kind of exciting for me is because at this point I'm rooting hardcore for losses, that way we've got a chance at Caleb Williams next year.  If the season ended today, the Bears would have both the #1 and #2 picks (we got Carolinas #1 pick for next year in the trade for this past years #1 pick).

I shall gamble on the game though to make it more fun.  Not sure how yet though.

I know the giants have one win but they are going to give the bears a fighting chance for that #1 spot lol.  There are always a couple fluke games one way or another.  If the giants landed there they'd have to trade the pick for a haul of picks and players.  They just paid $160mil to jones no way they can get out from under that contract.

Maybe one of these years NY teams will smarten up and build a line.

Honestly in the last 4 years the giants spent more 1st through 3rd round picks in the draft than any other team.  They paid nate solder from the Patriots who flopped, it's just unbelievable how much they swing and miss.  Theor line has been brutal ever since the 2007 and 2011 SB years.  They actually just sign Justin Pugh to their practice squad who they drafted in the 1st back in 2013 lol.  It's bad..

I am terrible at Fantasy Football!!!
Looking at 0-4 staring right at me, my ff season might be over before Halloween!  Wierd how some leagues ypu lead and others ypu can't squeeze out a single win lol.  Big night for the giants they can't fall to 1-3 to start the year if they want a shot at the end.  Gonna be a close game buy giants missing Andrew Thomas still which hurts since their line is probably the worst in the league.

I am 1-3 but I have the same attitude as yours hehehe. Cooper Kupp might help my team's record, however, it appears that 5 weeks with out him is too much. Much time has passed already unless some of the leaders of the league also have their own losing streaks.
When your first round pick does not work out then you are in trouble, especially if the number of teams on the league is on the high side since you will be hard-pressed to find any decent replacement on the waiver wire or in free agency, in my case Ekeler’s injury threw a wrench in my plans since he is probably going to return until week 6, meaning he has been out for 4 weeks, and while a good player he is clearly not worth the first round pick I used to pick him.

Dude tell me about it. In this league I had a squad but losing Chubb obviously crushed me, then when Aaron Rodgers went down, that completely destroyed Garrett Wilson's value for the rest of the season.  I dropped 120+ points this week, but of course I play against the team that dropped 170 something, which is just insane.

Man, Breece Hall last year, Chubb this year..the fantasy god's aren't with lol

Yeah injuries are brutal, especially when they are your top picks.  I was targeting Wilson as well, was thinking he was going to get devote adams type targets every week.  When Rodgers likes a wide out he sticks em.  I have no excuse my team just sucks 😅

There are a couple in our league that are not in the discord. Suchmoon is 1, not sure who the other is maybe Morvillz7z. I have Hurts for trade, looking for 1 of these 2 combos RB+TE or RB+WR. I will not consider less than this for a qb that averages 25-30 points per week.

Send proposals here on discord or through the league.

Yahoo is killing me, everyone knows Ekeler will not play today at least since Friday, but yahoo still had him listed as doubtful even 15 minutes before the matched started, so I could not place Ekeler on IR and had to drop Jaylen Warren which was supposed to be my insurance in the case Najee Harris got injured or the Steelers decided to give Warren the starting job over Harris, so I had no option to go through it anyway as I was not playing TE Schultz with the abysmal performance he gave last week.

In other words, to look for Jaylen Warren on the waiver this week.  Smiley  Tough luck that you had to drop a guy you didn't want to, but it's not Yahoo's fault, the Chargers had to officially rule him out first. Speaking of the Chargers, i honestly believe Brandon Staley is a bad coach who should be fired as soon as possible. Going on 4th and 1 in their own half with 3 minutes to go vs. first-ever-start rookie QB....i understand there are analytics and whatnot, but this was an awful decision that could have cost them the game.

All matchups in our league look decided, maybe the battle of the 0-3 teams may come close if Waller has a solid game, but can you really trust Danny Dimes in prime time?

I'm 3-1 in all leagues, no new injuries, and the teams look great going forward. I wish every week was like that. #thisistheyear Lol

Was it really holding on Valdes-Scantling? These referees sometimes they appear to manipulate the game. Much of them might be on someone's payroll hehehe. This is the same reason why I have stopped watching the NBA. You cannot prove the game is being manipulated through the referees, however, your intuition is telling you that in some games, it is being manipulated.

In any case, it was a good performance for the Jets and they will be against the Broncos. They might win this after witnessing Wilson's confidence vs. the Chiefs.

Already in week 3, man time flies when you're having fun.  I didn't end up betting anything yesterday as I just had no idea how that game was going to turn out.  I thought with Aaron Jones and Watson back, that it would make it a competitive game, but that sure wasn't.

My fantasy season isn't going well, but my betting is going pretty decently.  Watch these all fail, but here's my picks for the week..

Broncos vs Bears taking Denver at -3.5

Browns vs Ravens taking Cleveland at -1

Bengals vs Titans taking Bengals IF Burrow plays -2.5

Seahawks vs Giants taking Seattle at -1.5

What can you say on the Miami Dolphins vs. Buffalo Bills? The Bills is -3, however, the Dolphins might make this a type of game where they might not care for their defense and make this a very overwhelming offensive strategy. The Dolphins defense might not be very good but it is the leader in pass yards per game and rush yards per game after 3 weeks of this season.

James Cook might win week 4 for me vs. Eli-2 Brady-0 hehehe.

I hope James Cook forgets his jersey at home and can't play lol!  Honestly I'm riding the Miami train here.  That offense is explosive AND they're getting waddle back.  Gimme Dolphins 34-24 with the win.  Team is too fast to contain.  Now that I said that I fully expect the bills to win by 50 lol.

Just finished watching the Jags / Falcons game at Wembley Stadium in London. A few observations:

- The entire crowd (pretty much) stood up for the national anthem; that was nice. They did sing along with their own anthem, which immediately followed.

- The fans will wear jerseys from all teams to the game... There were more Jags and Falcons jerseys than others of course, but I noticed even last year in these international games you'll see a whole mix of different jerseys: Patriots, Cowboys, Packers, Dolphins, you name it. They probably just wear the jersey they own to the team because its an American Footie game so its appropriate.

- The crowd likes to sing random songs during the game... I couldn't make out what they were singing but the announcers knew. Maybe they do it when they start to get bored or something.

I can't help but think these games increase the number of international fans -- they're a great introduction to the sport, which is way better than soccer or cricket.

Also my pick for this week is Chiefs -8. Sounds high (moved up from the opening of -7.5), but I think they can do it.

I threw aaron jones in my one league only to have Lafleur give him 5 touches.  Coming off injury why would you even play him 1 snap if that's all you were going to give him.  I hate injury reports, I guess I shoukd have figured give him a week back first before I start him.  Got saquon on a q injury but plays Monday night.  No clue how to play this one.

Yeah the silver lining for anyone going up against me is - I don't have a QB.

This is the first year I can remember where alot of the expected decent QB's are shit.

Burrows ,Danny Dimes, Trevor Lawrence and Justin Fields come immediately to mind.
