I think Binance remains the best exchange. In addition to good volumes, the exchange continues to develop. They have their own coin. There is a decentralized exchange on its own blockchain. Futures contracts will be launched soon. I think these are very good results for the exchange.
I believe binance is still the best, looking at the market dominance and gaining of public trusts. We can see the extent of public trust in their token called BNB. It increases in value and sometimes it enjoys a relative stability which shows how much the public trust the exchange.
Many investors believe in Binance for several reasons. One reason is that Binance guarantees the security of customers' funds from hackers and replaces them if that happens. In addition, with a large transaction volume, Binance can always affect the price of tokens and make the tokens listed in Binance prices go up
BNB is more of a good reason.
Lucky to those who bought it in cents and are now using it as transaction fee for almost a freebie with everything they will do in Binance.

If we talk about real volumes - I strongly recommend looking at BitWise reports or some truly ratings.

Hello friends, I want to ask about the most widely used exchanges for daily trading. Is Binance the best or Bitmax? Give your reason, aside from the volume. Nice to wait for your opinion here.
For now, Binance is still the most popular cryptocurrency exchange in the world. However, Binance is not perfect either. Even if they are the most popular, there’s no such thing that they’re the most secured either.
You know why? Last time, they were also being hacked that leads to CEO Cheng Zhaopao to reimburse those traders who have lost a lot of money due to hack.
If I were to be asked what is the best exchange for 2019, I’m not going to answer Binance, OKex, Kucoin or so. Even the exchange that I’m in (MetaMorph Pro), I can’t say that we’re the best either because we are still new in the market.
There are many exchange website and applications popping out this year even last year, while it is good to discover something new . We always tend to get back into application that already proves its performance and safety. I still choose Binance and Bittrex in doing trade, but I still do some reading of reviews how those new exchanges work for backup.
Binance is always the best Market and exchange so far. Aside from the volume, its one of the best exchange for IEOs. No one buys binance IEO and makes loss. Except where one now wants to be greedy.
There are plenty of established exchanges, Binance, Huobi, Kraken, Bifinex, Kucoin etc..
But i hope some new ones will come on top soon hopefully before the next bull run.
I am staying away from some really shady ones if I can. Do you own research before trying while there nothing wrong to try out new ones, but just don't put too much any exchanges.

Binance and houbi are the 2 best exchanges in 2019 and in the future. These are the two exchanges with the real volume and the most users in the crypto market
These 2 exchanges I often make to trade, I am not worried about storing assets there, trading so fast I like with a more active volume.

I think Binance remains the number 1 and best exchange for 2019, although the exchange has suffered a number attacks which led to thousands of BTC being carted away and users verification being supposedly leaked.
Binance has proven to me that it has my funds SAFU when it was hacked. The CEO rejected the support of Justin Sun who was willing to help binance recover from the loss it made. Binance has made me understand that even if the whole system is broken, there are equivalent funds to cover up all the losses. This is enough to make it my number one exchange in the world.
I will vouch for Bitrue exchange. After the hack, Bitrue was also true to its word on the whitepaper and secured the funds of investors, traders and holders on the exchange platform and with this action, the CEO of Binance congratulated Bitrue. Bitrue has got more exciting features which offers more opportunities to earn more as one invest and trade on the Bitrue exchange.

for now bitmax, binance, bitfinex, bitmex, okex are pretty good and the rest don't believe because most are fake volumes, but from the list I mentioned, I chose bitmax and binance because they are easy to use and the volume is very good.
I don't think Bitmax has all real volumes, thy have fake too. But rest of them are good exchange and their volumes are real. Aside the trading volume, still Binancer exchange will stay in the leading position They have plenty of updates this year and I think this year was a great year for the Binance! Because Binace's every decision went viral or hit in the crypto space. Though it faced a major hacking accident, but they earned more trust because of their safu fund

Personally, I chose Binance as the best for the most pairs (560 pairs) while Bitmax was only (180 pairs). cmiiwbut for Exchange which provides the cheapest fee, I prefer Bitmax is the best (Maker 0.4%, Taker 0.04%) while Binance (Maker 0.1%, Taker 0.1%, Paying with BNB 0.075). cmiiw
if you are only actively daily trading with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Pax and USD Coin, you should use Bitmax.

The best exchange of the year for me is Gate.io. Not just because I have made more returns on it presently but because of simple facts that it's gave the best performing coins in IEO, Sero but also it maintened prices for a long period of time which can't be said for many other exchanges. Followed closely by Binance

The best exchange of the year for me is Gate.io.
