Ey guys, here are a couple of vids for UFC 240.  The event could be one of the lowest PPV subs in UFC history imo.  The main matches just aren't too interesting.  I hope krach drops by and gives us more info on these other match ups.
Why do you think so? Not enough bad blood and trash talking between the fighters? Or the outcome is too predictable?

Btw...  Is it just me or is there something wrong with Holloway?  Like remember that concussion he had after a bad weight cut...?  Dunno, I think he wasn't the same after that.
It could be that or the number of fights he has taken already in a short span of time. The body can only take so much.

Dunno...  I'm just not too stoked about Holloway lately...  And Edgar.  I'd rather see Zabit vs Holloway.  Someone new, you what I mean?

They found someone else to fight Cyborg.
Cris Cyborg (20-2-0, 1NC) Vs Felicia Spencer (7-0-0)

The only chance Spencer has is to go  for a submission. Her go to sub is rear naked choke.
I have a way to bet this that I call a "degenerate synthetic derivative". What you do is bet on
Cyborg In The Distance (ITD) or via TKO we are looking for something around 1.5 if possible the odds are not out yet on these props.
Let´s say you bet 100 to win 15, then in another seperate bet place the 15 you would win on Spencer via Submission(prop bet).
The odds are not out for the second part but I think it should be about 8.00 - 10.00. This means that if Cyborg wins, you get a push, you lose nothing.
If Spencer wins via sub which is imo the only way she has a chance then you win 50 if the Spencer via sub is 10.00 odds.
Some real nice odds being given here for the undefeated American who seems very confident in her abilities

I like the Spencer ITD prop bet if I can find a place to wager it

Here are the results of the event.  Won one bet (Pennington), lost one bet (RDA).  I guess we'll see RDA just becoming somewhat of a fixture at the top 10 for a while before he retires...  I don't think he'll be anywhere near a title shot.

I didnt believe my eyes, but Andrei Arlovsky defeated Ben Rothwell by decision. Looks on Andrei’s loosing streak, I thought he would lose this time.

Btw, I like their fight bloody and messy  Grin

Cant wait for ufc 241. Miocic, Cormier, Diaz, Pettis, Yoel Romero.

RDA and Edwards went the distance. I thought Edwards fought fought smart here by mixing things up earning the unanimous decision win. It wasn't as exciting as I expected but a decent tactical fight nonetheless.
I have said in my earlier comments that Edwards has the striking skills to match RDA's. This was a calculated match for him and their game plan went well. It may be a boring fight to some and I don't know if that performance will earn him a shot at the title but it is still a good win.

Main Card

Max Holloway (20-4-0) Vs Frankie Edgar (23-6-1)
Cris Cyborg (20-2-0, 1NC) Vs Felicia Spencer (7-0-0)
I'm not a big fan of UFC but I watched the fights of Holloway and Edgar with different fighters and I think Holloway will come out with the W here with his long arms but we don't know Cheesy.

In the next match, Cyborg will win on this I think. She lost to Nunes but I think she is one of the best in her division Cheesy>

Well speaking of this fight I guess that Cris Cyborg has the upper hand here and Felicia Spencer will have a hard time dealing with her, I guess the experience that Cyborg has will definitely come in handy in this fight.
Here's the odds for Cris Cyborg and Felicia Spencer

Cris Cyborg -585
Felicia Spencer +467

I'm not surprised with the odds, she may have lost to Amanda Nunes last UFC 232 on a very convincing fashion, she is still one of the feared fighter in her division and category. I hope she gets a chance for another title fight.
Cris Cyborg has 3 times more fights than Spencer. So I don't know who made this card, but Spencer is a dead loss for this fight, she will just make the sparring partner of Cris Cyborg during the exhibition.  Undecided

We also have to take into consideration the fact that Cyborg's unbeatable aura is gone and that may have put more confidence in some of the contenders like Spencer. We also do not know how Cyborg's mentality would be from getting knocked out after years of dominance. I mean she even refused the rematch with Nunes.

Well, Nunes  just said that Cyborg doesn't deserve an immediate rematch, And Cyborg is evading the toping mostly on the rematch, Maybe Cyborg has something in his mind right now that is why she doesn't want another shot right now with Nunes, Or maybe she has seen something with Nunes ability to really bust her good, That is why she is having a hard time taking her lost in, Or maybe she just wants to turn back her confidence back again by having a match with a different contender.

I guess it's more of a mental effect on her. She was really blasted by Nunes on her on game. Although we know the Nunes is also a deadly striker, but damn the power on both hands on Nunes and she steam rolling Cyborg like that? Will definitely had a bid psychological impact so let her Cyborg regain her confidence and slowly get up from that devastating lost.

Main Card

Max Holloway (20-4-0) Vs Frankie Edgar (23-6-1)

Max Halloway is the bigger guy here I definitely think that he's gonna come up victorious in this fight because I guess he can pull out a maneuver of footwork and punches that Max gonna give to Frankie can be very devastating in my opinion, I definitely think that Frankie Edgar will not stand a chance against Max Holloway.

I can still remember how Edgar's soul left his body with Ortega's uppercut.
Holloway completely dominated Ortega and it's not going to be different this time.
Max with long reach, striking skills and decent ground game will finish Edgar.

With the big PACMAN and 1 TIME match happening this weekend I don't feel this UFC event is getting enough attention.
Rafael dos Anjos (+116) vs Leon Edwards (-130) = who cares?
The following weekend for UFC 240 MAX will dominate on EDGAR  Lips sealed
