The strong would take what he wants and the weak would be left unprotected.

That is happening even now, right? Strong nations such as the United States and China are bullying the weaker nations such as Syria, Libya, Philippines and Vietnam. But this situation will always exist and having a strong leader can't change this. For example, the Philippines is having a very strong leader in the form of Duterte. But he can't do much against the Chinese aggression.

world without leaders would be a disaster.Even a house without the leader(parents),does not end well. There would be chaos and violence would be the order of the day, lawlessness etc.The strong would take what he wants and the weak would be left unprotected. It would be hell on earth.the streets would be filled with all kinds of filth and dirt.there would be so much death that there would be no place to bury the dead.

It will be total chaos!

We already have chaos Smiley
In a little more serious tone, our political leaders are bad but it is better even to have bad leaders than live without any leaders.
In such scenario, we don't have any more order in society, and civilization.
Of course, in the future we my have different political system but still we will have some leaders, I believe Smiley

We accuse our leader because we need someone to blame. The leader is not the only one responsible for the success and wealth of the country, its all of the people. At the end, leaders are chosen by us.
And I support recent decentralized movement, and i believe it can help to get read of control that we don't necessary need. But for such things the society must be ready and mature enough.
The movement has already started from shared economy, location independent professionals, freelancers, blockchain, btc, ether etc... All of this people want to be free and independent. Step by step we are getting closer. And when we reach that point it might not be the world of leaders/

What do you think will happen to the world without leaders like the President, Prime Ministers, King, Queen, etc.? I mean if we accused our leaders of being corrupt, oppressive and all other things, if they are not in the position, what will happen?

There will be unsustainable environment to each and everyone. There will be crimes here and there.and there will be conflict everywhere because there will never be a person who is on authority to settle and patch things up.

Leaders are the one who lead a certain country to have a better future and economy. They also protect all people who lives in their nation if there are some natural phenomenon and wars. If we don't have any leaders, no one will lead and dictate us on what we should do if there are problems. No one will help us to solve all the conflicts that we might face.

There won't be wars. Weapons will be less produced. People will fight over petty things. world will not be perect but will be much better than it is now.

Nope. There will be even more wars. Because the best leaders know how to avoid warfare. If you look around, it is the weak leaders who always rely on warfare to shift the focus from their own incompetency. I can give you dozens of examples, around the world. Ethiopia and South Sudan are two countries which come to my mind right now.

Human society without leaders is not human since the humans have this strange attitude to look for leaders to tell them what to do.

There will always be a leader. If there isn't one, then you're somehow misinformed and you don't know who the real leader is.
The world will be in chaos without any leaders. Having no rules to follow, no direction or goal. No action and discipline. No peace and order. Our world will be miserable.

The world can not be without leaders. Many people need strict control and management so that they do not go beyond what is permissible and do no harm to anyone.

All communities have leaders. But there have been countries without rulers, e.g., Pennsylvania. It worked well until some guys from the outside intervened. Look it up in the history books.

Without leaders in the world there will be chaos. People will attack each other because no one will want to obey someone, the number of murders will increase many times.

The whole world without pioneer resembles a ship without it's skipper and team, yes they would coast at the ocean yet inspired no place to go. The world needs pioneers, pioneers who has the will and the heart to really bring our reality ever more elevated. The sort of pioneers that could never relinquish the general population and will continually bring the best out of everybody.

A few people groups in Africa and in South America specifically had lived with no pioneer with an ideal uniformity between individuals. It can chip away at a little scale. Also, I'd get a kick out of the chance to trust it could be conceivable at the world scale. Yet, I don't know people will have the capacity to coincide all together.

Perhaps, the world will always in trouble. The situation will become miserable, each individuals can do anything they want especially if they do bad things no one can't stop them. The innocent people will become poor, so I think that's why God didn't allow it to be happen because He knew the result will not be good.

There will always be leaders and followers.  I remember in high school having a discussion in World History or Social Science class very similar to this one.

The fact is the anarchy described by many here will naturally produce a leader (or leaders).  People would band together for protection against the violence of others.  The one person with the best organizational skills and strength of will to hold the group together and protect them will be the leader of that group.  So you end up with ever growing groups of people that clash (war) or merge into larger groups until you end up with nations.

Eventually, there will be a steady state in which mergers slow or stop due to philosophical differences between the groups that are too great to overcome.

This is the current state of the world today.  This is where we have come from.

If there is ever a single governing entity for the entire planet, it will rule with great strength through either the fear of the entire world of its power or the love of the entire world of its magnanimity.  Anything short of that kind of power will lead back to anarchy, and the whole cycle will start over again.
