Now, every country has a leader but there is still a war. If the world without a leader the world will be chaotic and there will be wars everywhere, because people will fight for each other to become leaders and want to rule.

We would go back to tribes and constant fighting between tribes.   Structure is one of the most important parts of a stable society.    Id rather not go back to living like animals who kill each other purely for survival. 

humans can not manage all parts of life, they need leaders to take care of things that can not be managed, especially the country. If we can only struggle in business and religion, they will be influential in politics and policy, we are all social beings with a complex level, if there is no leader then we will be human beings who have no purpose and always feel strong and disparage others.

Somehow there will always strive to become a leader among us leaderless folks when that happens. I believe in this because people are always strays when they are without leaders. The world will pummel to chaos even if one society has no leader-figure who will manage and watch over the whole clan.

The violent video games we play, all of those can be the real thing in real life without leaders.

Decentralization is great for cryptocurrencies, but not for most other things we have in our society. Imagine if we had companies like Apple and Microsoft without leadership. It would be a disaster, and we would not have today the products and services they brought to us.
Now, do not confuse private leadership with state leadership.

I agree! Having a leader within a group, an organization or within a family is really a must. The leader will be the spearhead of everything. He or she will take care of everyone around him or her and will make sure that everyone is doing good and no one will be left behind.

I strongly disagree with you, if there is no leader even in a family, there will be many events where misunderstanding each other could rise into a big fight specially when it comes to siblings. With different personalities of people, we often like and hate each other. Hating each other could lead to a fight which then turns to chaos if not controlled. Who is the one to control it?? -- the leader is the only one with power to stop them. why?-- because the leader has the characteristics to mediate between conflicting ideas or opinions, events decisions and others. Without a leader there is no one to impose any rules to control bad actions. There will be no one to look for the problems in our surrounding to give us a better living environment. There will be no one to think for us on how to deal with global issues like starvation and other economic crisis, invasion, population growth, transportation and many more. Also, without a leader there will be no laws, no regulations, no penalties for bad actions and the world we know might end up a wasteland with all riots, fights, conflicts, wars and such unpleasant things like food crisis, water crisis, transportation crisis, and the worst of all, the rich will continue to be rich and powerful and the poor will continue to be poor and powerless in all aspects of life.

if without leaders maybe people gone wild,crazy. this world is full of sins.

Like every organisation have leader, we also need country leaders. So we can't function without them. Our job is to control them through elections.

a world without leaders is aimless. the community will act arbitrarily, the riots over the unstable government that led to the act of anarchy. without leaders will have a major negative impact on economics and politics where it is very important the role of leaders to provide direction and goals in maintaining the stability of the power of state government.no leader means there is no right law, there is only a jungle law that will happen in society. not all leaders are corrupt, many leaders are honest in carrying out their duties. for that in a leader choosing, we should see his backgroud in his life whether good or bad. without a leader, such as in our life.if we do not have a parent when we are babies, will you be able to learn your own way? if you can learn to speak politely, can you learn to know which is good or bad? because we need leaders in our lives

Leaders are the one who lead a certain country to have a better future and economy. They also protect all people who lives in their nation if there are some natural phenomenon and wars. If we don't have any leaders, no one will lead and dictate us on what we should do if there are problems. No one will help us to solve all the conflicts that we might face. Remember that the leader is not the only one responsible for the success and wealth of the country, its all of the people. At the end, leaders are chosen by us.

if world no rule i don't think the world becomes crazy

it is a mistake to believe that leadership qualities habitually propel those who possess them to the top. On the contrary. Most systems, democratic and traditionalist alike, tend to reward mediocrities, time-servers, appeasers, and base operators of all kinds

Without world leaders in the world will come chaos, crimes will go unpunished and the world will slide into hell.

I think there will be no equality because if there is no leader there is no rule. And because of that the rich will be powerfull and the poor will be slave to them. And if there will be no leaders the countries will be in a chaos because anyone can control anyone which is lower than them. Every one needs a leader to follow.
