it seems a good one, but it will be causing chaos i believe. i think that will be good if we imagine a world filled with good leaders. i think that might work out for the humanity.

Have you ever watched any post apocalyptical movie? Global worlds chaos, that is what will happen. And this lies in mentality of people; there was always a leader, even in Prehistoric times. People actually need leaders. But leaders need people to keep them from becoming tyrants and dictators.

The world needs leaders. But some of them are really making life worse. So we need leaders but only humanity ones.
Without leaders, the world will simply exist as wild nature. Survive will be the strongest who has more weapons and respect as everywhere there will be complete chaos.

I think wothout a leader we would all just do whatever we think is right. We as human and social beings have always wanted someone to like rule or guide and govern us so that wr can align all our actions. I think thag of all the leaders are put then our first step would be looking for one to replace them.
Don't think it's possible, humans are like sheep, always need to follow somebody or something.
