If you mean only not a world leader but still a parliament and such nothing much will change imo. They are more like a face of the country.
Without leaders, the world will collapse. People will begin to dictate their conditions of life, will be divided into different groups and there will be massive looting and seizure of valuable objects.
An adage says where there is no leader-no law, where there is no law-no sin. The world will be in catastrophe.
It's against the nature of humans to live together without a leader unfortunately. People would be less effective in whatever they do if they are not directed by a leader. So we need leaders but not like the ones we have now. We need honest ones who works for world peace.
The problem is that most of the individuals are not ready to take initiatives and responsibilities. Also they would be ready to blame someone else, if a decision fails. Another thing is that people are ready to take advantage of the loopholes and gaps in the law, or even if the law implementation is lax. In such cases, we need a strong leader to make these people obey law.

Leaders are very important they are the one that make rules and implemented it. But if even our world won't be able to have a leader, maybe it will cause a chaos, a war and many evil thing.
A world without leaders would be misleading. I think what you want to ask is a world without intermediaries like politics. Decentralization is putting a good pressure on them and that is why they are banning crypto currencies on some countries and calling us Terrorists. They are scared !! Politics are used to vote on your behalf when voting for the masses was so expensive that there is no way to be viable without intermediaries and today with open decentralized ledges and easy access to the internet the cost of the politics system is exorbitant and not viable anymore, voting is cheap and accessible so why intermediaries running a bribe system ? There is some countries that the cost of the politics system is so expensive per capita that is enough to pay every citizen enough money that poverty could be eradicated completely !!
Without leaders, the world will simply fall apart. If even with the leaders there are different terrorist attacks and murders, then without them there will be absolutely fearless society that thinks only of itself.
Leaders can't prevent terrorist attacks. They can take strong action against terrorism, and thereby reduce the incidence of terrorist attacks. But apart from that if the terrorism needs to be eradicated, then we need to take action at the root level. The clerics and religious leaders who promote terrorism must be exterminated and those religious places used by these radicals needs to be demolished.
What do you think will happen to the world without leaders like the President, Prime Ministers, King, Queen,etc.? I mean if we accused our leaders of being corrupt, oppressive and all other things, if they are not in the position, what will happen?
I think if the world has no leaders it will going to be a disaster. Everyone will do what they want to do without a guide or a rule. Leaders are made to support, guide and love his citizen. Without a supoort, guide and love nation will be distracted or even worse, will be torn into pieces. 
We need leaders but good leadees because is a balance of society

If there are no leaders, then there are no way to make a society stable.
They are the one who make rules and regulation that we follows.
They are the one who makes the society to be good.
If there's no one? then the world will be jeopardized by whose who are not contented on what they have.
It would be a giant mess

The world without leadership can not grow and stabilize. People will live out of the law, causing social disorder. They live freely without any rules at all. The country needs to have leadership and be good and incorruptible, wholeheartedly for the people, for the development of the country. 
That would be chaos, no unity amongst people, no civilization, everday is war and humans will be stuck in stone age( or whatever age it was) with no hope of advancing. Every nation needs leader, people needs someone to believe and will guide them in order to avoid chaos.
A world without a leader is very impossible. It is very difficult to secure a peaceful nation without a leadership and a law that needs to follow to be a good citizen.

Most of the troubles and hardships we face in the current world is because of the so called leaders that we have especially religious leaders who preaches hatred instead of telling us to be bond together and we these political who because of their and greed and wanting to show how powerful they are gets us into wars and conflicts that's not our business to begin with. 
Since the advent of blockchain technology and bitcoin a decentralized system I have been having this idea of us have a decentralized governments also perhaps we would have peace. If bitcoin exist without a central government then if human beings can follow the same system we can live peacefully with one another without leaders who instigate us against one another and create war for selfish reasons.
If leaders would be gone it would be hard to regulate the people. People would do as they please. They would even fight to have authority over everything. The reason a country needs a strong leader is for the people and the society to have peace and order. Without a leader a nation would fall.
Without a leader you can live if people do not have any problems and threats when you need to make a collective decision. But this can not be. Therefore, each nation, the group has its own leader
