I’m addicted at first, now I’m adjusting my mindset.
In the encryption investment, the mentality is very important. If I have been very impetuous, I think I can't make any money, so I will always invest, but I will not pay attention to encryption day and night because it is too tired.

I'm a newbie and have been into crypto for a couple of months now.  I must say the advice from other members about not checking trades too often is very good.  One can become obsessed with it, and I think the thrill of the "win" can be quite addictive.  Similarly that depressed feeling when the world is "red" can be deflating as well.  There must be a "happy" medium, if one is to maintain a balanced life.

I'm not a regular trader and was always looking at Blockfolio or Delta app on my mobile.
I learned to just "Let It Be"  Grin
But you still need to be update with the news almost all my waking hours.

I think yes, encrypting this market can make us rich, all you have to do is invest your money, and wait for it, it's that simple.

Yea i would just set limits and leave it be. You’ll never get to buy or sell at the best prices so pick a number you would be satisfied with.

Yes it is "addicting". Specially if the thrill of the "win" is almost "near". I think the "red" market is pretty normal since it is a "good" indication that the market is "balancing" itself towards a "green" market. "Addicting" as it may, it is also stressful to some because of the "highs and lows" of the market.

the effect of doing cryptocurrency is very similar to people who play in casinos or bet in bookmakers. adrenaline, which is released when the victories of the measures so addictive and addictive like a drug.
A type of addictions where you also can take your own health conditions just to earned more money, maybe there's already a built in parts inside our minds where when we engage to something that brings excitement and enjoyment to us, we are very aggressive to keep it and we wanted  doing it
over and over, we just need to bring this negative side into a passive and positive approach in order to gain out from this addictions.

Exactly, there is such a thing as addiction in crypto. In fact, I also started with an uncontrolled urge to constantly check the prices of my coins and the value of my portfolio. That is like every couple of minutes. Ironic and funny as it may seem, the thing that will somehow keep me away from the prices is a red market. Since I want to avoid frustration and bad vibes, I do not check my portfolio if I know that the market is bloody red.

Yes it could be addictive especially when you got to experience to earn profit here. You’ll voluntarily make time for cryptocurrency world. You could also be influenced and eventually engaged yourself when you get to know the advantages it could give.

we all face such challenges as  a Newbie and if you are not careful crypto will make you lose your social life and friends, the best you can do is to buy and withdraw to a cold storage, check the price once in a while and live your normal life.

Yes correct.  That is what I also avoid because checking trades always can give you both too much excitement and disappointment. It's better to maintain a controlled scenario where in you check when it's necessary.

If it brings you a lot of benefits, you will be very addicted. Just like gambling, you can get a lot of money without much effort, which will make you very excited.
There is also a moment that it will give you nothing, you have to adjust your mindset.

If you are addicted to trading, try to find a way out in that situation. You should face the reality and take action instead of going deeper into that condition. If you need help then go out and seek out support from relatives and friends.
But if you are trading sensibly and prudently, that still fine but make sure to monitor your activities and always keep things under control.

Yes it can be addictive if you are the person who becomes addicted to different things, it has some elements of gambling and it is involving, so you should always keep in mind and not to invest/risk more than you are able to afford.
