You have spoken well, there is never a bad time to join rather all that is needed is due diligence before joining any project. Blockchain s come to stay and with time scam projects will stop.
In my opinion, in October last year, when this topic was written, and even now is not a very good time to join the ICO signature campaign. I recently read that last March, ICO projects raised $ 5.8 billion, and last month only $ 291 million. Charges fell by 95 percent. Now there are a lot of fraudulent ICO projects and therefore the activity of investors has fallen a lot. Until the bear market ends, the situation will not change.

This is a good opportunity to collect a portfolio of useful coins with potential for growth, it will take a lot of time and expectations, but the result may surprise you in one or two years.
2019 could turn to positive results for those who haven't given up on bounty hunting ,adoption is growing for crypto and that's a very good news I believe its what matters ,so my advice to those that already give up is not to relent because many good projects might just pass you by ,it doesn't make sense to quit now and always remember that nothing is permanent ,bearish won't be permanent
I'd like to say something positive about bounties in 2019, but I suspect there will be less and less campaigns till the end of 2019. The bear market won't end in one night and investors will not come so fast as well... I don't think it's worth to do bounties now. Only like a hobby, no more.
You can join at this time but you definitely won't get too much money. If you work with bounty to need money in a short time, you should not do it. Because bounties will now last for about 1 year so you can get those tokens

It is possible that we have reached the bottom, and there will be no further downward movement, but this does not mean that we need to stop collecting coins, which can be very interesting!
Its good that this bear market is bleeding some coins to death due to been fake or weak projects but it feels too late to make good money from bounties yet there is no better way to make good tokens or coin now ,mining is not profitable anymore and my rigs have been gathering dusts,I won't lose hope I believe bear market has good negative impact on ICOs but it won't stay like this forever, I won't give up
Of course, it’s necessary to participate, but not to take all that went, as the investor will enter in small lots, then you shouldn’t wait for an instant instant run. Maybe another year will be in the sidelines.

It was too late for you to participate in bounty and other campaigns. Currently the market is too bad and it makes ICO die and the bounty also fails like that. Personally I'm not recommend to join bounty campaign that you do not know.
You need to know the detail first before try to join so you will not spend your time for useless things.
But if you have enough time to waste, it's up to you !

I think joining bounty campaigns is enjoyable and will provide help to the community of bitcointalk, because it gathered more ideas coming from legit posters. Investing your time here is worthy specially when we support a legit project that could be successful because of us. There maybe some projects will not come to success but don't ever lose hope, and I am sure in the next one you're going to earn bigger bounty tokens.
We are in a hype now and we are increasing so many ICO are being launched, and so many bounty hunters coming in to take the bounty campaign, no wonder there are so many complaints happening in the ICO's, failed and fraud projects and so many bounty hunters not getting their shares.
You are right their are so many bounties and investor was coming also even the value was falling and the prediction was no bull run this year we should be work hard because we don't know if this coming year was have a bull run so we need also to be patient. Even their are so many bounties are here we should also need to be careful and vigilant on what our joining because some of them are scam.
I couldn't agree more... With the recent panic in the industry, prices of tokens haven't seen any positives instead they have kept depreciating in value with even the more established coins/tokens suffering major hits. These tokens will be on the front row of recovery once the market trends change for the better and as such, it is only wise to accumulate these coins/tokens as much as possible now that they are at their lowest. These are the kind of opportunities that will make you so much money from this industry. Like they always say, buy as much as you can when prices are dipping and sell for huge gains when prices are appreciating. This is the winning formula in this industry.
I think it's still time to invest and join some good bounties, when the market is down a lot of coin in the market becomes so cheap and investing in these coins and wait until market recovers will give huge profit though patience is needed because no one knows when the market will recover.

You are absolutely right. It is the best time to collect the tokens that are on the bottom, but the problem of investing in fresh projects is, that nobody is ready to take some risks and to invest in them because almost no ICO is collecting a soft cap.
It can be because we already facing worst situation in crypto market and we dont know anything about future. If we will join some bounty programs now and if market will start to be bullish again in 2 months profits can be amazing . I believe we should invest in crypto market when everyone start crying about prices.
