Will in my own opinion bitcoin price is on the middle.But i think bitcoin is good to buy now..Other altcoin falls especially ICO coins/token stuck in 2$...But i think not all because ethereum is rising but slowly.My equal token and xmrg token quetly increasing thats why not all altcoin decreasing...but its good to buy coin especially bitcoin and etheteum..

Yes, purchasing the coin while the coin is very low is the only way to get less risk on your investment.

I adhere to the same opinion. The market will change soon so it is better to buy ICO coins now and sell them later.

We are Bitcoin!

I learnt my lessons. I do not buy the whole lot. For certain coin I have certain budget. I buy in 4 to 5 steps keeping very safe distance from each.

Say I have 0.1 BTC to buy a coin which market is now 90Sat
So I buy Spend 0.01 when the price is 90Sat
0.02 when price is 80Sat
0.03 when price is 70Sat
0.03 When price is 60Sat
0.02 When price is 50Sat
and
0.01 when price is 40Sat

So from my first buy if the price keeps going down I do not get worried. I am ok until price goes 40Sat even if it goes below 40 sat I am ok.

Once the price start to climb up then I sell my coins.

It is a good time to but, all we know that after jumping of whales uptrend comes and btc goes to moon and then you are not able to catch the price

Yes, now is a good time to buy while the altcoins have not been recovered completely.

According to me this is the perfect time for people who have been in a fix about when to invest,they should immediately do it as if they miss this chance they are most probably going to regret it a lot.
Most of the major coins have taken a significant correction in their values and there is still some time left before they start rising,but some have started stabilizing in intermediate range.
This is surely the right time to buy some coins.

for long term its almost always good to buy, and i think that its a good time right now to buy the top for the long term

Yes, I think it is the best time to buy. Not everyone is looking scared but alot of people are looking scared and that is because they are expecting more price drops in a few days and they aren't sure if the price would go up again. Well, I think this drop is just temporary, but after such a huge drop we need to give the cryptocurrencies some time to recover. People will definitely start investing again after some time and when they do, the price will go up again.
