I think wait is better than sell, I'm sure that the market will soon recover so that we can get big profits or not lose money, with patience we will be happy at the end of the year.

You shouldnt sell your coins because of panic sale. Because you sell this coins to the wales, who want to buy more promising coin for cheaper price.
Yesterday i sold out my all token because patience is not possible. Last 9 months was my long time patience for market growing but i'm not so lucky that's why i lose 70% in my total portfolio. I think still BTC is good position but all others crypto is badly reducing. I don't know this is right or wrong attempt.
you should analyze the market as a whole - it looks like we're in a prolonged bear market and altcoins lose worth much faster than bitcoin - which means it's probably best to either keep your value in bitcoin or transfer them to a stable currency or fiat

You can wait or buy coins depending on the price you buy. You can also go for the way to replicate the coins in your hand.
for me when they list on a weak exchange they themselves push the price to the bottom. why is it that the coin that is littered with bins does not roll to the floor.

I think it depends on project/coin that you invest in. If the project offers really good structured concept, has a good use case, is supported by large community and/or serious companies then hold it as long as you wish.

that's true because this will only take place for a while so I think waiting is the best way to avoid loss and also make a profit but sometimes there are some people who sell not because they are impatient but because they need money and I understand that
right now I would not hurry up with the sale of new tokens because now the unfavorable conditions for new ICO and when the market starts to grow the prices of new tokens can grow well.
