You must be hold your coins as I'm holding all my coin I know market is not good but take this opportunity as a positive you can buy some good coins on this moment.

I think it's depends on you.If selling now ok then you can sell.If any chance huge profit by holding these tokens then you can hold.I want to inform you one thing if your token is new i means distributed just in 1 or 2 days then you can wait because there is a lot of panic seller. People wants quick money so they sell at low price so just wait and see.Keep calm now.

but sometime we better selling some tokens and holding BTC. you know that when BTC down token is also down, but if BTC growing up some token still in the dip and not grow up following bitcoin price
