Well obviously if you accept to lose your money sell your token but if you really don't want to lose your money then you don't have any choice but to patiently wait until the price of your token increase.

My answer is Hold. The hold is the best choice in this situation. IF you selling your tokens at this market condition, I think it is a very bad thing. Actually, that time is very difficult to make a decision. Everybody are thinking when the market comes normal condition? But the question is no one can predict it surely because the market hasn't any controller. Some people are leaving form the crypto, Personally, I'm not doing it because I believe crypto. So, I hold my all tokens and wait for recovering the market. The market will stabilize soon.

if I were you, I would prefer to hold my coin, if indeed the coin has a high price basically, what's wrong with holding the coin and selling it when the price goes up, but if for example the coin that I hold it has a low price I will sell it, it's information is in need in this case, Hold if the information from that in can be valid that the coin will go up and sell if not, that's my principle.

Of course we need to wait , as there wont be any point to sell in at low price. Especially for those who bought at high price, nobody want to experiencing a huge loss. For people with more spare money , this condition might be the right time for them to buy more investment and just pray that market will bounce back actually !

the market has been extremely uncertain lately. We have to understand that ICO projects need funding to develop. a lot of tokens have their price gone down to extreme lows which make VCs get worried about their investment, they do not have a HODL mentality, they calculate their investments quarterly which is not long term, and taking into account a lot of funds raised were in ETH as we have seen it went form 1500$ to under300$ lately.

I believe the ICOs carried out in December - February will have a hard time funding their project.

Never panic sell. As we hold patiently and the buy orders outweighs the sell orders, the demand for the coins rises, thereby giving the coins new values on the market. This is what will recover the market and shoot the price up again.
