Message @Hhampuz if you are looking for a CM!
I do hope he prove us people wrong. While I'm rooting for Tyson and all that I know for a fact just how powerful of a fighter Francis is, but the caveat is that he's not as skilled as Tyson, he's not as fast, and he's lost confidence in most of his abilities. I hope he gets his pride back and I mean this with full on honesty and sincerity cause I really want this fight to happen but as it stands today it feels like either one of them's gonna chicken out or the fight's outcome is decided long before it even begins, with Francis getting worn down blow after blow with no trade.

If I'm being honest right now the only way Francis would win against Tyson is through a sucker punch in the face, but even then that's a big if.

One of them is gonna chicken out?
This fight is a done deal. Each of them is going to get a ton of cash no one is going to turn down the money that the Arabs are setting up for them. Only a handful of people expect Ngannou will win and I think he may not really win the fight but Ngannou wins against Dana. This was his real fight in the first place where he was belittled so he took a gamble on his career to which Francis got off UFC contract and got a better contract with PFL.

Yes, same. There is no way that Ngannou will chicken out specially Tyson Fury who got almost all the advantages in this fight. It's good that this fight is somehow making some noise despite all the good upcoming fights that the boxing industry is having and their recent interactions with each other are just helping to market the fight even more, besides, I don't even had a single amount of doubt that this fight will be watched because this kind of event surely got the people's taste as they know that it will be an entertaining fight to see.

Ngannou is a force of nature and very gifted athlete but when it comes to pure boxing ...Tyson will smash him and I don't think we will pas over round 7 in my opinion.

This event is also an entertaining one and I do hope Ngannou will come prepare and give it all he has instead of just grab the money and lose the fight...but we are still very early to talk about what happen besides that Tyson will win  Grin

Up to this date, there is no MMA fighter who have successfully made a name and upsets a known boxer in a boxing fight, many have tried but it's just too good to be true because boxing is a very different sports compared to UFC or other martial arts that they have fought with. They might have a generous amount of power locked in their fists but that will not amount to nothing if they cannot land it perfectly and their stamina will deplete as the fight drags on which will give again an advantage to the boxer.

True besides KO in MMA is more easily executed because of the gloves used.  Watching his preivous UFC fight, I can see Ngannou getting exhausted in this fight come mid round since I see one of the loss of Ngannou where his stamina fell short and unable to effecitively fight against his opponent resulting in his lost.

I am also hesitant if Ngannou can show his knock out power in boxing since the gloves in boxing is way heavier and  can nullify more impact than the gloves they use in UFC.

Both boxing gloves and grappling gloves have their own use and purpose, and when it comes to a boxing fight, of course you would want to wear boxing gloves instead of grappling gloves because it gives your fist more protection and it's less lethal compared to the latter. Besides, true power will be best measured in boxing gloves because not all fighters have the power to knock somebody out using that specific gloves and so we will see if Ngannou is still as powerful in this sport against a knockout specialist like Tyson Fury.

Perhaps less, the thing with MMA fighter is that they are not used to more rounds, just like in the Floyd vs Conor fight, McGregor has success early on and Floyd just cruising. But when Floyd sensing that Conor is getting tired in the middle rounds, he starts to take over.

But in this case, if Francis rans out of gas in the mid rounds, I'm seeing a huge knockout or stoppage win by Fury here. So this fight will not go to the judges scorecard

This is why he needs a good conditioning coach The first five rounds are crucial boxers know how to pace themselves and Fury is so good at pacing himself, we have seen that in his fights against Wilder, Ngannou should not be too hurry to knock out Fury.

Yes, he has a knock out power but if you can't connect your power punch you're in trouble I'm sure in the first early rounds we will see Fury putting in a good defense and will do a lot of counterpunches to ward off Ngannou's power punches, when it comes to boxing and both fighters are power punches its going to be a battle of strategy in every round.

Dana would be like that if Ngannou lures more fighters from UFC into boxing or have a fight against Jake Paul Cheesy UFC has faces a curse of "being the best". Now everyone wants to bite them. I think that we wont be seeing Ngannou much in mma or boxing fights after this fight against Fury. I believe that people who used to be poor get access to tons of money, they get spoiled really quick. That is a proven fact. Imho Ngannou gonna get his millions and be more a promotional tool for PFL or sits in his chair (he has a position there) and just manage promotion.

Seem to be the very nature of man. When eventually they made a ton of money they become a burden to a lot of people. Looking at Conor now, he spends here and there and he seems high all the time and recently he knock out someone in a bar.

Ngannou could over time turn into something if he won't get to learn the wisdom. He is humble though, we just don't know how long he will be that way. But they come from a very humble beginning though. Sure he had seen what money can do to people.  Cheers to Francis, hope he KOs Fury. Wanna see his life story tbh. I think they talk about his life in a movie  Grin

Ngannou has already tasted the taste of being selfish and greedy Cheesy UFC made him name, and now he overestimates himself. He does not like this and that, he wants to earn X <-- that much and etc. Plus all those issues with former coach and training partners. When he was working sand quarry he wasnt that much selective of what he wants Cheesy I am sure he will throw out something when they will be about sign contract and fight.

With so many haters waiting for his fall, I don't think Ngannou will ever want it to happen to him. While today people are discrediting and undermining his skills, the more he will prove them wrong.

Being greedy and being selfish I think is what mostly people learn from the people surrounding them as well. Which selfish and greedy people also dislike the people with same traits. All I can say is that Dana and Francis is somehow alike. But people like seeing a bullied person like Ngannou fight back and win.

I hope Ngannou will be the first to do that, there's the first time in everything it's going to be a huge upset probably biggest than the Tyson - Douglas or the Joshua - Ruiz match checking the poll I'm surprised that many of us here believes Ngannou can win this match, we all want surprises I see Tyson as the favorite but I can accept if Ngannou can win the match, Fury has so many tricks in his sleeves I hope he has good corners, trainers and conditioning coaches this is the biggest fight in his career and this is something that will catapulted him to stardom and maybe greatness, its still a long way but I'm exciting how these two guys are training especially Ngannou.

I seriously think as well that Francis Ngannou does have a decent chance in upsetting the undefeated Tyson Fury and with the statements that are posted on any social media platform and sports outlet, Francis Ngannou himself liked it even more and is dedicated to have a better preparations because for the second time in his career, people are underestimating him just like when people belittled him when he first appeared in an MMA fight.

Ngannou just confirmed that he will go back to fight in MMA and there's already a date probably February or March it's going to be a PFL debut and no name still comes out, so Nagnnou will have a busy schedule this year and onwards and there's also a clause that if ever he wins there will be a rematch but it's unclear if there is a rematch if Fury wins, so he promised that he will do everything to get that rematch and that means he'll be earning more from the rematch.
There will be no rematch as Fury will also be facing other title challengers after this. They criticize him for "running away" from real threats when he signed up for this bout but that's not how I saw it. I thought both camps were working on a Ngannou's PFL timeline and they'll probably not have another chance if Fury is to fight the likes of Usyk.

Nothing is certain because if we read the sports outlet one by one, most of them have a different story to say about Fury and Ngannou's path. Some are just making the bout more interesting to market it, while some are saying the exact opposite where Ngannou will return and fight Jon Jones, and will not pursue Fury fight for the meantime. So, we will probably hear more stories in the next couple of weeks while the fight night is still far.

Fury couldn't turn down the opportunity since fighting with Francis is an easy peasy win and the money is also satisfying for him. But as Ngannou said, the boxing community was confused as to why a nobody who didn't fall in line to Fury got the next fight. Usyk should have been the next but Ngannou comes in kicking everyone's butt out the line. His gimmick works better after all Ngannou is a sensation as people like crossover fights.

There's a pool of HW in PFL that Ngannou can fight, however, they don't excite if matched against Ngannou.
This is gonna be harder to promote unless they invite Jones. Dana be like

I think Fury does not give a damn about Ngannous power. Fury fought 3 times Wilder, and it is claimed that he also is a hard hitter. Fury even ate Wilder punch and stood up, while others were knocked out cold. We also had video footages during training when Fury takes heavy punches to the body like they are mosquito bites. His natural body fat is like an armour. Reach and height advantage is also on Fury side, plus he is quick for his weight. Jabs during first rounds and Ngannou will be finished in first half of the fight, when he runs out of mana stamina.
