City - Inter should be the final this year  Cool

I have good confidence that City will manage to implement better their game against Real Madrid since first half in order to gain more confidence during the game and as soon as they score once , I'm sure City won't stop until they score 3. Real looked fragile especially in second half in defensive area and Guardiola will speculate that in a way or another.

Last night , Inter proved to be the better team on the pitch even if the 2 goals came early in 1st half , Inter had plenty of chances to score more goals in 2nd half. For Ac.Milan ...I don't know what they can do to save this game but we might see some changes in the squad for next game.
Inter Milan have already stepped one foot to be in the final, and they only need a draw to get rid of AC milan. Meanwhile, Manchester City have to work harder after in the first leg they could only draw with Real Madrid. But now they have the advantage of playing at the Etihad, on their own turf. and also in terms of strength they still have a surprise strategy from players they didn't play in the first leg.

It's true that Manchester City have never lost at home and they always manage to beat their opponents when they host. If we look at the matches in the previous rounds this season when Manchester City played away games against Bayern Munich and also Leipzig, most of them always ended in draws and most recently they also managed to hold Real Madrid to a draw at the Santiago Bernabeu.

It seems that Manchester City will still be favored to win at home regardless of what will happen, but still their opponent is Real Madrid, which sometimes can turn things around even at home. This will be a place to prove whether Manchester City is able to maintain its unbeaten record at home or Real Madrid manages to break this record at home to Manchester City later.
I don't understand why Real Madrid tends to be underestimated in the second leg later. I actually see probabilities that are very unfair about the two teams as Manchester City seem to be the absolute favourites. For now, anyone can say anything now, one thing for sure I'll be waiting for the result in 90 minutes. I'm still optimistic we can reach a third final in three years in a row with Ancelotti, hopefully.

The first leg of the Manchester City vs Real Madrid semi-final was a remarkable match. In the first, Manchester City attacked Real Madrid brilliantly. But eventually Real Madrid countered to make it a goal. As a result, the match became very competitive. A superb second half goal from Kevin De Bruyne leveled the match at 1-1. In the end, despite Real Madrid's tireless efforts, the match could not secure victory.

The first leg was thrilling, but the second leg will be even more spectacular. I hope Manchester City can beat Real Madrid in the second leg later, that will be the best revenge after the previous season Manchester City failed to reach the final because of Real Madrid.

I know Haaland didn't have a big impact in the first leg because the Real Madrid defense was quite good at reading and stopping his moves. Haaland and all the other players must have the best collaboration in the second leg, but the Manchester City defense really has to anticipate Vinicius who played brilliantly in the first leg. Real Madrid's attacks tend to start from the left side where Eduardo Camavinga and Vinicius play. Walker struggled to stop that himself, so it took good work to prevent Vinicius from tearing apart the Manchester City defense in the second leg.
The first leg was indeed very tense as both teams tried to secure victory to get into a better position, but yes it was not as easy as we predicted for both Real madrid and Manchaster City, both of them played fiercely and made the match so thrilling that the position ended in a draw.

The defense of the two teams was indeed very strong against each other, and they as a line of defense completed their respective tasks well even though they had to steal one goal.
Either Anceloti or Pep they already know who will have to stop their movement in the second leg, I think that apart from Haaland Anceloti will block De Bruyne's move, as well as Pep, he certainly already knows who he will stop his movement besides Benzema.

Vaccinized.. immunity level is full.
Such a poor night for Milan really. I didn't see as big effort as I expected from them. Because there were big problems with the shots. This 2-0 loss already in the first game can be a serious issue for Milan in the second leg. I was expecting Inter to play good but this was more than I expected. After capturing this psychological advantage Inter can most probably eliminate them.
I wonder why Inzaghi didn't prefer Lukaku in the starting lineup this time. He has been in a good shape recently actually.
I would say AC Milan was unlucky to lose so badly at home. Inter Milan is a very tactical team. They conceded the first goal in the 8th minute and quickly conceded another goal. Before AC Milan could organize their defense, Inter Milan went ahead with two consecutive goals. And later on, Inter Milan was more focused on keeping their defense tight than attacking. However, Inter Milan's players were able to mount several excellent counter-attacks. Overall the match was very enjoyable. AC Milan are unlikely to qualify for the final after losing 2-0 at home.
Milan did not show the game with high standard games they were very chaotic so Inter immediately punished at the beginning of the first half. For the second leg no longer hope for Milan, Simone Inzaghi will lock the results of today's match and will not provide room for his rivals. I made sure Inter was able to set foot in Istanbul.

AC Milan's match strategy was not good. I would say this is the main reason for their defeat. I consider Inter Milan and AC Milan squads to be almost equally strong. However, AC Milan players disappointed the fans in the home match. They should have performed better. However, it is highly unlikely that AC Milan will win the away match by more than 2 goals after a 2-0 defeat in the home match. Because AC Milan's forwards are not very strong. Moreover, we will see a more aggressive form of Inter Milan in the home match in the second leg. My guess is Inter Milan will win the second leg like the first leg.

For Milan or Inter, I think one of them still deserves to go to the final, because at this moment both of them seem to have the same phase and/or problems in many ways. So, even though Milan lost with a score of 2-0 in the first leg, but I don't think Milan is weaker because basically they have qualities that are not much different.

But about Manchester City, to be honest I personally seem quite doubtful about Manchester City at this moment because before that I was very confident that Manchester City would be able to beat Real Madrid. Indeed, in the first leg Manchester City played away and that made it difficult to win, but because the match in the first leg had several controversial decisions, this made me doubt Manchester City to qualify for the final.

At least at this moment I'm getting back to how Real Madrid was when it wasn't the favorite like last season, but in the end with Real Madrid's winning mentality, at least that's enough to make Real Madrid have the chance to win the Champions League again.

Very fast goal now because it's a bit more comfortable even though in this case the match is still quite far away.
2 Goals in 3 minutes, Milan still has the same problem by losing focus in the early minutes of the game.

Now with Inter's dominance still very visible so far, and with Milan who still haven't found their way to where their match is it looks like these 2 goals will last until the end of the first half. This is definitely not a good thing if Milan is still monotonous like this because after losing 2 goals, their momentum is a little lost and their confidence is a little covered by having to defend and defend because the rhythm this time already belongs to Inter.

60 minutes have been played in this match. Inter is ahead so far. Actually, they had already gone ahead by 2 goals in the 11th minute of the match. So far they have been able to hold on to that lead. They have also been able to keep a clean sheet so far. Milan actually has better possession in this match. But they have not been never to do anything with that possession. Because after all, they do not have even one shot on target so far.

But Milan will have to do something very soon. They will be at a huge disadvantage if they go into the second leg by having a deficit of two goals. Milan will have to at least score once without conceding anymore.
The match that ended in Inter's victory was enough to make this a definite step in fact especially for the first leg which was played at home to Milan.
Actually for the second half Milan looked a little better at the start and wanted to force more to reduce the lag but indeed in this case their finishing was still poor and it was seen from 13 shots only 2 on target there.
Now they have to try to fix this, Pioli needs to make some things which have to be better especially for the first few minutes which don't always go smoothly for them and it's not the first time they've been like that because for this season when looking at Milan's stats in Their domestic competition also always looks chaotic in the early minutes of matches.

It seems like this is indeed one of the tactics that Pep always wants to do because when you look at the previous matches for the quarter finals and the top 16 it was indeed very different when they played as home and as away.
This should be a concern for Madrid if they want the same as last season because regardless, the red flags for them are still very much there now.
Pep seems to be really passionate about wanting the Champions League title for Manchester City no matter what.

It will be very difficult for Real Madrid to win in etihad, immediately Manchester city equalized in their last match against Real Madrid and the match ended as draw, then I believe the chances of Real Madrid winning Manchester city will be very low, whenever Manchester City is playing at etihad, any club is always finding it difficult to win them, most especially in a match like this that they really need, they will put all effort just to win the match, Pep Guardiola is really in need of the champions league. The first mistake Real Madrid made was playing draw against Manchester City in first leg, if Real Madrid won their first leg, it will have been a added advantage for them.

Not a single player was replaced in this match whether they underestimated Madrid or Pep was really cruel to their players because it was the same case as in their last 16 first leg.
I don't think Pep Guardiola is ruthless but he believes his squad can still beat Real Madrid without a change of players, and you're right this is the same when it happened in the last 16 and when it was a draw, so maybe I think Pep Guardiola played that tactic but when they played in the second leg might be different they will rotate some players to be replaced.

This is actually an advantage for Manchester City because they are still able to hold a draw, just waiting for the results to be achieved later and of course, it is at the Etihad Stadium that Pep Guardiola will prove that they will be able to win at home, of course I will not belittle Real Madrid will go to the Etihad headquarters.
Maybe what you're saying is true because that's their strongest squad and holding a draw is good enough at the Berenabeu but when looking at some of the other records, we've only seen this twice.
The first time was against Leipzig in the last 16 and the second time was against Madrid, for the other games they always rotated either one or 2 players.
On the other hand, if we look at this, their bench is still very capable because there are several names like Mahrez, Foden and even Alvarez who can add better conditions.

But then again, he has a real strategy and it is possible that their tactics in this match are only for a draw and will create quite different conditions at the Etihad just like the previous few matches against Leipzig and Bayern.

The second leg can be as the same thing just as the first leg, even if it will be played in the home of Manchester City it won't still be that easy for Manchester city, Real madrid will still be tough for Manchester city, this time they might not even give Manchester City a chance. Real Madrid is not just as other teams that Manchester City can easily get victory. Manchester City managed to equalize the first leg with Real madrid,  which madrid already knows for Manchester city to equalize the first leg they are in a safer side. The second leg will be interesting to see what Real Madrid will be up to gain victory.
It seems true but many people said that if real madrid already lost since it was getting draw against manchester city in santiago bernabeu. I have a different opinion than all of them. Madrid is still having a chance to change the situation.
The fact that if madrid has been known as king of comeback. That means the chance for madrid is still there until the end of second leg.

I saw that if manchester city got 1.60 on stake while madrid 5.00

The gap is very big. it seems like that bookies very optimistic with the performance from manchester city against madrid in etihad stadium.
I will still try to risking my money to pick madrid even though it was not favorite club in this match.

Before the 1st leg match, I speculated that the final result until the whistle was blown would be a draw with a score of over 2.
My speculation was off because Inter Milan won leg 1 15 minutes early in the first half.
In fact, I still feel that AC Milan will qualify later for the final even though some think the score in leg 1 is too difficult for AC Milan to be able to reply in leg 2.
We didn't know that Inter Milan was really early in scoring in the first leg while AC Milan couldn't score again, even though from the time Inter Milan scored it was still very far until the final whistle, they seemed unable to break through Inter's defense which was so defensive, my suspicion is that AC Milan has decreased a little in its performance and this is superior to Inter Milan in Serie A and in the Champions League, I feel that for the second leg later it will be much more difficult of course I know Milan will give all their best but Inter must have a solution to maintain victory that.
Inter Milan will definitely not waste the opportunity to play in the final after getting a good win yesterday in the 1st leg.

What you said about Inter Milan's defense is obvious.
Inter Milan 63% won tackles and 22 clearances recorded shows how defensive they are. This happened after they got 2 goals. Continue again until the second round is over.
There is a possibility that Simone Inzaghi will continue his defensive strategy in leg 2 which will be played on May 17, 2023.

Regarding the Manchester City vs Real Madrid match, the odds in my opinion tend to be 60:40. 60% for Manchester City, 40% for Real Madrid.
Pep Guardiola is more promising than Don Carlo this season in the UEFA Champion League even though Real Madrid has good DNA in the UEFA Champion League.
I believe in your prediction that Manchester City will dominate more in the game and even win with 60% as long as Manchester City can overcome how Real Madrid can come back that is what must be paid attention to, secretly Real Madrid has behind it all, but on assumptions, I myself remain with Manchester City which is more dominant in the second leg.
That's it friend.
Long ago after the draw results, I felt sure that Real Madrid would have difficulty facing Manchester City, who were very optimistic about making history in the UEFA Champions League because Pep Guardiola squad had only been runners up.
But this is football. Anything can happen although we feel confident Manchester City will be able to qualify.

I am happy with Inter Milano 2 - 0 victory over AC Milan in the 1st leg and it seems that this victory was due to an AC Milan player who was injured so he could not play.
The 2nd leg matches will take place next week Inter Milano vs AC Milan on 17 may and also Manchester City vs Real Madrid on 18 may.
I have made bets for both matches and my bets remain the same as before where I bet on Manchester City and also Inter Milano.

What a resounding victory for Inter Milan last night against their core rivals AC Milan. Their 2 goals early lead in the first half was enough to seal a first leg win advantage for them. To be honest I expected AC Milan to win but Inter were good last night and dominated the game leaving AC Milan with not converted goal chance.
AC Milan will find it difficult to recover from this defeat, in the second leg they play at home to Inter. But if Inter play defensively, of course it will provide an opportunity for AC Milan to score goals. Inter get a bigger chance to qualify for the final. This is different from Real Madrid vs Man City, which has a fifty-fifty possibility. I hope Real Madrid will meet Inter in the final.

Not to correct you in anyway but I think that Madrid vs Manchester city game is going to be a 55% chance to Manchester city and a 45% chance to real Madrid as Manchester city are currently going to play from etihad and they will be having the advantage of home fans to cheer and uplift their player spirit as this is very essential in games like this if they really want to qualify.

It makes sense, especially if we look at the statistics for Manchester City's home match in various competitions including the Champions League, which have been quite satisfying so far. Support from supporters can encourage Man City players to be more confident in face the King of the Champions League, Real Madrid
This is the right moment for Manchester City to avenge their defeat in the Champions League last season

If you concede a goal in your own field, it is very difficult to go to the next round. Real Madrid made such a mistake and conceded a goal. Also, we can't say that they played very well in the first match. I think Manchester City will beat their opponent at home. They will do whatever they can to avoid losing in such a match.
I wouldn't be surprised if Manchester City wins this year. Although many people do not support it, I think it will be difficult for Real Madrid to reach the final

Acmilan technically has been losing all of its chance to go to the final. 2-0 is quite big. There was no away or home for this match as duo milan was also using sansiro. It's purely based on the skills from players and team. As far as i can see that if intermilan is still far above ac milan in everything. That being said that if acmilan was losing against intermilan caused by it's having lower skills compared with intermilan. Intermilan is always better compared with acmilan since last season.
Im having the same hope like you. It will be so good to see madrid to face intermilan in final. Italian teams were going to the final quite easy compared with madrid vs city.

Ancelotti was hoping acmilan to go to the final but it seems like that will not happen caused by intermilan is having big aggregates against acmilan.
Ac milan needs to win with cleansheet against intermilan in second leg. Leao can do nothing against intermilan.

I expected Inter to play openly even though they won the first leg 0-2 against Milan. After all Milan and Inter will still be playing in the same stadium as the first leg, that's because they have to share the stadium for the semi-finals. There are no home and away teams for Milan and Inter, but considering that Inter already have a 2 goal advantage, they will likely be more favourites. Inter will qualify for the final, I think the probability is very high.

Disagree with you. Manchester City are playing at home, they deserve higher chances than Real Madrid. The probability of both teams is even higher for Manchester City since the first leg, so I think 50% probability is for Manchester City to win, 20% to draw, while 30% of it is for Real Madrid to win. I don't underestimate Real Madrid, but it looks like this season Manchester City can be favored.

City have a pretty good chance when they play at home. but it's the same as Madrid who managed to draw City, Madrid can also do the same thing. especially in the first leg they managed to make City's dangerous striker unable to do much throughout the match. and in the second leg I think Madrid will do the same. and vice versa City will put players in the second line to find gaps or make Madrid's defense open.
Overall both teams did well in the first leg. they stay safe with their escape chances. but in the second leg there is no other consideration than to make as many chances as possible to win. the second leg will definitely be a hotter one.

I remind you that Real is a very experienced team that plays equally well both at home and away.
A good example of this is their matches against Chelsea last season when they beat Chelsea away but lost against Chelsea in Madrid.
Real players can adapt to any team, prepare the right strategy and win regardless of who they play against and where they play, and they have proven this many times so far.
In my opinion, the second leg in Manchester will be completely uncertain and open, with both teams having equal chances to win.
I was expecting a reals performance against chelsea,  but with their display against Manchester City,  I was surprised cuz The play was better than I expected. If Real Madrid was to play their best in thatch against chelsea, they could have scored probably up to 5 goals depending on how the Chelsea team was at then.  Manchester city performance was quite below my expectation scuz I was hoping Guardiola will win that match.  I haven't lost hope though, I still believe Guardiola will make it through I the final.
