So, they assumed that maybe it will be fine without him playing 90 minutes, it was probably always intention to bring him in eventually unless they are winning by a large margin (or losing by large margin) and they just did it a bit earlier than they imagined because they were losing 1-0.

It is indeed not surprising that Chelsea's performance has not improved against spurs in their previous domestic league matches and this week they will face a much better prepared Dortmund in the second leg of the UCL, whereas Chelsea I think they will not be able to do anything even though they host the match later.

Although some of Dortmund's players are injured, their overall condition is much better than Chelsea's. The Dortmund team has played very well in each of the last matches in the Bundesliga. And the important thing is that Dortmund won the first leg against Chelsea. So only a draw in the second leg will qualify them for the quarter-finals. And so Dortmund's players will be under a bit less pressure than Chelsea's players. I guess we will see Dortmund in the quarter-finals.

My problem with Paris St-Germans is that they hwve midfielder's but they still let Neymar and Messi do mostof the creation of chances, yes they should work as a team but thr midfielder's don't link up with the attackers.

It doesn't even matter where chelsea will be playing on and its performance will always be the same. Winning against dortmund just a miracle that may not come for second time with the current performance from chelsea.
The match against dortmund gonna be the final match for potter. It's caused by he has got ultimatum from todd if he will be sacking potter once potter will be getting another bad result again.

The fact that if achievement by coach would always be measued from how many trophies already achieved and how consistent the club winning any game. This gonna be the end for potter but if the rumor about chelsea wanna try to sign brentford's coach and then it will be another journey for thomas frank to be sacked by todd in the future.

Chelsea are currently getting more and more inflamed because Thiago Silva is confirmed to be absent even though there are indeed several players who can replace him but Silva is one of the main pillars that has always survived at this time.
