The match between the winner of UCL gonna face UEL winner soon. Manchester city has been favoring to win the match compared with sevilla. I think that the odds was explaining a lot. Manchester city has been successfully securing the full points while sevilla keeps struggling in the first match of la liga. In my opinion that if manchester city may able to win with small score against sevilla. Sevilla is not yet unstable at this moment. Im not favoring this club to win the match. City is one step ahead compared with sevilla.
City's odd quite good consider how strong this team is last season. City was winning treble winners while sevilla was only winning europa league last season after the club was beating roma in the final.
Im thinking about city gonna win against sevilla. It's very good to see the match between the winners of european competitions will happen soon.
I think that Bruyne's absence due to injury will certainly make Guardiola play some of his other best players, even so this is a prestigious match where the UCL and UEFA champions meet, I'm not sure that the result will be better for Manchester City, I think Sevilla can give a surprise to manhester city, in sports betting manchester is indeed the underdog but that doesn't guarantee victory.

I think the match will be tough and both will play tight so maybe there will be difficulties to score more goals, even if one of them wins, the score will not be much, just a narrow win, even though I am a Manchester City supporter they still have to be careful with surprises from Sevilla and always think that Sevilla is a tough opponent, don't underestimate it because Sevilla could have stolen that narrow victory, but I still bet for Manchester City to win.  Cheesy

Dinamo Zagreb lost 2-1 at home to AEK and lost a big advantage for the away game. AEK scored in the 90th minute of the match which was tied in the last minutes and got an important result for themselves in the away match.
The match between Sparta Prague and Copenhagen was very competitive. Both teams gave everything to get through the round, but in a match where only one team would advance, Copenhagen advanced. In the match, which ended 1-1 in normal time and 3-3 in extra time, Copenhagen won 4-2 on penalties.

I just have news that has me a little shocked! Saudi Arabia wants to ask UEFA that a team from the Saudi League Pro can be included in the next Champions league, through a "wild card" that I honestly did not understand what a wild card was, do you have any news on the matter? is it a hoax that runs on the web?

The return of injured players and the team performance of the current stars may be a bad season for Real Madrid next season. Thibaut Courtois, one of Real Madrid's best goalkeepers, has suffered a serious foot injury during training early in the season, Thibaut Courtois has been ruled out for a year, and Éder Militão, one of Real Madrid's best defenders, has been sidelined for the duration of the game despite the extent of his injury. It is not yet known how serious it is. Apart from these two, Mbappe was supposed to join Real Madrid after Benzema's departure, but Mbappe will join Madrid after one more season, that is, all these things seem to me that next season will not go well for Real Madrid.
Elite clubs are been mostly affected by injuries that impact a decline in their performance. Thibaut Courtois and Éder Milito are both sidelined for several months, so perhaps the team is going to miss them. Real Madrid is not reliant on a single player; they play collective football for the reason they have the necessary understanding. I'm a Madrid fan, and I'm not concerned about the absence of these important players. Carlo Ancelotti knows how to deal with the issue at hand, and I personally have confidence in him. Real Madrid has capable backups for these crucial players.

Thibaut Courtois is one of the best goalkeepers and he is an important part of Los Blancos. Likewise with Eder Milito, he is one of the defensive line players who has always been a mainstay for Ancelotti. you can be sure that if these two players suffer injuries that require them to be absent for the next few months, it will be a loss for the Madrid squad, even though basically Madrid still has options as substitute players. that means, Don Carlo must rotate back his players. for example, like Ancelotti did last season who played Camavinga as a left back. instead, another player was shifted to replace Millitao.

Luckily Real Madrid have plenty of options for midfielders, so Ancelotti is not too worried about the options available. it's just that, if Madrid met other strong teams it would be very troublesome for them without the presence of Thibaut Courtois and Eder Milito. but at least the Champions League schedule still has a time lag, Ancelotti can prepare his team to adapt to the situation they are in.

Galatasaray finished the first leg match with 3 goals to 0 so they are psychologically in a better situation than their rivals. Now they are leading with 1 goal scored by Icardi in the first half. They almost terminated all Olimpija chances of recovery. Same goes for Braga, punishing badly Tapola with 3 goals difference in both matches, well the second one is still running.
There is few matches that already finished. Aris Limassol after their good second qualifying round, they lost both games vs Rakow and had to leave the competition. Otherwise, eyes on Copenhagen and Marseille!
I thought predicting this game between Olimpija and Galatasaray was not really hard because in this game between these two teams, Galatasaray had much more chance while Olimpija is not the team to me trouble at all, in the last game they had, Olimpija lost the game with 3-0 result and this could show us betting on Galatasaray for this match could be a low-risk and safe bet.
Prediction was surely easy, but their performance was not as par their standard because fans were expecting good number of goals from them, but they were able to score just one after having good win on road, but now they are in final of the qualifier where they are going to face Molde all star players were as expected, but now red card is surely going to have some impact on their performance in final of the qualifier but still as they are playing and giving their best most chances they will be having spot into group stage.

Icardi is goal machine which can change the match situation in any condition most of the other matches were as expected, but we lost Marseille against the Greek side which is surely big lost for them and French fans.

Real Madrid understands the situation well and they will not act recklessly as long as the situation allows. I would definitely be very happy if in the end Real Madrid managed to sign Kylian Mbappe sooner instead of waiting for his contract to expire at PSG, but I don't think that is the only problem Real Madrid need to solve this season.

The fact is that Real Madrid must also pay attention to its defense where several important players are currently injured. I welcome the arrival of Kepa Arrizabalaga as our new goalkeeper while Thibaut Courtois is out injured. While Éder Militão's injury also deserves special attention in the transfer market even though Real Madrid have several replacement defenders for him.
Now situation is clear with most chances Real Madrid needs to search for the other player because right now Mbappé and PSG are already going to extend their contract for the another season and all rumors about exit of Mbappé from the PSG is going to end because exit of Neymar is surely having good impact on this and now Mbappé is feeling better while he will be alone in control and can do much better than before while we have too many stars in this squad.

Real Madrid are currently had few issues which are looking for the care from the management but right now in market player which can fill these things are not available which is surely problem for them, but their search is on and hopefully before end of this all they will find suitable players and also have good start of the season in all competitions because their start is much better than expectations.

With the latest developments at Real Madrid, I don't think there's anything that's gonna stop them from having a good season. Of a truth, the club's first choice goalkeeper Courtois has been ruled out for the remainder of the season because of the ACL injury he suffered but that particular issue have been solved with the club's signing of former Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa.
Real Madrid's squad is one of the best in Europe at the moment and if there's anything they need at the moment, it should be signing a world class striker that'll replace the outgone Karim Benzema.

Our representative Galatasaray defeated their opponent 1-0 and won the round with a score of 4-0 on aggregate. The opponent was not a very strong team and we can say that the 3-0 away win played a big part.
There were also some surprise results. In the Marseille-Panathiniakos match, Marseille failed to advance despite winning 2-1. In the match that went to penalties, Marseille had to say goodbye to the Champions League after losing 5-3.

Huge surprise yesterday night as Marseille was eliminated through penalties from Panathinaikos.Marseille had everything under control and was comfortably leading 2-0 while they committed a penalty in the 90+9 minute of the game which made the game go in additional time.I don't know if this was bad luck or deserved but for me it was mostly bad luck and underestimating the opponent, they thought they were already qualified when in fact they got to additional time and later to penalties which are a lottery and they are now out of the Champions League.

Most likely the reason is the underestimation of the opponent, although after the defeat in the first match Marseille should have been more attentive. Returning to the game in extra time gave Panathinaikos some kind of psychological advantage, and penalty shootouts are always a lottery. It is very unexpected to see Marseille fail to make it to the group stage. Now Panathinaikos will face Braga, another very difficult opponent.
I saw a very serious difference between their play in the first leg and this second leg, they should have been able to do the same as this match in the first leg, but unfortunately they couldn't do it so it was a loss that in the end they had to be eliminated.
I agree with you that they probably underestimated their opponents, especially in the first leg. I understand home and away status does matter, but when you look at what they did in this match, they should be able to do it in their away matches as well.

A 90+9 penalty started Leverkusen's misery after they had been so confident of their 2-0 lead that in the end a penalty that was difficult to decide who won belonged to Panathinaikos.
It's unfortunate that they had to be eliminated in this round even though I had high hopes for Marseille but in the end they had to lose their chance to be in the Champions League.

There is only 1 match left now as AEK will host Zagreb in the final match of this qualifier.
Zagreb previously lost a shocking 1-2 and now it's a difficult task for them as they have to make up the goal deficit in their away match.

real madrid, like all teams, also depends on some very important players, just see that in the days when benzema was a real madrid player, when he was injured, real madrid would lose, also if real madrid were reinstated in the champions league last seasons he managed to go far thanks in large part to benzema and Thibaut Courtois who managed to defend well and benzema who managed to score goals just when the team needed it most, he was the savior of real madrid. so real madrid has important players that without them the team doesn't win games. and that's why anyone when analyzing a game they want to bet money on, that person analyzes the squad and the performance of each player. after that, that person watches videos to see how they play with the best squad, that is to see which are the important players that in case they are not present to play, then that person does not place a bet, I have been doing that.

the results of yesterday's games did not bring many surprises, the big teams won again with a greater number of goals even if in some cases they had already won by many goals in the first leg, an example of what I am talking about can be seen in the case of braga that in the first leg they scored a lot of goals and in that second leg they scored a lot of goals again, in all braga scored 7 goals and 1 conceded only 1 goal, another case was that of PSV who managed to score 7 goals in all and conceded only 2 goals, PSV was visibly superior to sturm in both legs. in other cases, the favorite teams won in the first leg by a small difference in goals and there was still hope that the disadvantageous scenario of the teams that lost in the first leg could be reversed

for example in the maccabi haifa case they won the first leg by a small goal difference, they had to work hard to win the second leg game. in the case of galatasaray, they just needed a draw and not conceded many goals, but galatasaray won the game even though they were playing with a reduced player and even knowing that they only needed to not concede many goals, it was clear the superiority of galatasaray.

Marseilla might be bad luck. The club was almost winning the game. Aubameyang has been contributing a lot but the game in the last minutes by panathinaikos has been destroying marseille's dream to be qualified for another round.
Panathinaikos has been qualified for the UCL play off against braga. I give my appreciation to the panathinaikos caused by the club has been trying so hard till last minutes.

It's a loss for so many people caused by i did believe many of them were picking marseille instead of naikos. The goal in the last minute was just hurting all of them. It makes marseille loses its dream to go to the UCL this year.
It must be enough for the club to play in Europa League soon.  Marseille already qualified for the Europa league group stage automatically.

Marseille's fortunes changed in extra time as Panathinaikos scored from the penalty spot just as the referee blew the whistle for full time. The referee announced the end of the game shortly after the penalty was scored, resulting in a draw in the first leg and second leg, which led to the decision to decide the result of the match through penalties. Marseille failed to prove their best in penalties. Panathinaikos lost 5-3 on penalties. The result of this match would have gone in Marseille's favor if not for such a mistake at the end but luck was not on their side. Marseille exited this season's Champions League with a draw and penalty shootout defeat in the second leg against Panathinaikos.

It's a shame that the results achieved by Marseille in the Champions League qualifying round against Panathinaikos and they had to lose through the round that most teams hate, namely the penalty shootout. Even though Marseille won in 90 minutes but the aggregate showed a draw so that this match went to extra time and ended in penalties. 'The brace scored by Aubameyang in the first half also felt meaningless because in the second half Loannidis managed to score 1 goal back from the penalty spot. No one thought that Marseille would return home quicker via the qualifying route and they had to be patient to try another chance. Congratulations to Panathinaikos for advancing to the next round.

Marseille vs Panathinaikos

I have to says this is hard match for Marseille because they have to win at least with 2 goals margin or more and we all know Marseille had a problem with their consistency so although they had just win against Reims on Ligue 1 but it won't guarantee they will be able to playing well today and Panathinaikos had a strong defense that in the last 10 matches in all competitions they were never conceded more than 2 goals so i assume in this match Panathinaikos will displayed negative football because they want to secured one place on group stage

According to the odds i can see Marseille is the favourite with odds @1.53 and Panathinaikos as underdog status with odds @6 but i don't think pick Marseille as my bets will be good option because their consistency makes me doubt that they can able to beat Panathinaikos but just like i said above that my prediction is Panathinaikos will aiming draw result in this match so i have two options and it was draw or under 2.5 goals

Marseille had a good start in the Ligue 1 but I can't say the same thing for the Champions League qualifiers. They had serious issues in the first leg and that red card made things even more difficult. At least they didn't lose by a bigger goal difference to Panathinaikos. Otherwise there would even be a tougher job to do in the second leg. Panathinaikos must be thinking of adopting a fully defensive game. They would just look for counter-attack opportunities that's all.

While they play for maintaining the score advantage on aggregate Marseille had better be more effective in the attacking area. If they don't get ahead early I hope they don't get eliminated shockingly. Marcelino has a big responsibility now.
Yes, Marseille are in a difficult situation and probably nobody expected them to lose in the first game. Today they need only a win, preferably with a few goals. Probably for Panathinaikos the best solution will be to play defensive football and look for opportunities for counterattacks. But still I think that Marseille will win at home.

I think Marseille will win this match at home. Aubameyang's goal in the 2nd minute already put them in an advantageous position. If they score the second goal in the first half, Panathinaikos will have to take risks and we may see more goals in the match. Marseille is a team that I'm sure to get through right now. I hope I am not wrong.

It's a tragedy. While Marseille was about to win the game, Panathinaikos penalty and the goal scored took the game into overtime. After extra time, Panathinaikos advanced to the next round and Marseille is now eliminated from UCL. It was a great start for Marseille. They had a 2-0 lead in the first half, but they were eliminated at the end of the night. Big shock for them.

Panathinaikos, who was behind 2-0 throughout the entire match and played away in front of 70.000 spectators, had a very low budget compared to its opponent, reversed the situation in this match and took the match to penalties, continued to fight until the last minutes and showed us how determined he is for the Champions League. I'm talking about a team whose most expensive player is cheaper than the assistant coach of Marseille. These tragic moments with the fans and the victory after Michalis death have been a morale booster for Panathinaikos supporters and the Greeks. We witnessed that not the best but the most determined wins in this match. That's why we love football. It was not the money that won but the dreams that won. It was not the violence of the fans that won but the belief of the players and coaches who set out to return to the pitch.

Indeed. After seeing Marseille bring the score to 2-0 I was feeling confident of them to eliminate their opponent. Because they were playing against a weaker opponent on paper and they already captured a big psychological advantage. However that unexpected goal in the last moments of the stoppage time devastated Marseille's plans.

2-0 was already a risky score of course as conceding one goal was going to help Panathinaikos be in the game again. But I wasn't expecting this to cost Marseille the Champions League.  Sad  This is a horrible start for their new coach Marseille at the same time. He will start to be criticized already now but I still think it wouldn't be right to do that. Because he is new here and this is one of the first matches of the season.

Marseille were unlucky yesterday... But I've noticed that recently the referees have started to add a lot of extra time when decisive events happen... Yesterday was one of those games when Marseille should have won, but they didn't... I didn't think they couldn't beat Panathinaikos...
As you said earlier, Marseille is really not lucky to beat Panathinaikos on penalties, it's not surprising if a great club loses on penalties, because penalty shootouts require calm and focus so you can't rely on just skill on the field besides that you won't be able to score goals, therefore losing on penalties is not a painful defeat. although they failed to advance to the next round and did not qualify for the UCL.

I also see that Marseille has struggled to win against panthinaikos but unfortunately luck is more towards panathinaikos on penalties, maybe this will also be a lesson for Marseille next season to fix it at least they can be much more prepared so they don't fail to qualify for the UCL in the next season.

I was predict under 2.5 goals yesterday because based on the statistics Panathinaikos defensive lines were very solid that they were never conceded more than 2 goals in the last 10 matches besides that Marseille had a problem with their consistency which make me doubt Marseille can able to beat Panathinaikos but my predictions was missed that Marseille can able to win the match with slim score but unfortunately they were failed to qualified to group stage because Ioannidis was scored goal at the end of second half and it makes the match have to ended with penalty shotout and Panathinaikos is the next team who will advances to group stage and for Marseille unfortunately this season they have to playing at Europa league
