Atletico madrid did play very well and exceeded everyone's expectations of them. And it can be said that the match was very interesting and not boring. I favored Inter Milan in this match. But I have to admit that Atletico Madrid deserved to qualify for the next stage even though they only qualified on penalties. But this indicates that Atletico Madrid does have performance that is equivalent to Inter Milan. This is a very difficult match, and to be honest, I didn't think Inter Milan would lose and Atlético Madrid would qualify. I Personally from the begining of the game also favored Intermilan to win because of their performance in the league was very good, Besides that after Lazio and napoli were eliminated from the champions league I hoped Inter milan could be the only team that could represent Italy in thechampions League, but it Turned out that they fate was no Better than from Napoli and Lazio.

To be honest, Atletico Madrid's performance really impressed me. Because I thought I would see Inter Milan dominating this match as usual. Because we don't see a better performance from Atletico Madrid in the last few matches in La Liga. Atletico Madrid have lost two of their last five matches and drawn one. The team was not in good form.

truly an amazing match. it was difficult for Inter to win and maintain their lead in the first leg. Of course, getting a win at Atletico's home ground is not easy.

The performance that Atletico Madrid had in the second leg was outstanding and secured the quarter finals with their best performance. Although the match was exciting from start to finish, neither team managed to score more goals. Instead, the goals of the previous match and the current match were tied and the match went to penalties and Inter lost there. Although Inter led the way in the first match, they could not attack much in the second match and could not win against Atletico Madrid. No one could have imagined that Inter Milan would perform so poorly and badly and it disappointed people that they lost. Although neither team could win on the field, the match was a draw but when the penalties started, Inter lost. Although both clubs are very strong, most of the players bet in favor of Inter at the beginning, because they led by one goal in the first match, so they might lose Atletico Madrid by more goals in the second match. Atletico Madrid are always dangerous in Champions League last ten years with Diego Simeone. They are no longer as strong as some years ago but their tactics is good enough to use in knock-out matches in Champions League. Inter Milan did not play bad in this match but result is most important and Atletico Madrid are the winner. They will go to quarter finals and get good income from only two more matches even if they fail in quarter final round.

With results of round of 16, La Liga will have three clubs in quarter finals, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid. It is some years ago since a last time La Liga dominate in Champions League quarter finals.

PSV had a good chance in extra time to equalize the match but at very near distance, their captain shot the ball over the cross bar in surprise of all PSV players. That is their best chance in the match but they wasted it and about 2 minutes later, their defender slipped and gave a great chance to Marco Reus who actually nailed the match for Dortmund.

It is not a convincing win for Dortmund but they completed their task well and will have money from quarter final matches.

There were two matches today in the Champions League but one of them disappointed me and luckily I didn't place a multi bet on today's Champions League match. Dortmund played according to my expectations, he played very well in this match by scoring 2 goals without reply so that made me win in my bet. I also predicted that Dortmund could definitely beat PSV because Dortmund had a very big chance in this match so was no doubt for me to bet on Dortmund. Once again, congratulations to Dortmund, they have finally qualified for the quarter-finals.



Meanwhile Inter Milan actually disappointed me in today's match for a club like Inter Milan which last season was able to reach the final but this season was eliminated before reaching that. Actually I know that this is quite a tough match for Inter Milan because they are facing the elite club Atletico Madrid and this club is not easy to beat but I think with Inter Milan's stronger performance compared to last season Inter Milan will still be able to get rid of Atlettico Madrid but It turns out that Inter Milan wasn't able to do much in this match. I thought after creating 1 aggregate it would add another aggregate but it turned out that Atletico Madrid created more aggregates. That's why I didn't place a multi bet in today's match because it was quite difficult to determine the match between Atlettico vs Inter.

Its the most important thing we can't comparison between domestic league and champion league, Atletico Madrid have very poor performance in domestic league and success defeating Inter Milan with consistency performance and its the first losses for Inter Milan after 13 consecutives winning matches at all competition.

Atletico Madrid they have had a bad season in Laliga. But they had a good season in the UCL. All my guesses were wrong about the last two matches in the last 16 of the UCL. But I am satisfied with this result. Because Atletico Madrid really deserves to go further. Even though they were lucky in the penalty shootout. but this is also part of a skill in football. In the penalty shootout battle, the players' mentality came to the fore and Atletico proved they had a better mentality. So congratulations to Atletico Madrid for successfully advancing to the next stage, namely the top 8 or quarter-finals.

PSV was also quite disappointing and Dortmund was able to win the match quite charmingly and I also congratulate Dortmund. And actually we are also used to seeing Dortmund progress further in the UCL. So their experience is beyond doubt.

Inter Milan scored first and lead 2 - 0 in aggregated result but they let Atletico Madrid score two goals with a late goal to equalize. At penalty spot, Inter Milan shot worse and Lautaro Martinez nailed the defeat for Inter Milan. He has an amazing season with Inter Milan at individual side but this penalty shot is terrible for him and the club.

It's unfair to say Inter Milan lost because of Lautaro as even if he succeeds, Inter Milan still can be lose after all.

Anyway this missed penalty will be painful for him for a while some time.

Rules are known by all teams and this season is no longer as same as previous seasons with old rules. With new rules, no advantage from home-away goals so Inter Milan have to sit down, think of what they prepared for this match. Did they train with shots at the penalty spot as very last challenge in a knock-out match?

It is a regretful defeat for Inter Milan as they are strong, play well and actually can go farther than this.

It has been around three times napoli changed its coaches and nothing improved from the performance of the club. It keeps getting stuck in the same place. Napoli was not a strong opponent for barceloan. Intermilan is still remain the only candidate from italian league while majority of big clubs have already eliminated since the group stage.
Barcelona was fully offensive in this gme unlike the first match which was happening away. Barcelona play structuredly by having very clear pattern. Napoli was always defending from barcelona's attack but since napoli rarely had quality defenders and it can be conceded three goals.
Even Lamine Yamal, a young star from Barcelona, was able to score in this game. It's a shame for the club that Napoli didn't even give a good result against Barcelona. Calzona was totally implementing stupid strategy. I don't know what's wrong with the coaches these days.
Picking calzona is another blunder from napoli. I was expecting napoli's president to find a relaceent for calzona at the end of season. Napoli was leaving for the competition after barcelona beat it with quite big rscores at home.
I like the way Barcelona always confused Napoli's defenders. Even Lamine Yamal scored in this game after he did beautiful dribbling.

Rules are rules and Inter Milan should not lose their sight and after leading with 2 goals to 0 in the aggregate, they found themselves in just two minutes with 1 goal difference then obliged to play extra time and penalties because of a late goal.
I think most teams that passed to the next round, prefer to see Inter Milan eliminated because Atletico Madrid is less dangerous than them, although Simeone is particularly annoying.
