It's not entirely shocking that Porto managed to defeat Arsenal, despite Arsenal appearing to be in better form when you look at their performances in their respective domestic leagues. This is because Porto has also been performing well, especially since they were played at home. Arsenal failed to impress me in this game against FC Porto.The host were very much in the game,they got everything more than Arsenal apart form possession.The two Arsenal wingers were not able to function effectively especially Martinelli who was playing from the left wing,he was so fragile on the wing and wasn't able to dribble past his opponent anytime.They will go again in the second leg at Emirate stadium,and try to win that one,else,they are gone from the tournament.And I think this is going to have a way of affecting their moral going into Saturdays game against Newcastle.

Too bad for Arsenal in this season, recording another lose again against FC Porto even though they look to be a more weaker club compared to Arsenal and also being away, this night was a bad one for Arsenal and their fans even though there was high speculation of Arsenal slide winning but the result have taken another direction, with FC Porto making the record-breaking goal in the extra time even though they struggled all through the 90 minutes to make a goal record but to no avail until in the last minutes of the match when luck smiles at them, this is going to open up alot of pressure on Arsenal in the remaining leagues aside from the championship.
Nonetheless, FC Porto indeed has a peculiar Champion League experience, but not as experienced as Asernal so this loss for Arsenal is a big setback for the club this season.
On the other hand, Barcelona draw the match again tonight, even though they had an early lead, but the inability to sustain the win resulted in them conceding the last goal in the match which saw a draw with Napoli on the other end.

It's not safe yet for napoli or i must say the chance to lose in the second leg is very big for napoli. I will pick barcelona as superior in the second leg caused by playing at home will be impacting the performance from the club a lot. Im still wondering why either of them was not dominating the game.
I think that im feeling convenient enough to pick barcelona at the second leg. Napoli is not that strong this time with very wrong management that can't use the full potential owned by the club. Things are going even more crazily.
Porto will be going to the arsenal's home and the chance to win the game is very small. We do know that how strong napoli is and porto can use fully defensive strategy to make sure it can still lead the game till the end of second leg. The quality of players owned by porto are equal compared to the arsenal.
I can't even believe it. Napoli's performance is also fuckin awful. I can't even say that as a good performance from napoli. This team still plays like shit.

I am not sure if Arsenal has learnt any lesson. Wasn't it Sporting that eliminated Arsenal last year from the Europa League? Or last season I should say. They seem to have problems with teams from Portugal and even worse, it was exactly the same this time. Arsenal had the ball most of the time, but they did not have one chance in the game whereas Porto was standing deep and were waiting for possible counter attacks. I don't know how it is possible that Arsenal can't have just one chance against Porto. Of course Porto isn't just some club, but Arsenal is a title contender in the Premier League. What a boring game it was and I am happy for Porto because this result makes the next game quite exciting.

I think that Arsenal is not really prepared for a busy schedule because in today match their game was not very good at all because they were not able to pose a big threat to Porto. Statistically, Arsenal were only able to launch attacks with 7 shots but none of them were on target. This is where I think that they are not able to align their best form of play when a busy schedule approaches them. In terms of player strength and quality, of course no one doubts that Arsenal is stronger than Porto, but in football the strength of a team does not always guarantee that the team will succeed in achieving victory.

For this reason, I think that many bettors in this match might be unlucky because they chose Arsenal as the winner. Arsenal has learned the lesson so maybe in the second leg at home in the Emirates Stadium they will be more attacking from the first half and make sure that they are able to get equal before the halftime mark. Arsenal can score more than one goal in a game as they have shown many times in this season, so it is possible that they turn things around in the second leg. The defeat was painful, but this is what the game is about, I think.
Napoli are lucky that the Victor Osimhen in the just finish African cup that missed many good chances is not the same Victor Osimhen in Napoli who scores with the slightest opportunity. His goal stole the joy away from Barcelona.

FC Porto with experienced players with Champions League experience has won the match in the extra time of the game, this show that Arsenal lack Champions League experienced players to lead them to victory.

I expect Arteta to start Jorginho in the match because of his calmness and experience in Champions League and how to play big games, and I also expect a natural striker to be up front to convert some chances Arsenal created, but Arteta come up

I admit overestimating Arsenal and I thought they healed... No shot on target, few serious opportunities and an upsetting defeat

For Barcelona and Napoli, I was correct to suggest a draw in the first place. Barcelona indeed scored but Napoli responded and got the draw. After all, this result is good for Barcelona which will be the host for the second leg.

Porto vs Arsenal 1-0. Arsenal as a whole dominated the game but Porto's very strong defense made it difficult for Arsenal to score goals.
And Porto's 1 goal in the remaining extra time scored by Galeno in the 90+4 minute was a painful goal for Arsenal.

Napoli vs Barcelona 1-1 and Barcelona's goal was scored by Lewandowski in the 60th minute, and Napoli's goal was scored by Osimhen in the 75th minute.

But indeed this is a reasonable score and quite feasible to happen.
Barcelona have the advantage of continuing to press and try to dominate the game that happened in the first leg this time but on the other hand Napoli realize if they have to lose in a home match in the first leg this time then they could lose the opportunity and get quite scathing criticism so they always force even though in terms of the game and Barcelona's scheme is far superior.

The 1-1 score in the first leg this time is quite ideal and of course this is a pretty good thing and I like it because with this result the odds of 3.6 that I do are not in vain and I can get benefits in this bet.

Maybe some changes is what Arsenal need, and the coach has brought in Jorginho to see if he can create something from the midfield because Arsenal have not been able to play through the Porto team, their best opportunities have come from running inside from the sides.
