In fact, Manchester City is still performing well in the Champions League at the moment even without Kevin de Bruyne and managed to win the match against Leipzig, who are the strongest rivals in Group G, even though they have experienced 2 defeats in the Premier League this is really a shame, but I am sure Pep Guardiola wont only relying on Kevin de Bruyne, he still has several other key players, but we also don't know to what extent Manchester City will be able to survive without Kevin de Bruyne, but what is clear at the moment is that even though Manchester City has not appeared completely consistent, what is clear is that Pep Guardiola will soon fix things midfield at the club to be able to improve Manchester City current performance.
Pep Guardiola definitely has a backup strategy in carrying out this season in the Champions League and Premier League so that Manchester City can continue to appear strong in all competitions even though key players like Kevin de Bruyne cannot play as hard as they are currently. I am quite sure that Manchester City will not be weak enough this season because Pep Guardiola has a way of placing substitutes in midfield in order to continue to have a better defense and attack line.
I have previously said that Pep Guardiola is still a very intelligent coach for Manchester City, while absence of Kevin De Bruyne does not provide an obstacle for City to continue to progress to next round he is very reliable coach I believe Guardiola currently has candidate to replace De Bruyne and we are just waiting for confirmation of the players who will be brought to Manchester City.

Manchester City until now played without De Bruyne and they can still achieve 3rd position in Premier League and won 2 matches in Champions League. They're already been great so far, even though De Bruyne is currently a Manchester City's heart.

De Bruyne will also get older, it's just a part of regeneration and Manchester City seems quite success since they're still in good form.
Yes, Manchester City is still performing well even without De Bruyne, thanks to other quality midfielders like Julian Alvarez and Phil Foden who are in excellent form. However, Manchester City is involved in several competitions, including the Community Shield, UEFA Super Cup, FA Cup, EFL Carabao Cup, Premier League, and the Champions League. So, De Bruyne's return is crucial for Manchester City's ambitions.
Overall, Man City has a relatively good performance even though they are playing without Kevin De Bruyne. But if we look at their last 4 matches, Man City seems to have experienced a decline in performance, and I think this is a problem that Guardiola must immediately address. Kevin De Bruyne is one of Man City's key players, and it is very likely that Man City will be a lot stronger when Kevin De Bruyne can play again.
I can't agree more with you, Kevin De Bruyne is a very good factor in Man City's midfield and the absence of the Belgian is felt and might continue to be felt if the replacement doesn't improve. This is what I always say, it's good for coaches to think beforehand about all possible angles of the field and find viable replacements in case of unforeseen events. The situation is not so bad though, Man City is still trying and holding tight but not like their real feat. It's evident in their play against Arsenal in the EPL, normally they should have beaten Arsenal, but still, they have a perfect result in UCL.

I also think so it seems it will be difficult for Manchester United to be able to secure second place. The reason is that we know that currently the Red Devils have not won a single point and their chances will be increasingly slim in the next match. I feel Manchester United will miss the opportunity to qualify for the top 16 and they will at least finish in 3rd place and play in the European league with Liverpool. That is a possibility that I think could happen and regardless of whatever they try with the current situation, of course it is quite impossible. Galatassaray is a pretty definite candidate after Manchester United's failure in the last few matches and I think with decent squad depth they can maintain their current position in Group A.

If United can win all the remaining matches, they have a chance to qualify for the next round. Let's see how they will do in their matches in this competition. If the information I have collected is not wrong, several United players can be sure to have recovered from their injuries, especially the defensive line players. Even though the unpleasant news came from Luke Shaw, it is still not certain, but based on some of the information I got, Reguilon, T.Malacia, will return on October 22nd. Meanwhile, Luke Shaw is reportedly returning to join on October 23 as well.
Unfortunately, I cannot confirm the accuracy of this information. If this information matches what was reported, at least Ten Hag will again have additional ammunition for the defense line, unfortunately Lisandro Martinez is scheduled to return on January 14th.

Well, even though they only have a small chance of qualifying for the next phase. but the opportunity is always there, especially if Galatasaray is defeated by Bayern Munich on matchday three. The point is, Ten Hag must sweep all the remaining matches with a win. If not, their chance to progress to the next stage will be lost. Nevertheless, we agree. If they end up falling in the Group A phase, at least they have to be in 3rd place so United can play in the Europa League competition.

Indeed, we can't overlook De Bruyne's importance at Man City. All these temporary alternatives are just placeholders for him. To go the distance in the upcoming crucial matches and defend their hard-earned titles, De Bruyne's return is vital for Mancity.
So far it has been very visible that Manchester City's midfield performance has declined quite a bit since De Bruyne suffered an injury. It cannot be denied that De Bruyne has been a very important player for Manchester City all this time.
De Bruyne is expected to be out for 4 months and he will most likely recover from his injury in January.

So far there has been no big challenge for Real Madrid in facing opponents in the Group stage and even Napoli, which was previously considered to be a balanced opponent, was unable to face Real Madrid even though the match took place at Napoli's home ground. It is almost certain that Real Madrid will be at the top of the Group standings because their next opponent will be much easier in the remaining matches.

We will see after the group phase ends and who will be Real Madrid's opponents, the round of 16 to the round of 8 will be even more competitive because they will meet strong teams before heading to the semi-finals. If the two teams you mentioned can advance to the semifinals, that would be much better because it would produce quite an nerve-wracking match.
It was predicted from the start that this group phase would not be difficult for Real Madrid, because Napoli also experienced a fairly drastic decline in performance after they replaced the coach and the other two teams, Union Berlin and Braga, had quite a difference in quality below Real Madrid.

And for the knock out round, there is quite a lot to look forward to because currently many of Europe's top teams are starting to develop, making it possible for fierce competition to occur.
Real Madrid are still favorites, but I don't think it will be easy for them.

Well, Kevin De Bruyne is a very important player in the midfield for Manchester City. It is nearly impossible to actually find a player like that. So of course when he is not there, Manchester City is going to find it really hard to manoeuvered the ball in the midfield area.

Does that mean Manchester City is useless right now? No absolutely not. But the freedom and authority that Manchester City had over the midfield in almost every match is not there right now without him. And without him, the supply for the forwards are also not going to be amazing, to be honest.

The group stage is going to go on very comfortably for Real Madrid. We must have all understood it from their winning against Napoli away recently. That was technically the toughest match of the group. But even Napoli couldn't stop them in Naples. I can already be confident that Real Madrid will finish as group leader.

The important point is what they will do against the biggest title contenders. Especially against Manchester City and Bayern Munich I mean. If they manage to show a strong team performance with the help of their main scorer Bellingham too then I wouldn't be surprised to see Real Madrid adding another CL title to their collection.  Smiley

players you mentioned are indeed key players but in fact Guardiola has been able to maximize the talents of other players but still without the presence of De Bruyne Man City still cannot perform as perfectly as before and Guardiola has also tried to use Rodri as a substitute for De Bruyne but still not optimal.
Rodri excels as a defensive midfielder with his certainty and physical prowess, so his role primarily revolves around defending. Given that, it's not realistic to expect him to heavily engage in the attack and provide assists.

Manchester City still on the top performed in Champion League by winning 2 of 2 matches without Kevin De Bruyne but they have bad result after losing two matches in a row at Premier League. I don't see success achievement for Manchester City without De Bruyne although have many young player and need time for Pep Guardiola adapting new games play without De Bruyne. Current group stage opponent teams in Champion League looks not problem for Manchester City keep in the winning trend, but I doubt on knockout round if Kevin De Bruyne not recovery from injury will Manchester City have top perform or difficult qualifying until final stage.

Difficult to see better tactical with Manchester City actually Kevin De Bruyne have been vital player and helped Erling Haaland easily scoring many goals and looks difficult scoring goals when De Bruyne absent.

Manchester city only loss in two matches in the premier league, and there is a hope for them to recover from those matches without De Bruyne which we saw how they started the new season with good performance to defeated many teams. Erling Haaland and other strikers are capable to make things function well in a way they can still make it happen to embrace UEFA champions league title before  De Bruyne and Rodri will recover from injuries. I don't think, Manchester city depend on one player in the team, because their coach has trained many potential players which some are still on the bench waiting for the right time to come before they can start showcasing their skills for people to believe that Manchester city doesn't depended on one player.

Even before several of their players were injured and underperforming, Manchester United's previous performance cannot be compared to that of Bayern Munich, and they are far superior to them and will finish ahead of them in the group stage. Manchester United still has a chance to finish second in the group because they have four more matches to play, but I doubt they can beat Bayern Munich in their second leg clash. If they lose or draw a point with Bayern Munich, they will be disqualified from finishing first, and Bayern Munich will almost certainly win their remaining four matches.
I think MU's chances of finishing in second place in the group will be very difficult, because Manchester United's performance itself is unstable or inconsistent. I prefer Galatasaray, in the domestic league they are quite impressive with the 8 matches they have played, the 7 wins they have achieved and so far they have never lost. On the 24th Galatasaray will play against Bayern Munich with full support from the crowd, I am sure Galatasaray will get points at home to maintain the points position in the group

Europa League Competition is a toxic Competition to me, ( LoL ). If Manchester United can't go ahead to win all foir fixtures remaining in the Champions League group stage, then thry shouldn't think of getting qualified for the round of sixteen. Not the Europa League Competition likewise, that's a tougher Competition to play and they've had failures in that Competition massively.

I won't want them back in that Competition, rather, they should finish at the bottom of the group stage and return to the Premier League backing chasing for qualifications in the Premier League table once again.
Whenever you decide to expect too much from Manchester United, you'll get break down and broken.

I do agree with it. The result against napoli away made me feel so confident with the performance of real madrid at this moment. That's why im not even doubting the performance of real madrid this season. It's caused by madrid has been doing it right by beating napoli away which has been proving if real madrid was a strong team. I see that if napoli is nothing in front of real madrid at this moment. It's likely that everything is going so well like what has been planned by ancellotti at this moment.
Im waiting for the home game against napoli. It will be a disastrous game for napoli to face madrid without osimhen.

Real madrid is much more stronger compared with bayern. It doesn't even make sense to call king of UCL is weaker compared with bayern. Otherwise, bayern must be careful caused by king of UCL is going back again to the its best form.
Manchester city and munchen must be careful once it will be facing real madrid.

And in my opinion, in the UCL group phase this season, Group F is the fiercest and up to now the four teams still have a chance to qualify from the group and even now it is still very difficult to predict who will be able to qualify, because these four teams have equal quality.
Group F is proving hard to predict. Despite teams like PSG and Dortmund not performing up to expectations, Newcastle is causing a surprise in this group. In my opinion, Newcastle and PSG will be the next two teams to advance.

Manchester City was having struggles winning games. Reciting the problem to the absence of Kelvin De Bruyne is absolutely out of line because I could remember really good that Manchester City have won important games this season without his presence on the pitch, why tender blames for absent of key players this very moment when they have starts to face setbacks in league games? It's necessary and important how they cope and play a better pattern of football all these past months without Kelvin De Bruyne, why complain now that they've experienced slight struggles in league games?

This is quite an early call you are making here Smiley Real Madrid has lots of potential and I wouldn't get too distracted by some weaker performances. They have everything it needs to raise their performance level. Because simultaneously Manchester City isn't doing that great either. If we consider both Real Madrid and Manchester City, I don't think one team can be considered much better than the other. Maybe Arsenal will be among the biggest favorites and maybe Barcelona can as well increase their game quality over the coming months. Last season I was quite sure that Manchester City would win it as they have been so dominant most of the time, but it's different this season. It is much harder to give it a guess, but saying that Real Madrid is probably not one of the favorites doesn't quite right to me.
I guess doubting Real Madrid's chances of winning the title this season isn't an insult to them. I have watched almost every match in all competitions, maybe even more than the fans themselves, so I know where this team's weaknesses are so I doubt it.

Real Madrid's strength this season comes from Bellingham's good performance. I can imagine that if a team was able to stop Bellingham and Vinicius' movements, then Real Madrid would really have a hard time winning the match. Their midfielders could help find goals, but Ancelotti's strategic approach this season has tended to be easier for his opponents to know. If you doubt what I said, please review the derby match between Atletico Madrid vs Real Madrid and find out where Bellingham is.

But I was rather trying to say that the other teams are also not as convincing as they have been before. I am not saying you are wrong about Real Madrid not being as strong as they have been in some of the last few seasons. But who is stronger than Real Madrid at the moment? Last season I would have instantly responded myself with Manchester City, but they are trying to find their best form as well. It maybe an entirely different team like Arsenal that may turn into the major favorites for the title. I don't see Barcelona as the strongest team and Manchdster City has had some changes in their team, some for better and some for worse. I don't see this one team yet that sticks out from all others.

Bad news came from Shakhtar Donetsk, because they had just fired coach Van Leeuwen and now the confidence they had cultivated against Barcelona was lost. If we look at the results in the domestic league, Shakhtar Donetsk's position is actually still at the top with other teams, but of course Shakhtar Donetsk has its own reasons for deciding this. Even though Shakhtar Donetsk still has a chance to reach second place because they have the same 3 points as Porto.

I thought some time ago that Shakhtar Donetsk would be able to make it difficult for Barcelona to win so that they could at least get a draw later. But that was still not enough and now Shakhtar Donetsk have appointed interim coach Darijo Srna, while they look for a new coach in the future.

Source: https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1713913227958964566

Shakhtar Donetsk have lost so many players to other teams due to the ongoing war against Russia. There were really skilled players like Tete among those players as well. It hasn't been easy for them to make progress from that situation so far. They are doing well in their domestic league actually and I can't say they are in too bad condition in the Champions League either.

Therefore I'm surprised with this sacking by Shakhtar Donetsk. I can't call his period at this team unsuccessful honestly.

It is definitely sad that this happened to them right before the match against Barcelona. The performance from them so far has definitely been decent. But you cannot get good results out of the Champions League trophy being decent. you will have to perform really well. Now I am not going to talk about the decision that has already been made.

Now, if someone tells me that they are going to win against Barcelona in the upcoming match, I will say that it is a possibility of course. But not a high probability anymore. Actually was not a high probability for them to win in the first place.

I would have expected Milan to be the leader in Group F. Because I really liked their game against Newcastle in the first match. They could have just been better at finishing. I expected them to improve this side against Dortmund however that match also ended in a 0-0 draw. Milan are just in 3rd place with 0 goals scored and conceded.  Grin

Newcastle's show against PSG was really too much. Technically their squad quality is way below PSG but team performance changes everything. If Newcastle collect at least 4 points from Dortmund then they can even finish the group as the leader.

My prediction was that PSG would be the group champion of this group and AC Milan would be second. But now it seems unlikely that this will happen. The Newcastle team is changing all accounts. Newcastle are now at the top of the table after a draw with Milan in the first leg and a big win over PSG in the second. Dortmund, on the other hand, is at the bottom of the points table.

The most inexperienced team in this group is Newcastle. Still they are able to perform well. And their match strategy is excellent. I think the team will be able to qualify for the knockout round. But it is very difficult to predict which team will finish second in the table at the moment. I consider PSG as favorites for second place in the table.
