It was really nice to see a different team in the finale previously. Maybe Inter lost to Manchester City there but they stayed strong most of the time. I would like to see a different in the finale once again this season. Arsenal would be a nice candidate this time. Arteta has been managing the team really good and this effort can carry them to bigger successes.

I just want to watch them against bigger teams than the ones in their group as well. They are really good at dealing with top teams in the Premier League. I wonder whether they can do this in the Champions League too.
Maybe Arsenal against Bayern Munich wouldn't be a bad combination at all as they are both good teams in their various domestic leagues and are aswell doing great in the champions league, their performance so far at the champions league has be really impressive and deserving of every points they have got especially Bayern Munich who is yet to loose a match in the UCL.

Arsenal has lost one match so far in the UCl but they still stand at the second position in the their group in the UCL and they have a very good chance to qualify for the next round of the game by virtue of their performance and their points so far, apart from Sevilla other team in their group may not be really able to give them tough time enough not to get a win as they all don't have matching team depth with the gunners.

Arsenal isn't doing great at all in the Champions League, they have gotten themselves into deep trouble due to the loss against 14th rank of Ligue 1. Everyone at Arsenal knows that the next game against Sevilla is one of the most important games this Champions League season because if they lose this one, this is escalating from average to worse for them. The group B looks like easy business for Arsenal London, but it is not None of the teams there are easy prey for them. Winning against PSV 4-0 at home does not mean they will also beat PSV easily when they play in Eindhoven.

Inter Milan Vs Manchester city was good game to watch, at least we saw different teams people didn't expect playing the finals after a long time, it really gave the champions League a different feeling.

Arteta has really done a good job in building a team in arsenal, there performance last season and this season has greatly improved compared to three or four seasons ago. Same thing I've been complaining about ten hag, about him not being able to build a team you can comfortable say will win matches week in week out, everybody is building a solid team among the top four, United seems to be left behind.

Next will be the week of Milan or PSG almost out from the Champsions League.

Milan is more at risk, if they will not win they will be basically out.
UEFA Champions League group F portrayed one of the most competitive and shocking games results. Guess who's topping the table? Is an average team like Newcastle United, they're not holding back, Eddie Howe foreseen the nearest future of the Magpies and he's working on achieving good points and accolades with the present form of the team. The Magpies are unstoppable this season with the draw tie with Milan and thrashing PSG on English soil is a direct message to those doubting and underestimating them. Paris Saint-Germain versus AC Milan in the round 3 UCL game fixture. Les Parisiens will hosts the Rissoneri at the Parc des Princes stadium, let's see how things will play out.

Even if Arsenal don't win the Champions League title this season they can still achieve a good success in the tournament. Because Arteta's system is working really good. But that loss against Lens was really unexpected to be honest. In the end we are just at the beginning of the group stage. But I assume that Arsenal will make up for that point loss strongly.

It isn't easy to achieve big successes with a very young team maybe. But so far Arteta has been doing a good work with this team. They fought for the Premier League title last season and they can do really nice things there and in the Champions League both this season as well.
Artheta is a good manager and I love the stability he has built in the team so far arsenal has been consistent with their form both in the previous season and this season, it was a common error that led to them losing to Lens in the UCL an error I have no doubt about them correcting when they play at home in England.   Arsenal may not stand a chance of winning the UCL title, however, with the energy and dexterity of the squad their chances of qualifying beyond the round of sixteen is very high.
Arsenal is one of the best teams in the UCL and I think they could not get what they wanted in the Lens match. I'm sure they won't make the mistake of the Lens match again. Arteta and his players will take firm steps towards success in the EPL together with the UCL.

I really like Arsenal as well. The progress they have made so far is just marvelous. They are even considered as the 4th biggest contender for the Champions League title by bookies now. However I see one thing in Arsenal that could create a big problem for them when they face bigger challenges in the tournament. That thing is the lack of experienced players in the squad. I mean of course some of their young players have also gained a lot of experience to even lead the team - like Odegaard who is the new captain.

But I think they needed players such as Xhaka as well. They parted ways with him as well in the summer and now they are a very young team. Let's see how far they can make it like this.
Arsenal made it to UEFA Champions League this season and they're exhibiting their very best performance. Gunners are 100% ready to face challenging opponents this season, due to the reason and determination, they won their long-term preeminent rival for EPL title this season with just a thrilled 1 nil winning. That victory really had a positive impacts on the team, Mikel Arteta and his men are ready to boosts their performance in UCL this season. I'm confident they would qualify from from their group, it's not a big deal for Gunners, their main priority is reaching crucial phases in the long run for EPL this season. Martin Odegaard and Bukayo Saka will lead the team to path of glory this season.
I don't think arsenal having young players it will be a problem to them in the Champions league,  the truth is that arsenal is good in a better form to perform well. The young players arsenal have are really  good, from their performance so far this season I think arsenal are good enough to challenge any big team in the champions league. Arsenal might not be lucky to win the Champions league this season but they will really make a good performance in their in Champions league this season.

The understanding between Arsenal players is very good. Coach Mikel Arteta is doing a great job. He is helping to maintain the good relationship between the players. And this is why Arsenal's performance is so stable. Arsenal are able to maintain consistency. With the help of coach Arteta, Arsenal's players are also more confident now. And so despite having young players in the squad, they are doing quite well.

If Arsenal's players are confident, injury free, and able to keep up that streak, I think we'll see this team in the semi-finals. Arsenal missed out on the Premier League title last season due to injuries. And I think Arteta has not forgotten about the problem. He also strengthened his bench team this time. It is expected that this team can dominate the Champions League.

I was recounting Manchester United chances of qualifying from the group stage in this season's champions League and honestly the chances of Manchester United is very slim. I do not really understand what is wrong with Manchester United and what really happened to them. Honestly, Manchester United showed strength and commitment in the match against Bayern Munich much they didn't do their best in the match against Galatasary.

It is likely that Manchester United will go empty handed this season. This is because they will go to the Europa League and in the Europa League, there is Liverpool already there waiting to be the champions.
You are correct Manchester united has started this year's UEFA champions league very badly. Losing to Bayern Munich and Galatasaray, this was a group that should have ended with Bayern Munich and Manchester united qualifying but right now Galatasaray has a better chance than them although it's too early to judge, they now have to seriously face their upcoming games and hope they win all then they would have a great chance .

Many say Man United's chances of qualifying for the next stage are small, it is true that they may see this because Man United suffered two defeats to Bayern Munich and Galatasaray. However, you need to know that the defeat in these two matches was due to Man United's defense being very weak because several of their defensive players were injured. Not an excuse but it's really unfair, Man United's defense is so bad, Onana can't be everywhere at once. Yes, it's completely his fault, but overall he's pretty good, but even a good goalkeeper can't do much with a defense like this.

In the next match, Man United will definitely be aiming for their first win. Three winning points are very important for Man United, to maintain their hopes of qualifying for the knockout phase and of course increase the team's confidence. For me, no matter how bad a big team is, they can definitely come back. If they win, I'm sure Man United can still advance to the next round even though they started Group A badly.
I can't say that Manchester City will win their third match in the champions league, as they have started very poor and I haven't seen any improvement from them. I don't have any hope that Manchester United will be able to go far this season in any competition that they play because the team is still having problem with their defense and when you don't have a good defense, that team is doom.

If it possible for them to win their third match, it might still not change anything because if peradventure they win, they might not be able to win the knockout stage only if it will be a miracle but I don't see it happening because the chances are very slim. Manchester United needs to be in a good form before their performance can be consistent

Considering the performance of other teams in the group A of the UEFA Champions League competition, it'll be very difficult for Manchester United to make it out of the group as they've already lost their first two games in the competition.
Galatasaray are in very good form so is Bayern Munich and are very much in contention to be the two clubs that'll progress out of the group. Manchester United needs to win their remaining four games to be sure of any qualification to the knockout stages of the competition but that don't think will happen as two of their remaining games are gonna be played against Galatasaray and Bayern Munich.

The game against Napoli was probably their qualification for the round of 16 already because that was the game when most expected them to potentially not win all 3 points, but now that it ended with a win and since the Union Berlin game also ended with 3 points for them, it is unlikely that they will get into similar situations during the next games. There is no need to win against Napoli at home as a draw would probably be enough and the two games against Braga won't be a failure either. The big pressure is already gone.

I agree with you, Real Madrid's pressure to qualify for the round of 16 will never be great as long as they manage to win all their games against weaker teams like Union Berlin and Braga. I think Real Madrid only needs 6 more points to ensure they advance from the group stage, meaning they only need 2 win from the next 4 matches. That scenario must be true if Braga and Union Berlin lose to Napoli, as well as Real Madrid.

No one doubts that Real Madrid failed this season in the group stage, if that exists then they are just fighting with their own principles that don't know Real Madrid. The real challenge for Real Madrid is in the last 16, quarter-finals or semi-finals if they succeed, but I don't want to talk too much because I don't know who the potential opponents will be.

6 points will do the deal for sure and I am not even sure if mathematically they could still fail then. I would say that 12 points in the group with their win against Napoli it is pretty safe to say that they would be part of the round of 16. But I guess motivation is high to definitely finish as first in the group in order to avoid some hard drawings in the earlier rounds of the knockout stages. I think it was last season when we had some very early big games between top teams. On the one hand it is fun because we don't have to wait for too long until we finally get to see some spectacular games, but on the other hand it's bad for later rounds if the favorites knockout each other in the round of 16 and round of 8 already.

It's really sad how they get worse by each game they play. The game against Munich was such that we felt could be considered a fair loss and hoping they make up for it against Galatasaray, but they disappointed sadly both in their performance and results, nd they are currently the only team without a point in their group so it's really difficult to imagine them succeeding not minding how many matches they still have to go.

If they fail to qualify for the next round of the champions league I think it will be better they redirect their focus on getting better at the premier league as their results there isn't encouraging aswell, I'm hoping they get improvement by the time they return from this international break probably with the mind that some of them would have been rested enough especially the players who just recoverd from injury.

Earlier it was assumed that the cases of injury was much and the reason they had poor performance but then recently it's not seeming like it was just the case of injury that got them to this point it gradually looking like a complete team problem, maybe by January they should be looking to get better replacement for some players if they must thrive.

-snip-

If you look at the two that have been played, of course it is predicted that Bayern Munich will be the leader of group A. In my opinion, teams like Manchester United, Galatasaray and FC Copenhagen still have the same big chance of qualifying for the last 16 of the UCL. . My prediction is in group A
1 Bayern Munich
2 Galatasaray
3 Manchester United
4 FC Copenhagen

Galatasaray should not be taken lightly, they managed to beat Man United previously. I'm also not sure that Man United can win the remaining four matches, in fact I'm more inclined to make Man United make more mistakes than Galatasaray.
You can always convince yourself of what you want, but I'm not sure Galatasaray can make it to the last 16 this season. I tend to expect Manchester United to recover and improve their form to qualify for the round of 16 alongside one of the favorites from the group. Manchester United deserves to be alongside Bayern Munich to qualify, but I admit that underestimating Galatasaray is unreasonable.

Galatasaray is a strong team that represents the Turkish Super League in the Champions League. The opportunity is good after beating Manchester United at Old Trafford, but however I believe Manchester United can be better in the remaining 4 matches. Besides, I think Bayern Munich can easily beat Galatasaray in two meetings, that's very convincing in my opinion.

Just like you, I think Bayern Munich will be the leader of group. I agrre with you Manchester United still has a chance to finish second in the group. However I don't think Manchester United will win their remaining four matches. For Manchester United to be second in the group, Copenhagen and Galatasaray must make a lot of mistakes. I think Copenhagen and Galatasaray will not make that many mistakes.
I still have high hopes on Manchester United against both clubs mentioned and that is because Manchester United still remains the most experienced among the two of them and should be able to come top in the group, so let's not make a rushed conclusion on the matter and where Manchester united will end the season and at which level.

Although we have to wait out the time to see if things may change along the line, and if it didn't change then we have to accept whatevethesese clubs can come up with.

In fact, Manchester City is still performing well in the Champions League at the moment even without Kevin de Bruyne and managed to win the match against Leipzig, who are the strongest rivals in Group G, even though they have experienced 2 defeats in the Premier League this is really a shame, but I am sure Pep Guardiola wont only relying on Kevin de Bruyne, he still has several other key players, but we also don't know to what extent Manchester City will be able to survive without Kevin de Bruyne, but what is clear at the moment is that even though Manchester City has not appeared completely consistent, what is clear is that Pep Guardiola will soon fix things midfield at the club to be able to improve Manchester City current performance.
Pep Guardiola definitely has a backup strategy in carrying out this season in the Champions League and Premier League so that Manchester City can continue to appear strong in all competitions even though key players like Kevin de Bruyne cannot play as hard as they are currently. I am quite sure that Manchester City will not be weak enough this season because Pep Guardiola has a way of placing substitutes in midfield in order to continue to have a better defense and attack line.

Just losing some a few points in the Premier League is not a reason for us to say Manchester City is not performing well anymore in this season.
Manchester City has a coach like Guardiola and he definitely has a good plan for an important tournament like the Champions League in which they want to win the title in this season.

I don't understand people who after two defeats in a row start thinking that they won't win the season anymore, that they are deflated etc, lol. It's only been a couple of rounds, MC's defeats were not so random, rather they lacked a bit of luck. Especially in the Champions League, where they are top of the table and will definitely get out of the group
