You are correct Manchester united has started this year's UEFA champions league very badly. Losing to Bayern Munich and Galatasaray, this was a group that should have ended with Bayern Munich and Manchester united qualifying but right now Galatasaray has a better chance than them although it's too early to judge, they now have to seriously face their upcoming games and hope they win all then they would have a great chance .

Every body understands nothing, if you want a good nice idea you can find out directly from Ten Hag. They are heading nowhere with this kind of play they will suffer if they move on to the next level.
They can not qualify successfully on the group with clow clubs like Galatasaray and the other club from Denmark and they wan to do same against clubs that topped their various groups.
By any means they lose out of Champions league and Europa League they Will go all out on qualifying in the Premier League.

I agree with you strongly, Bayern Munich has the best chance to lead the group with the highest point current in the group. If they win their next match against Galatasaray they need no much effort again to be at the next stage of the league and I'm very optimistic about that as Bayern seem to be giving so much to making sure they get it right at the champions league.

Manchester united have a chance to be second, but that is so slim and almost close to impossible, because it will take them to win all four matches which is a 50/50 chances of happening, and the current status of Manchester united does not show they have that form to win all four matches back to back as Galatasaray is not wishing to be kicked out at group stage.

Playing to become the second position in the group with no point at this time will be really difficult except Manchester united will have to rotate players in-between the premier league and the champions league in order to keep them fit and strong enough to perform and give the results they need to be at the second position,if they dedicate more energy to the UCL for now and reduce that they put into premier league, they could get that results but sadly they are not doing well enough at the premier league to take such risk.

The backup strategy was not going well like what it's planned. Manchester city lack of good attacking midfielders. The creativity of midfielders dropped so hard caused by city was losing some important players. There was still rodri but it's likely that if manchester city will not be playing like last season caused by the club was missing de bruyne. Rodri is good, but the club needs someone who can play as good as de bruyne. There has been speculation that Pep is considering purchasing Dani Olmo from Leipzig as a replacement for De Bruyne, however, I personally believe that this plan is quite far from becoming a reality.
There have been also many clubs linked to him. Despite the city's impressive achievement of winning the treble last season, the probability of them obtaining Olmo remains quite small.
