If to measure the quality of the game temporarily then on paper Liverpool is favored because it has a stable and promising performance. I got surprised when Liverpool trashed Bayern Leverkusen by 4:0 without struggling so i see a very concrete team in Liverpool who can be able to win the Premier league and possibly the champions league. They have every possibility of finishing at the top because the team is very much in good structure.

Manchester city and Real Madrid are known as major competitors of the Champions league so even when they are underperforming, it's not a prerequisite they can't get better and with the level of things now, they need to be more serious now since the competitions are becoming more tighter.
