The top spot in the Ligue 1 table is occupied by PSG. However, PSG is not able to perform well on the Champions League platform. PSG have won just one out of 4 Champions League matches. And lost in two matches. PSG lost against Atletico Madrid and Arsenal. And PSG shared the points with PSV.

Both matches against Bayern Munich and Manchester City are highly likely for PSG to lose. PSG are currently 25th in the table. PSG may be able to qualify for the playoffs. If you're talking about Arsenal's result against Inter, that's wrong. It is not a consistency issue. In fact, they were almost fully dominating the game. They stopped every counterattack from Inter Milan. Sadly, it was just bad luck due to Merino's unintentional handball. I know the handball call was harsh, but they should accept it.

I would rather call Arsenal to have ZERO luck in this game instead of an inconsistent team.

Yes, this is a standard problem for teams that rely on ball control to open up the defense of an opponent who is not trying to take the ball away at all but is only focused on defense. Overall, Arsenal's situation in the Champions League is not that bad - they are confidently in the top 24 and close to the top 8, but I agree about the Premier League, they suffered critical losses there.
