Anyway, Atalanta must minimize defeats if they intend to survive and also because the intensity of their training must be increased from now on.
Don't underestimate Atalanta, if you see their path they are a very tough team to face. The match against Real Madrid was mentioned, but just look at how he did in the Europa League.
They weren't all bad opponents and so in my opinion he has the chance to do very well. Of course I don't think he'll reach the semi-finals
The Europa League is different again from the Champions League especially now with the new format I think it will be even tighter while we know Atalanta so far in Serie A are still bad they lost to Inter Milan badly and lost again to Torino.

Not underestimating Atalanta but the reality is it will be more difficult but I see the fixture with Arsenal will be more complicated than before with Leverkusen during the Europa League final.
So far there are no big expectations from Atalanta, considering some of the teams they sold of course the squad now will be different from before, but I want to see the action to see how far Atalanta go in the Champions League.
Atlanta was indeed able to surprise us last season by beating Liverpool and Leverkusen to win the European League, but to repeat this success is not an easy thing in this season, last season Atlanta was eliminated from the Coppa Italia, while in Serie A they not hope of being able can to get it scudetto from the beginning, so indeed Atlanta main focus at that time was to win the European League.
The European league is indeed a league under the auspices of Uefa just like the Champions League, but I think we have a different intensity and atmosphere of the match here, so that when Atlanta which able  to win the Europa League last season but there is no guarantee if they will capable far to run in the Champions League this season, since the beginning of the Champions League match, every team will get a strong opponent or equivalent because the Champions League filled by the best team in Europe and that is different from the Europa League which only contained a few big teams so far.

Usually teams that does better than expected gets their players either transferred out for a lot of money, or they use their new money to build a new squad as well, get better players and it takes time to adjust and get used to or even maybe fail.

Atalanta lost just one important player, but got many players and they are not looking good for the time being, maybe they will be great soon, or maybe they will be terrible, I do not know because these things take time but it's clear that we are not seeing the Atalanta from last season. They do have a chance to maybe go to next stage at UCL if they get any better, but I think Gasperini has a lot more things he needs to take care of this season compared to last season, he has to deal with more issues.

UCL is a prestigious competition, all participants are the best clubs in their respective leagues, as well as Atalanta who were crowned Europa League champions after defeating Leverkusen. Atalanta is a new participant at this different level, they are ready to give maximum resistance, the ambition to qualify for the next phase is the main goal, a tough opponent is waiting. Facing Arsenal in the first match is clearly a tough challenge, but here I will not say Atalanta can win, but if targeting a draw it can be said to have a chance.

Statistics say that Real Madrid is the best club in its consistency in the Champions League and also in La Liga, it can be seen from the number of times they can win the Champions League title and their consistent performance in La Liga. So with that I say that they are indeed the best club in the domestic league and in European competitions. This season they are also the favorites to win the Champions League again although that does not fully guarantee that they can do it again, because the competition in the Champions League is very tight. Moreover, they have not yet found their best game in La Liga, it's just that the Champions League has not started yet, therefore they still have enough time to fix it.

There records speaks volume,  Even this season they've even made it more difficult for other teams contending with them in any of the competition they're involved to match shoulders with them and with Mbappe coming into the club, I doubt if there is any team that will be meeting Real Madrid now that won't be playing them with great fears, this alone has given them an edge to gain advantage over every other clubs out there to potentially win their matches.

If I remember correctly, bookmakers rate Liverpool as 5-7 title contenders. Yes, luck may smile on them (if Real is eliminated before a personal meeting with Liverpool), but still, the strategy for the season is built around the national championship, since the Champions League is random. In any case, the group stage of the Champions League is not the stage where clubs play at full strength or show their cards.
The UEFA Champions League group stage is simply nothing, there'd always heavy presence of opposing threats and actions from clubs. There's always momentum for these clubs to fight for crucial points and winning is among their priorities. We know clubs that will enchanced their performance until they're in the top phases in the UEFA Champions League. It's going to be entertaining to watch these clubs become very elite and competitive because everyone keen on winning.

The fact that the odds are moving in favor of Milan is a bad sign (if you are going to bet on Liverpool), usually such a movement (even a small one) means that the bookmakers have "changed" their mind. I don't think Liverpool will aim for a 100% result in the Champions League group stage, as the Premier League remains their priority. It seems to me that even a coefficient of 2.0 here does not compensate for the risk.

Liverpool are still sharp and strong despite the fact that their focus might be on the premier league, I think they would still give their best towards the winning of the champions league which they are very capable of and I know with the way they started their season they can do something to surprise most of the big teams in champions league like real Madrid who have been struggling of lately.

When Mbappe joined Real Madrid at the beginning of the season, everyone was so sure that they'd be off to a flying start. I know they did win the super cup but their recent performances have been nothing to write home about especially with the quality of squad they constantly field when they go up against any team.

The UCL is yet to start but I'm pretty sure Real Madrid will go very far this season unless they improve and the team can understood itself because there was a similar situation like this when PSH had Mbappe, Messi abd Neymar on their team. Everyone thought they'd win it that year for sure but it's not always as it seems and Real Madrid is just the signs already. My thesis is wrong only if the Don finds a way to get his team back to strong, consistent winning days.
I dont compare La Liga to UCL competition when it comes to Real Madrid. They are one team I can vouch for, and you can't see them perform badly when they are playing in the UCL. Sometimes they can be wavering in La Liga but these players are experienced in the Champions League with so much belief that they can win. Let's see how it goes it will take a little time for the team and everyone to create a bond with each other based on the recent adjustment. However, their squad is still the best currently in football. Hopefully, they will win the La Liga and Champions League again. I strongly believed in them and I have placed a bet on them as my favorite team to win the both competition.

It was actually a bit surprising when Madrid started their campaign this season with an unstable performance, because Ancelotti has the ideal squad depth. However, sometimes not all plans can run smoothly as expected, because everything takes time to process, I think this condition is very natural, and I also assume that Ancelotti squad will soon recover and go through this phase with ease. Madrid is used to going through every pressure in every season, and Ancelotti has a wealth of experience to guide his troops back on track.

If Ancelotti finds his squad back in good condition, I believe Madrid can perform consistently in the future in various competitions. Currently, at least 7 Madrid players are injured, with varying recovery times. But once again, Ancelotti has a number of rotation options that are almost as good, so there is no excessive worry about them. In addition, Mbappe has shown signs of being on fire, chemistry with other players is starting to form, and I predict that the former PSG striker can have a significant influence on Madrid goal productivity this season.

Madrid has always been able to overcome pressure in the competition, they are truly extraordinary. but it must be admitted that Madrid this time will face quite difficult teams too. Madrid must be able to beat Stuttgart, Lille, Dortmund, Milan, Liverpool, Atalanta, Salzburg, and Brest.
This is a not-so-good first round for them, but a more interesting system when bringing together strong teams at the beginning without worrying about them being eliminated early. but I'm sure Ancelotti also has to work extra hard to prepare his players. I hope some of the injured will recover soon and succeed in supporting the team. because with the density of matches of course the strategy of rotating players will be very important. and strong teams like Madrid are certainly more favored.

If it turns out Atlanta win Liverpool I may not be very surprised but then I will believe  it's probably a lucky day for Atlanta, in champions league it's usually a very different spirit altogether because they know how prestigious the trophy is, Liverpool is a much very and experienced team in the champions league than Atlanta and this has been the reason Liverpool has been seen as the favourite. Atlanta have a sound confidence currently dues to the fact that they win the Europa and even this season they are starting on a good start but then champions league is really different.
The incident occurred last season, it must be admitted, Atalanta performed very well last season especially when playing in the Europa League. I don't think the victory over Liverpool was just luck because in the final they also managed to beat Leverkusen and became the only team that was able to beat Xabi Alonso's team.
Now that we have entered a new season, usually the team will experience a decline in performance or vice versa, but what is happening to Atalanta now is no longer the same as last season, their performance is starting to decline and it is predicted that they will have difficulties in the Champions League. Although Atalanta came to the Champions League as winners of the Europa League last season, this achievement was not enough to compete with other strong teams, especially since their experience in this major competition is still very minimal.
Atalanta was in a good form last season and that was why they were able to beat Liverpool and Leverkusen in finals to win the cup. The club sold some of their players and that affected the team performance. It is a shock to see how a strong team became so weak without playing matches. It seems that Italy teams can be very strong today and become vegetables tomorrow. This was what happened to Napoli too last season.

Real Madrid may not be in a good mood right now. Their performance is somewhat erratic. However, this group will return to the truck very quickly. And they have this ability. Real Madrid's squad is strong. In attack there are two star players like Mbappe and Vini. Bellingham is there to stabilize the midfield. Every player in Madrid's squad is talented. And the bonding between the players is also very strong.

Ancelotti is an experienced coach. He has already identified the weaknesses in Madrid's squad. Bellingham is also likely to return to the squad ahead of the Champions League match. So I think Madrid's performance will stabilize before the start of the Champions League. Real Madrid are the favorites for the Champions League and La Liga this season as well.

Mbappe's move to Real Madrid was the biggest story of the summer. Everyone expected fireworks from day one. Still, even the finest players require time to adjust. Mbappe is human as well as a generational gift. The Euro helped him to have a brief preseason. He is learning new colleagues and a new system. Two goals in La Liga already? That is a really excellent beginning

Beware the new UCL format. More games, less rest. That will try every club, including Real Madrid. But that's where Mbappe's gonna shine. He's a big-game player. He thrives under pressure. It is far too early to dismiss him. This child will shatter records and take awards. Just give him some time. When most important, Mbappe will deliver

Though I'm not a fan of Premier league that much but I could see some change In Liverpool at the moment and the fact they've won 3 games consecutive is a good sign of change besides that also placed them at the second position on the table...
This is surely a good specu. for Atalanta  vs  Liverpool, though UCL might be different but I don't think Atalanta  can win Liverpool  with their current stats but nevertheless, I expect a good game from both sides Smiley

It can certainly be called a good start for Liverpool. They have won three of their first three matches, indicating that they will do well this season as well as their potential to do well in the Champions League. The teams that Liverpool have beaten are the better teams in the Premier League, especially Manchester United, and by a wide margin. Although Manchester United's recent performance is not very good but this defeat of Manchester United is at their home ground, it can be said that Liverpool are quite focused on their performance. Liverpool is a big team but they have achieved zero in the last few seasons. The team under the new manager will definitely try to do well this season and we expect the same.

Yes there are some changes made by Liverpool management both in terms of finding coaches and looking for the players needed. But to see the appropriateness of playing in the Champions League may not be easy because of speaking competition that is quite competitive. Three matches with full points are a good step for the new coach and the last they managed to beat Man United with a promising score. If Liverpool succeeded in maintaining consistency as it is now then most likely they will be stronger.

Atalanta is not so strong when viewed from the quality of the players they have so that Liverpool should be much easier to get full points. But even so Atalanta cannot be underestimated because they could again give a surprise that is not predicted by anyone.

I, on the other hand, think that Atalanta are a rocky team and that they will give their opponents a lot of problems, let's say that they are not the last to arrive, they won the Europa League playing fantastic football and therefore for this very reason I say that they could do better even than liverpool!

This is definitely not the time to stick or point out clubs that will reach finals, there's more enchancing tasks to be completed and these mentioned elite clubs will have to surpassed their hurdles. We should simply get ready to enjoyed the big games coming upfront and relaxed our nerves for the perfect odds to utilized. Liverpool and Atalanta, they're clubs that are competent to fight and we've watched them clashed previous season, the English side was eliminated from the Europa League by the Italy side, a brave step for Seria A clubs.

The UEFA Champions League draws and new formats keeps most of the club's in tense momentum, most of them wouldn't be able to reach key phases in the UEFA based on the random oppositions they will faced. It takes only the best club to come out with brilliant performance and perfects scores. The English Premier League is mostly the entertaining league in the European football world. Watching the up and down performance of elite clubs and stumbling epic performance from the average clubs, it's quite amazing.
