The transfer market is not yet closed and there are going to be several changes in every team, so our prediction will be correct when the clubs have fully formed their squads. Real Madrid have managed to make a big transfer at the start of the season as well as losing one of their key midfielders and there are rumors that they could lose a few more players. On the other hand, there are rumors that the current manager may leave Manchester City. Since there are so many rumours, at least if we make predictions now, they will be wrong. Let the season start, let each team play one match, then at least we can make predictions. Hope the predictions are correct.

Diego simeone has been at Atletico Madrid for a very long time, although he was not able to bring Atletico Madrid to trophy victory in the Champions League, but Atletico Madrid achievements under the care of Diego Simeone are of course very good, during his coaching, Simeone managed to make Atletico a team that is quite capable of competing in the top tier of La Liga, often even Atletico was able to break the dominance of Barcelona and Madrid so far in La Liga,  During his 12 years with Atletico, Simeone won the La Liga trophy, Copa del Rey and the Europa League, so far Atletico management of course still maintains Simeone based on the performance and consistency of their club that is able to compete in the top tier of La Liga even with a limited squad.

All teams of course want glory and also the achievement of a prestigious trophy as an achievement at the end of the season, as well as Atletico who certainly still targets the Champions League trophy next season, although it is a little difficult but still they are still optimistic that they can get good results in the Champions League next season.

Even though Diego Simeone has still not succeeded in bringing Atletico to the Champions League trophy, but the reality is that Atletico is still quite fine with the results the team has obtained so far during the Diego Simeone era. Because after all, Diego Simeone was able to make Atletico better so they could compete at the highest level in La Liga and also in the Champions League. Therefore,  I think this factor is also enough for Atletico to keep Diego Simeone because after all, changing coaches is not a guarantee for Atletico to get good results like Diego Simeone did. So yes, whether next season Atletico will succeed in getting better results or not in the Champions League, I don't think that is their main priority. Because after all, getting good and consistent results in the domestic league seems to be a priority for them.

We have a format change next season as you must have learned about it already. We are going to have a league with 36 teams however teams aren't going to play against all the remaining ones. 8 matches; 4 home - 4 away.

I have found an image showing projected pots for next season. It is just a prediction including some teams coming through qualifiers as well.

Pot 1 looks really scary.    As far as I know every team is going to draw 2 teams from each pot. One of those is going to be home while the other one is an away match. Some teams will probably be really lucky while some won't. After this stage everything is the same with the usual knockouts.

Yes, if we hope for team consistency it will be very difficult, even though Leverkusen looked cool in every match last season. In the following season, it will be difficult for Alonso to continue to make his team play matches like before. That doesn't mean Leverkusen can't do it, but it's a pretty serious challenge for Xabi Alonso and it won't be easy at all. Moreover, they will compete in the Champions League, in fact we don't yet know which teams will be challengers in the group phase later. what I can theorize is that the club's or Xabi's main target is to qualify from the group phase. After that, it depends on what team they will be playing against. that is, if Leverkusen is not in the group phase which has tough opponents. The reason is, the Champions League competition is quite tough and is a challenge for the squad coached by Xabi Alonso. It's not only related to mentality, but every team they will play against is a team that performs quite well in their respective leagues. The point is, I can't expect anything before they play their match after the new competition starts. We will see later, whether Xabi Alonso is able and keeps Leverkusen as competitive as last season. Or, Leverkusen will be like other teams who failed to maintain the consistency they built in the previous season. But at least Leverkusen has a chance to qualify for the group phase with the squad they currently have, but we will only know for sure when the Champions League competition is rolled out.

France will win the group as you said, you would expect Netherlands to finish second in the group but I think runners up spot in that group is less clear. It’s currently 1-1 at half time in the Poland vs Netherlands game.

Remember some 3rd place teams can have a chance to advance to the next round in this tournament.

Group D seems to be the group of death with France, Poland, Netherlands and Austria. France surely is the favorite here while it's important for Netherlands and Poland to get as many points as possible and this first match between them could be decisive. Austria looks the lose brick but they can surprise anyone. 14 minutes in Netherlands seems to be more in control and attacking while Poland is in defense. As there are no goals yet and the game too early, this could turn to any side any moment.

Nothing more than the round of sixteen, immediately after the group stage games. That's whwtbi expect from them.

We should have seen that finals in the next couple of months ( August ) but, Bayern Leverkusen had some difficulties beating Atalanta in the finals of the European Europa League Competition.

I expect them to also dominate their group and come out as the best, I mean finishing strong at the top, but nothing more than the knock out stage believe, they should rather surprise me than for be to set my hopes high and they fail me completely. I love Xabi Alonso, I want to see him rise to the level of other top managers but I don't know if he can do it back to back for Bayern Leverkusen same way he did last season.

Anyways, we should all anticipate the Super Cup Competition Finals between ( Real Madrid ) and Atalanta. Another trophy for Carlo Ancellotti and his lads then.

Do you think Atletico can perform well next season? considering they are finalists who have never lifted this trophy. I think Simione is still trusted to handle Atletico and it seems like he has dedicated his life only to Atletico. Unfortunately he has never led this team to win a title even though he has often been in the final round.

This should be an important lesson for Atletico to be able to achieve their goals and see the depth of their current squad, in fact they can still compete but of course it will not be easy to reach the final round again. Moreover, currently every strong team always upgrades its squad little by little every season and here Atletico is quite behind. But I am still quite optimistic that they can provide fierce competition and not, as we thought, this season, they will be eliminated quickly in the quarter-finals.

I'm not saying that these teams are not favorites on paper, especially since Mbappe joined Real. However, Manchester City does not look so good with strong teams. So I think he may be right about the Champions League favorites, but the percentage breakdown is a complete joke. I don't know if you know how much 1% is, but it's almost nothing. If the bookmaker was guided by his percentage breakdown, the odds for all other teams to win except these two would be around 100. To be honest, I would bet quite a lot on it. The division of, for example, 50%, 30% and 20% into the rest would look completely different. However, real football is not a computer game and here one player will not win the trophy. If Mbappe couldn't even reach the final, and he lost many times in the earlier stages - why is he so sure that he will suddenly win the trophy in a new environment? The fact that Real has recently won this trophy does not mean that now it will be time for another team and it will dominate in the coming seasons. There are many strong teams that can really play good football, so betting only on 2 I think is a mistake, but we will see next season.

To hold that role, in my opinion, Real Madrid still has players who can hold it, one of which is Luca Modric. He still has the chance to stay at Real Madrid next season, although he will make a decision after EURO. But it does give hope that he may still be in the Real Madrid squad next season.

In my opinion, giving that role to Mbappe is too early, he is a player who just joined Real Madrid at the end of this season, and I think there are still many players who can play that role.

In my opinion, Vinicius can't hold that role yet, so Ancelotti has to choose another player, it could be in defense or something else. However, it is better for them to prioritize the interests of the team, because when they can mature with each other or understand their respective roles, then they will not depend on the instructions of just one player, they will be able to be more flexible in doing so.

The statistics looks ridiculous but that doesn’t mean his statistics is wrong. He did it base on current times and what each of the team are playing and we can all see for ourselves. Until next season begins and we see what it looks like before we can now start making predictions on which team will do better than the other, as of now, Real Madrid still remains the favourites after signing Mbappe and Manchester coming second most likelihood to win the Champions League after Real Madrid. All other clubs will definitely fall within the 1% unless we see a different performance from them when season begins. We want to see a more competitive season than the last one, so every club needs to be at their best to deliver the best to make the competition more enjoyable to follow.

Of course Leverkusen will again show the quality of their game, even though they will face big and strong teams, of course they will try their best to be the best of the best, even though it is unlikely that they will be able to dominate the Champions League, but with their achievements this is enough good because they have been able to be in the Champions League for the first time and of course this is a very good achievement for them. They have to be able to face big and strong teams in attack, where they will experience the pressure put on them by other big teams which might make them surprised and overwhelmed.

Leverkusen's chances are not that big, because they are still not strong enough to dominate the Champions League, what's more, there is a big team that is indeed the king of champions in the Champions League and of course it is not easy for them to beat. but maybe Leverkusen will surprise them with what they have done before, even though the chance is very small, because competition in the Champions League will of course be much different from competition in the domestic league.

The Champions League is filled with representative clubs from other leagues, in contrast to the European League which is still filled with mid-table clubs who appear impressive, while the Champions League is filled with experienced top-flight clubs and usually they always dominate the top 3 in their respective leagues so that every clubs competing in the Champions League will do their best and their strength cannot be underestimated. I also doubt Leverkusen and Atalanta whether they can match the level of experienced candidates in the Champions League because this club looks like it will be the underdog club in the Champions League next season.

Even though Xabi Alonso has made Leverkusen unbeatable in the Bundesliga and beat Bayern Munich, and Atalanta can beat Leverkusen who have not yet tasted defeat. This is not a guarantee that next season will have the same performance because every club will definitely try to improve their performance, especially when the Champions League is dominated with experienced clubs, they need a strong mentality and experience to be able to perform well in the Champions League, a big competition in Europe, so if Leverkusen and Atalanta want to appear successful there, at least they have players who are experienced and have a strong mentality.

Of course, there strategy will be different from the season 2023-2024 when there is no strong striker in the attacking line of Real Madrid. In the season 2023-2024, Vinicius and Rodrygo are 2 players in the front line of Real Madrid, they are supported by Bellingham. The formation in the last season was 4-3-1-2. In the next season, the formation will return to be 4-3-3. Mabppe will be put on the striker position, meanwhile Vinicius and Rodrygo will play as wingers. Bellingham will return to his best position (center midfielder). I guess Real Madrid will use Camavinga-Valverde-Bellingham in the midfield line, meanwhile Vinicius-Rodrygo-Mbappe for the attackers. I think this will be a good formation, there is no confusion here. All the players will play in their best positions.  



This lineup or formation will be complete if Davies successfully joins Real Madrid.

The UEFA Champions League have made quite important changes which I believe will affects the setting of the game fixture and the sectioned rounds. The UEFA Champions League title is simply one of the toughest tournaments in the football world Europe. It comes with amazing ideas and we've watched how everything have played out. Everything changing and the qualifying clubs will swiftly become straight.

Let us remember that the format of the new Champions League has been changed, passing the first phase of the league would seem to be easier, if I am not mistaken out of 36 teams in the standings 24 go through to the next phase, the top 8 instead qualify directly to the round of 16, the other 16 instead compete in a playoff. So both Atalanta and Leverkusen may have a chance to go far in this new Champions League.

Experience they say is the best teacher, Borrusia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen lost in the major finals and this is unbelievable. There's basically top categories of these clubs that will be fighting for the top titles. The UEFA Champions League was the main target for most of these outstanding clubs but there's always something big coming. Atalanta and Bayer Leverkusen gave us a hard game to watch which also stirs up the rising motion.

Basically, Mbappe will not be able to do as he pleases, a bit like he did when he was at Paris saint Germain, in PSG he was the top player pampered by everyone and had no major rivals in his role, at Real Madrid he will become one of many top players and the starting place is by no means assured. So he better be respectful of the locker room hierarchies

I think the English Premier League is where I think Arsenal will do very well next season because they still having gotten the quality players that can compete with the big teams which we always see in the champions league, Arsenal team has improved in performance no doubt but last season they were in their best form but still failed to defeat the Bayern Munich team that experienced their worst form last season. Arsenal will not be easily eliminated in the champions league next season but they still don't have a team that can withstand teams like Real Madrid, they still need to sign more good players to be able to compete in the champions league. I think the Premier League is where Arsenal will do well next season if they don't lose form but winning the champions league by them will be difficult for now until they build the team to be undefeated.
