I was surprised to see that Bayern Munich lost to Aston Villa, although Aston Villa was playing at home, but replay, I did not expect Aston Villa would be that good. Obviously everyone talks about unexpected results, but one bad game from a team doesn't mean they are bad or they will do badly. Real Madrid losing to Lille was obviously disappointing, but that doesn't mean they are a bad team. The greatness of Ancelotti comes from the fact that they have so many superstars, they had like what 5 ballon d'or candidates? They still didn't had any issues which is what they do, man management is next level for Ancelotti and nobody better exists on that talent.

I was against this Champions League new format before, but as I have started seeing the outcomes if the games, and I am beginning to fall in love with the new format because we will see a lot of competitive games in this group stage before the round of sixteen, and we will see a lot of surprising results in the group stage because we have started deeing after just two weeks in the competition. Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, and some dfeats yesterday are surprising, I never expected any especially these two; this reason has made me to give more attention to the Champions League this season because some teams that we are expecting to go far might not go far.
On the one hand, this season Champions League guarantees entertaining competition, we will not feel bored, because even mediocre clubs are able to create surprises. But on the other hand, the energy of the main squad players will be drained if the manager lacks quality options in the team, especially if the manager is faced with injury problems.
In my opinion, the remaining 6 matches in the League phase will present more surprises. However, we believe that the majority of teams that will finish in the top 8 of the standings are still dominant teams, because they have adequate rotation options in the squad.

Aston Villa did impressed me in their match by standing strong on their feet to win against the Bayern Munich making them rise up the table ladder significantly with the three points gathered. Torres did a great job by putting in the effort of assisting Duran in netting of the winning goal. I honestly didn't see that coming after both clubs had spent over 70 minutes battling for goals.
The Bayern Munich guys also put in their pressure but that was nothing to write home about since they couldn't penetrate the 18 yard box to score a winning goal for the Aston Villa. I also went further to check on the ball possessions and it showed Bayern was greater in performance.

No one expect to see Bayern Munich to loss against Aston villa. It was very surprising, because even in the game Bayern Munich really played well because they didn’t take it easy on Aston villa, but due to luck of football they we’re not able to even win a single goal that is how they played the game up to the end to the extend that I lost hope on them to score goal again. Although even Aston villa won the goal towards the end of the game.

Even though I bet on Bayern Munich, but I realized that Aston Villa is not a weak team and could make a surprise because Aston Villa also played at home. And sure enough, the result was that Aston Villa managed to beat Bayern Munich even though it was only by a narrow score, because Bayern Munich also played with high dominance so that Aston Villa really had to maximize the opportunities or chances they had to convert them into goals. The reason I still have Bayern Munich even though I realize Aston Villa can put up a great fight, is because I think Bayern Munich is still in a very good trend because of their success in winning with a big score in several previous matches in the Bundesliga and also the Champions League.

For 3rd matches i have seen one interesting match because Real Madrid as a host will fight against Dortmund and this is repeat match of last season that both teams has been met at the final match of Champion league several months ago and at that time Real Madrid is the winner with final scores 2-0 and i am sure this time Dortmund want to taking revenge from Real Madrid but it will be very difficult for them considering Real Madrid always be hard to beated at Santiago Bernabéu

But still, the impact of the most normal defeat on every gambler is to ruin many enjoyable moments at the same time. But whatever they feel, as long as they still gamble responsibly then the worse impacts can be minimized.

I do agree these unexpected results were definitely a let down. I do not understand how it could happen all at the same time, but it did. The benfica game, the Madrid game, the Bayern game all looked quite unlikely results and we are seeing them not do that well right now. I made some money on previous games, and last weekend was good too and these games made me lose all of that money, which is fine and I am not bothered by it because I know I am not gambling to just win money, I gamble to have some fun, but this was definitely not okay. I also agree these teams will return to winning form and be at the top when the group stages end, but they need to do better next games, so I am going to bet on them to win for all the other games, they have to if they want to go up, and I hope they do because I will bet a lot on them to win.

New format is currently confusing for many but still things are going good, and we are having good competitive matches Lille beats defending Champions Juventus and Feyenoord both are having historic comeback for the win against their opponents things could be more interesting as now AC Milan is looking for their first win in Champions League after having two defeats which is surely poor from them.

If 1 or 2 matches produce confusing results, it's still acceptable. But look back widely, I'll not only talk about UCL, but other European competitions such as Europa League, AS Roma lost to Elfsborg & Ajax who could not get full points. It seems like the European competition isn't doing well, fortunately I didn't have any money for the past week, so I didn't even have the intention to bet which I could have bet on strong teams like Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid
