That would be a high stake on both teams next season. Both teams are picking up after a disappointing campaign dropping out of the champions league campaign last season and with their recent additions to the squad I think they will come back stronger next season and do better so let's just keep our fingers crossed and see how far they will go this coming season who knows either of them could get the jackpot

Manchester City's performance last season was very good. Unfortunately, they could not reach the Champions League final due to the defeat against Real Madrid. And so Guardiola wants to make his team even stronger next season. Guardiola knows his team's weaknesses very well. And so he continues to try to make these weak points stronger. I would at least hope that Manchester City's dream of winning the Champions League next season will come true.

I think the two players you mentioned earlier have ended their era. We are very lucky to be able to watch them play football, it is very difficult if not impossible there will be another era like they did. But if you look at the top scorers in the history of the Champions League, maybe there are several young players who have a chance to compete with Ronaldo and Messi, namely Mbappe and Halaand. now maybe they have a great opportunity to make a new history because they are both still young.
I disagree with you that Ronaldo and Mess's era has ended. This two great players have been consistent in the game for more than ten years now winning trophies and scoring notable goals and because they are a bit aged you say their era has ended no, Mbappe and Halaand may be younger like now but they can only try to compete with them but they can't overshadow Ronaldo and Messi till they retire. Ronaldo was affected last season because Man United was in poor form yet his performance was good and he was rewarded as the Manchester United player of the season, Messi moved from Barcelona to PSG, he scored goals, helped the team to win the French League so I think both players are still in the game.

It is really hard to imagine for anyone that the two players that have been dominating the football world for a long time are playing like this right now. And it is also really hurt to imagine the era of these two players coming to an end but we have to agree that that's what it seems like. Probably the only thing left could be the world cup.

I think everyone would agree that Manchester City is one of the best teams in the world along with a few other teams. Still, it's a bit shocking and disappointing when you take stock of let's say the last 7 years, from when City was really good. At the end of the formula, City has never won the Champions League once, and Real Madrid has already won 4 times. Liverpool once too. PSG and Manchester City seem to be really disappointing. It should be a matter of time before 1 of these 2 wins the CL. Would the upcoming season finally happen?

I was one of them. I really think Ancelotti its gon na to retire and dont have any to give to a Real Madrid after his pass from Everton. But clearly i was wrong.

Today i was seeing a review of the Real Madrid and cant belive they have lose against the Sheriff tiraspol in the Bernabue. I was tottaly forgot that.

Yes, many doubted Ancelotti at first because of his failure at Everton, but even though Ancelotti is currently a successful coach with Real Madrid I still don't believe Ancelotti can maintain his success. Because next season for the competition in the Champions League will certainly not be easy, because the reshuffle of other great teams that happened so far looks so good. But indeed, after all Real Madrid is really a team that cannot be underestimated at all, although sometimes Real Madrid can be defeated by dark horse teams but in the end Madrid is a great team that can quickly improve its performance.
Ancelotti has shown that he is still capable of giving something to the team at his disposal even though many people doubt him. But I also think the same as you, that I don't have much faith in Ancelotti next season to have the same success. I hope my disbelief is wrong for him. Hopefully he can still bring Real Madrid to success again.

Despite everything, we shouldn't overlook Lionel Messi's performance last season. I also confirm that he isn't as good as his old times here. Isn't it completely normal? Because he isn't a young player anymore and he is playing for a completely different team after devoting his career to Barcelona for so many years. I'm still confident that he will play better than this next season. Besides I don't expect him to return to Barcelona anytime soon too.

I think, Lionel Messi really performed well when he was in Barcelona that made many people to believed that Lionel Messi will still perform better in PSG, but till now his performance is very poor in PSG that is making their fans unhappy. I believe Messi will definitely perform well in next season in PSG, because he is used to the players tactics now which will really help the midfielders and the strikers to work together to achieve many goals from next season. I think, it will be difficult for Lionel Messi to return back to Barcelona team because he will like to prove to the whole world that no team he cannot demonstrate well.

So it won't be easy for Real Madrid to defend the Champions League trophy next season, but with Real Madrid's winning mentality, at least
Real Madrid's chances of winning the Champions League trophy are quite large. Unfortunately Real Madrid failed to get Mbappe, we can imagine
if Real Madrid got Mbappe, the greater the chances of Real Madrid winning the Champions League trophy next season. But Real Madrid must
move on with failing to get Mbappe, at least Real Madrid will soon get Tchouameni from Monaco, who is a talented young player, who will strengthen
the Real Madrid midfield.
No one thought if Real Madrid is a Champions for this session because there are still many people who doubt Ancelotti. Because in Everton, Ancelotti only finish in 12th position in 2020 and 10th position in 2021, many people thinking realistic real Madrid only finish in 2nd in La Liga and Quarter Final in Champions League. but all guess is not true, So if they can't get Mbappe for this session, I believe is not a big problem, Don Carlo can still use an existing player, all squad in good stamina, I think it's not so bad, Real Madrid will be very competitive with existing squad.

Apart from the age factor as well as the game scheme, I think Messi's factor is not very visible. But that does not mean that he is not contributing, he is still contributing well but not as well as at the club he played for before. This is a natural thing when players experience a decline, as previously said Messi is also not young anymore.
He had 11 goals and 15 assists in 34 games during the season. I am not saying that it was amazing or anything like that, it is not usual for Messi to have such a season I agree with that, but let's not act as if that was a bad performance at all.

For someone who is 34 years old, and playing for a different team for the first time, having 11 goals and 15 assists in 34 games is not bad at all. This year he will be a lot more ready, he will have that fire of not having a career year, and he will be a lot more set into the system and he will have another great year for sure. He is Messi, he is always great and he will have another 30+ goal contribution season again.
As I said before, although he did not perform as well as the previous seasons but his contribution cannot be considered bad.
Messi's age is no longer young and indeed this is a factor that is very difficult to deny because regardless of age, it is a natural problem for all athletes and Messi is no exception.
For this season to come I think it will still be the same as this season because regardless of his current condition he is definitely much older even though his performance is good but still the focus remains on Mbappe and Messi is only a good supporter I think.

I said that Real Madrid are going to be a threat again but I started feeling like they won't achieve the Champions League title next season. I think that it will be a different team than them and it will even be one of two alternatives in my mind now: PSG or Manchester City. I really wish one of these teams can finally achieve this and in my opinion Manchester City are more likely to do it. I see it like Erling Haaland was the last piece of the puzzle to complete it and now they can do this.
I also think that the Champions League will have a new winner next season. It is too early to draw far-reaching conclusions, because the contours of the teams of the leading clubs in Europe have not yet been fully formed, so we can only speculate on this topic hypothetically and so far just empirically transferring the old teams to new ground.More or less, some conclusions about the contenders for the Champions League can be made only during the group stage, after which some of the favorites may be eliminated. By the way, let's see what will happen with Paris Saint-Germain if Zinedine Zidane finally comes there. It seems that the issue of Pochettino's departure has almost been resolved.

For next season, it is really too hard to predict the winner of the championship here. Because Manchester City have signed Erling Haaland and I think that they are really a complete team now. They can fight much harder for the championship. PSG only need a good coach like quite many people said already. If they manage to sign a coach like that then they would also be very challenging for the championship. Pochettino is a good one but not the one they need now. On the other hand we all know the Real Madrid threat for them again.
Not really interested or favorite with Manchester City as the winner of Champion League next season despite success arrived Erling Haaland, I think keep with mentality and full experience from Real Madrid as the candidate for getting Champion League trophy. The same what happen in this season were Real Madrid as team not really favorite for getting champion league trophy, but at the end Real Madrid success become the winner after impressive performance and success come back every match on 16 round, quarter final until on semifinal before looks easy match against with Liverpool on the final stage.

Guess what that every single season .. real madrid , bayern munich , psg and manchester city nowadays always become the main title contender.
Especially this season where haaland joined manchester city and i feel that pep guardiola & manchester city could achieve something big like winning the champions league for the first time ever in club history.

Real madrid seems weaker compared to the other three , but they had strong experience and champions mentality that often beat those high class squad.

Certainly, next season will be highly competition especially in the Champion League. Is really tough to predict who will lift the trophy next. But I think Real Madrid will struggle for the title. And might even end up achieving it again next season. Although, it won't be an easy task, because as usual other teams will do anything within their capacity to ensure they don't get kicked out of the League.

However, Haaland will definitely strengthen City's squad. While, it obvious that Pochettino Isn't the right coach for PSG. PSG need more experienced and good Coach.

I can't wait for next season's Champions League to start soon, because some of the big teams are now starting to strengthen their squads.
Like Man City who managed to get Haaland, it will be interesting to see Man City's performance after getting Haaland. Although Liverpool will lose
Sadio Mane who is their best striker, Liverpool are reportedly soon getting Darwin Nunez from Benfica. So Liverpool will also try to win
the Champions League trophy next season, after a painful loss to Real Madrid in this season's Champions League final. Then regarding PSG
it will be difficult to compete in the Champions League if they do not immediately change their coach.

So it won't be easy for Real Madrid to defend the Champions League trophy next season, but with Real Madrid's winning mentality, at least

It is indeed difficult to end things like this but indeed this has become a provision that cannot be changed because indeed everything must have regeneration and indeed all eras will definitely change over time.
They will be legends and they will always be because they are one of the best ever.

the mentality on the European stage is needed in the Champions League, and only a few teams have that mentality, Manchester City don't have it. I agree with you even though Manchester City just signed Erling Haaland but Man City can't be favorites just because of that.
maybe my prediction Liverpool is a strong candidate to win the UCL next season besides Real Madrid.

Regardless of any considerations regarding Man City, I still believe City is a candidate from the Premier League who will play in the UCL final next season.
Although City were only satisfied with last season's UCL semifinals, Haland's arrival will provide an opportunity for City to perform better than last season.
I'm more worried about munchen and madrid as man.city barrier in ucl, because liverpool is in the same league with city so maybe the city is used to liverpool, while munchen and madrid they might only meet in this ucl competition and it will be difficult to predict the play of these two teams
Manchester City is a very good team with a good manager and great players and talent, good tactics but lack a prolific striker as good as Erling Haaland. With Gabriel Jesus said to depart and bringing in Haaland they have taken a huge step to solving this problem because he will add more attacking power and goals to boost their winning mentality and winning tough games. Let's just see how well they will perform next season with Erling Haaland leading the pack

Manchester city has always been the favorite to win in the European Champions league in recent seasons, especially with the arrival of Erling Haaland to the Etihad stadium, which will add ammunition as strong as Manchester city, especially as Haaland is such a prolific player, but problems arose for Manchester city when they reached the semifinals and also their finals are often difficult against teams from Spain and also Germany such as the defeat to real Madrid in the semifinals a few months ago shows that Manchester city is not a team with a winning mentality in Europe despite appearing so extraordinary from the preliminary phase to the semifinals, let alone they grab the trouble when facing Real Madrid
Yes, it is funny City are always strong contenders/favorites to win the CL, but they just let us down time and again, last season was no different, after a brilliant display/performance against Real Madrid, they still surprisingly failed to qualify for the final, and yet again let everyone supporting them, inclusing myself, down. I think i have to agree with City having a 'mentality' problem in the CL, they play brilliant football, dominate the games, but just when they should compose themselves and get over the line, they disappoint, it is crazy to say the least.

Haaland has arrived at the Etihad, further increasing their chances and making them top favorites for the crown yet again this season, he could actually be very pivotal, especially in the 18 yard box, there are times when City need someone loitering there, someone to finish off a good move, someone clinical, but is is most times lacking, Haaland could solve that issue, and who knows they could be champions of Europe this season, and break the mentality barrier holding them back.

^ Manchester City is a very good team and they have proved that by winning the English Premier League last season. But, I also agree that they should have won the Champions League trophy as well. Because they had a few advantages going into the second leg against Real Madrid.

I think with a new attacking lineup they will be able to do better. Of course, they made some mistakes in the match against Real Madrid and that's why they lost. I hope they will learn from that and try to do better. And they can not also lose the English Premier League title as well.

Honestly, it seems to me that Mourinho’s time has passed and that he is no longer a top coach with new ideas, as he was 10 years ago at his peak.
I think there are a lot better coaches than him right now, more innovative and modern, like Guardiola or Klopp.
There is another problem with Zidane. While coaching Real Madrid he achieved great results in the Champions League, but not so much because of the system or the game plan, but more based on the individual quality of the players.
That’s why he was much worse with Real in the Spanish football league and doesn’t have a lot of Spanish league titles.
I’m not sure they’re a good choice for PSG.
I wonder how Klopp's innovativeness manifests itself in your opinion? His team plays the same football as 5 and 10 years ago.
As for Guardiola, I can't think of anything about him that would make him stand out among hundreds of other coaches. His only "innovation" is to get a top team and take titles with it - Barcelona then Bayern with which he could not win the Champions League and now City which spend space money on football players but again he cannot win the Champions League.
I don't think that only winning the Champions League should suggest the quality of a coach. But in this case, exceptions can be made because Pep Guardiola has a very good team playing under him.
I really think that he should have won the Champions League this time with Manchester City. But they have lost to Real Madrid which absolutely can be said did not have a very good squad, hope they will be able to do better in the next season.

Unfortunately, Manchester City lost to Real Madrid this season. Manchester City was ahead till 90th minutes of the match. And 90 minutes later, City conceded three goals and lost. This is nothing but misfortune. However, Guardiola wants to make his team stronger. They will definitely be aiming for the Champions League title again next season.
