It's still too early to predict which team will win the Champions League trophy this season. Because there are still many big teams that deserve
to be champions, maybe in my opinion there are 4 teams that are most likely to win the Champions League. Bayern, Man City, Liverpool and
Real Madrid are the 4 teams with the greatest chances of winning the Champions League this season. Bayern probably has the least amount of
weakness compared to the other 3 teams that I mentioned. So Bayern is for me the first choice who will win the Champions League trophy this
season. Then PSG and Chelsea can be unexpected dark horse teams, andn there is Ajax that can't be underestimated either, achieved a perfect
victory and became the group champion. It is very interesting to wait for the draw for the next round of the Champions League.

I would not say that Xavi is an inexperienced manager, he is inexperienced in this level of football for sure, he was managing a much worse team but he turned a team that wasn't dominating and was just good into a team that did not even lose all that much. These things take time and I am 100% sure that he will be able to create a roster that plays the perfect tiki-taka system and how they could end up with a much better result next season.

I doubt that they would sack Xavi even if he ends with a bad result this year, he was given a tough task this year, but next season after the off-season is over and he gets some players that would be better suited for his style (doesn't even have to be superstars, just fitting for his system) then I am sure he will be doing better, and if he doesn't only then he would face the challenge of getting sacked.

This season's Champions league has too many big candidates or contenders. Many people has better chances even more than PSG. For instance if there is a Champions league match between PSG and Bayern, I'll obviously tip Bayern to win.
This year might still not be PSG's year.
As talking about Mbappe's exit next season. It will be a very good thing for the club. They need one of the three big fishes to exit in order to stable.

Although I don't really like your way of paraphrasing clippings from articles ... nevertheless, I probably disagree with you or with si.com. It's all about priorities, and the Champions League is not among Messi's priorities, but perhaps the club's management and such young players as Mbappe want this, but definitely not the one who wants to take the first line in the history of world football.

Who is Messi's closest competitor for this title? Ronaldo? Now compare his trophies with the trophies of everyone's favorite Portuguese and you will understand what I mean. If I knew where I can now bet on the fact that Messi will play in the Premier League in two years, I would have done it without hesitation, since having won the Premier League championship, Messi would have been able to catch up with Ronaldo in terms of the number of cups he owns.

PSG was strong on paper in the beginning of the season especially after signing Messi and Ramos but honestly right now, I doubt they could make it to the finals. If they had told me at the beginning of the year, I would have said that this is impossible because Ramos, neymar, messi and Mbabbe will play the same team. Yes, it has become a very exciting team PSG. But unfortunately the team does not give the desired performance. There are much stronger opponents in the champions league. Liverpool, Chelsea teams are really fixers, tactically. PSG can increase the level a little more, then we may have a chance to see PSG in the final.

I second that, I actually never believed in PSG's ability to win the CL even before the start of the tournament, I knew it would be very difficult for Pochettino to handle the collection of stars at his disposal and it would also be improbable for them to play as a team, mind you that winning the CL has a lot to do with team work and togetherness, PSG have individual talents, but they are yet to blend as a team. Manchester City remain my favorite to win the title this season, after making it to the final last season, I'm expecting them to go a step further and bring the title to the Etihad, they will also be extra motivated cause it's the title they are yet to win, and they are so craving to do so.

Contrary to the majority of Barcelona fans, I do not believe that Xavi will be able to revive Barcelona. He has no experience of building a team from scratch. Barcelona needs to build a new team. Guardiola's situation was much easier and in those days many clubs were in decline. Now there are many strong clubs, and Barcelona, in addition to financial problems, has staffing problems. There are no players around whom to build a team. So Barcelona has a long recovery ahead of it, possibly 3-5 years.

Barcelona without Suarez and Messi is really bad, for years they made a team around Messi and without him they are useless . Against Bayern they couldnt create one chance Bayern even putted in later some players from youth academy just to have fun with them

There are only 3 team that are able to lead the group standings with 100% wins each and one of them is Liverpool. I am very happy with Liverpool's achievements during the group stage because they had a stable performance even when they were in a difficult group. I want them to be able to maintain this form until the end of the tournament, we have a big chance to do that this season even though Bayern Munchen, Manchester City and several other teams are also the best challengers.

I totally agree with what you said. If Atalanta had scored an earlier goal in this match, we could have seen a much different score right now and Atalanta might have gone to the next round. It is not enough to play well in such matches, if you cannot score a goal, unfortunately, you lose. It is also very important not to make simple mistakes and concede a goal.
