I think authorities cannot take the chance of spreading covid-19 at any cost. so, I think, I will watch the match without any fans rather than watching the news of some more dead people. It may be unpleasant but you have to endure at the moment.

I think after two years of experimenting, you can guess that this does not help in any way. I don't see the benefit of these restrictions, but I see a lot of harm.

Well, I think staying at home did obviously help a lot of people at the peak time of the covid-19 outbreak, but now as it has been already 2 years and everything is getting back to normal, I highly doubt that it is saying one match without any fans is going to do too much of good.

If I remember correctly, Messi even said that one season he might be ready to play for free, but that no one asked him that.
It’s actually a shame how the first Suarez the year before, and this year Messi, both in tears and against their will, were forced to leave Barcelona.
Barcelona behaved shamefully towards their football legends and because of that they became a small club and lost my respect.
Too bad Xavi didn't become Barcelona's coach before because then this wouldn't have happened and Suarez and Messi would still be playing for Barcelona.
Even if Messi was ready to play for free, it would be unrealistic - due to the demands of the trade union (or because of the internal laws of Spain, I do not know for sure) lowering salaries by more than 50% per year is prohibited.
Barcelona itself has driven itself into a dire financial situation (although in many respects it is the consequences of the pandemic and falling incomes) and is now reaping the fruits of short-sighted financial policies.
Indeed it is very unrealistic if Messi is paid 50% or even free because for me this is based on the rules, but what they don't know is that Messi is always said to be selfish because he never defended the team that raised him even though we understand this quite well. against the existing regulations in Spain.
In essence Barcelona cannot make financial stability more stable during the pandemic, but I see other teams are able to do it, it's just that Barcelona is a little lacking and can't control it so many players have to leave.

How could they think that Messi was the problem, when Messi even said that he will play for half of his wage just to play for Barcelona. I think the board has become delusional and cannot take any decision with A straight mind.

I honestly miss the MSN trio that has terrorized Barcelona's opponents for quite a long time. But then left Barcelona because he wanted to be e a greater player and not be in the shadow of Messi. It felt bad but then Suarez was forced to leave and after that Messi. I don't know what was going on at the head of Barcelona authority but now it is what it is.

Manchester United board have finally made up their mind about Ole Solskjaer and sacked him. It is good to see that they have decided right in time before the important Villarreal game in the Champions League. The only and important thing they need to do now is to finish the new manager deal very quickly. The biggest candidate seems to be Zidane for now. They should sign him quickly and start getting prepared better for the Villarreal game. Maybe they could make a good start with their brand new manager as of the Villarreal game.

it's become an advantage for barcelona itself though and but the odds for barcelona to win would be lowered due this , too bad i was hoping for barcelona to win as an underdog in this difficult situation against bayern, still the odds would be pretty high .

Barcelona against Bayern Munich is going to be an interesting match Bayern Munich just faced a loss against Augsburg. So they will be really focused in the next match and meanwhile, Barcelona is trying to redeem themselves from all the problems and hard situations. I do think that Bayern Munich is going to win that match.

Bayern Munich would play without fans against Barcelona in the Champions League

Bayern Munich runs the risk of playing without his fans for the match against him Barcelona of the last day of the Group Stage of Champions League, which will be played on December 8, due to the measures imposed on the increase in Covid-19 cases in Bavaria.

Anyone tired of this shit? Is the situation really so bad that it is worth depriving people of the holiday because of this? All this madness has been going on for two years and I see that the authorities are used to introducing absolutely inadequate measures for any reason. It will be unpleasant for me to watch this match without fans.
again and again, I get tired of hearing things like this.
I know that covid is a real virus with a global spread and many people have fallen victim to this.
but in here there are lots of advantages that are obtained by some irresponsible people, and continue to be fried until they get a lot of profit in it.
I'm afraid this is being misused and continues to spread to other domestic leagues for the same reason, namely covid.
I was bored last season almost all leagues were closed lest something like this happen again.

On the other hand, talking about their match will certainly benefit Barcelona a bit because it can be said that Bayern are playing without the full support of the fans. but i don't think things like this will affect the situation and i think barcelona will still lose this match.

I never expected the absence of Messi to affect Barcelona this much. They are not among the top 6 in their League and their performance has dropped. We all blamed it on their former Coach Koeman, and now that they have a new Coach, I hope their performance improves. Well, their next Champion League match is against Benfica. Although, their last encounter with Benfica in the Champion League wasn't a good one. But, Benfica won't easily win this time, Barcelona will probably fight for 3 winning points, which they are likely to get. However, the match will be very tough, and it might end draw.
Messi is not a problem of Barcelona but people did not recognize his contribution for the club when he was there. They tried to say Messi is one of their problems. Then when Messi departured them, they blamed it on Koeman. What the board of Barcelona did is blaming on players and coaches. They did not admit their mistake and fix it.

The season will be key for Barcelona. They can pass through all challenge, rebuild the club and come back stronger in next 2 or 3 seasons. It will be smooth only if they don't fall into financial crisis. The failure to get a position in top 4 of La Liga and striked out in Champions League will be nightmare for them.

If that covid19 shit still growing and spreading around the world then we should expect the end of the world getting closer lol those bastards arent enough selling vaccine shit indeed i know that the outbreak is a real thing but there is too much unnecessary businesses getting in & involved as time goes by, enough taking live by stopping our lovely game football , im nearly dead bored without football in my 2020 weekends.

Who are those that dragged Barcelona to this mess? The board or management right?
Before we become so hopeful of resuscitation, let's ask our selves the following questions:
1. Are all the problems identified?
2. Is there a road map to solving the problems?
3. Is it right to trust the people that created the problems to solve it?
As far as I know, Barcelona's problem is more of financial than managerial.

Well, this actually makes sense because Barcelona was not like losing everything or every match for which they would have got less money. They had played well enough in the league and also was playing the Champions League and had a good revenue. Yes, the covid-19 situation was really bad for everyone but none of the other teams faced this type of situation, and whatever happened to Barcelona I am sure was not because of covid-19 but because of the authority.

Tempting odds, but I probably won't bet on the match ... The result of this match will determine who will take second place in the group, so Barça will do everything possible to shine at Camp Nou. It's just that if this does not happen, then I doubt that in the last round, Barca will defeat Bayern on a visit, while Benfica can easily win in the last round against Dinomo Kiev, (therefore, we can logically assume that Benfica will even be satisfied with a draw).

To be honest, I don’t even remember when I saw a club of this level in the Europa League, I guess it was long before I got interested in football, lol.  Grin

Barcelona in the Europa League really sounds ridiculous. Especially if it meets Milan there  Grin
In my opinion the coefficient of 1.62 for a home win is very good (considering that Benfica is in a temporary crisis, although I see that today they won big hmm ...).
As for the chances on the Bayern pitch, after today's game with Augsburg it doesn't look so incredible.

I think if everything goes well Barcelona should win the next match in UEFA League with Benfica. And truly speaking they have to win this match because they are in 6 points and Benfica in four. So they have to win to stay in second place. Although Bayern is chilling in the first place with 12 points, Cheesy lol.

I’m afraid that could happen to other clubs in the Champions League, even in other countries.
It seems to me that I read somewhere that soon even footballers in Germany will not be allowed to play if they are not vaccinated.
I agree that everything has gone too far but I sincerely hope that we will not watch the matches of top clubs in empty stadiums again. It kills the very purpose of top sport.
The worst that can happen is that the authorities postpone the match due to the increased number of infected in Germany now.

Yes, this is a likely option. I heard that the Australian authorities took a tough stance on the mandatory vaccination of all participants in the Australia Open, I hope there are principled athletes who will ignore this tournament.
As for the matches without fans, it's terrible - it seems that this is an ordinary practice, the whole atmosphere of football disappears.

Bayern can afford to lose a few matches in their own league as this will not affect the final result in any way, I don’t remember the last time they lost the title (but the Germans take international matches much more seriously). By the way, looking through the statistics of Barça's performances in the Europa League, I found that Liverpool and Bayern were there at about the same time, now looking at all this it seems ridiculous to me.  Cheesy

The decline in the quality of Bayern is quite apprehensive, as if they no longer care what their obstacles are in every match. In fact, if I look at all the potential of the players, I would initially be proud of them. Like the last few matches the results were quite unsatisfactory. If in the end they only showed bad play the threatened position could have happened sooner.
