Both of these two matches are over. Benfica got an early red card and it caused PSV to take the control of the match in no time. PSV played really great and didn't let Benfica have much chance. But they still weren't able to score even one goal. This clumsiness caused them to be eliminated by Benfica despite a match like this. Football is really interesting. Benfica might have been on their luckiest day.

And Young Boys managed to win the match with the exact same score here. If Ferencvaros didn't get a red card, maybe they would even qualify for the group stage.

I actually think that red card for Benfica destroyed our chance to see many goals in this game. After that they probably decided to defend their lead from first game and forgot about attacking. If they played with 11 man I am sure we would have seen at least a goal or two. Did not watch the match since I was playing futsal with my mates but from the stats it looks like PSV had many opportunities and were unable to convert. My man Zahavi disappointed me for the first time in very long time. He scored so many goals for his country and clubs in the past to bring my both to score bets home so all is forgiven.

Slava Ukraini!

Most of us expected high scoring game between PSV and Benfica, but it ended 0:0. PSV dominated, Benfica got red card in first half, but it didn't helped PSV to score, they wasted many moments.
Ferencvaros - Young Boys was crazy game again. Ferencvaros were good, but I think red card killed them.
Ludogorets were close, but after all, Malmo were slightly better.

I was expecting the second half to be alot more interesting but PSV cant even score with Benfica down to only 10 players. Solid defending from Benfica and the 1st leg advantage really helps them to win huh. If it was the other way around on the 1st leg, Benfica would have been smashed trying to score with only 10 players

I thought we would have seen alot of goals on this match though but meh. I had my hopes up after the red card

Young boys took the lead 1-0, but Frencvaros scored and the situation continues as 1-1. No goal has been scored yet in the Benfica-PSV match, which is the most exciting match of the evening among the first matches. The match has started. And 20 minutes is over. PSV are playing well on their own field, they are trying to attack. But Benfica is not trying to attack yet. They are playing defensively. They will follow defensive tactics today and will only resist PSV's attack. Because they need a draw.

i believe the away goals don't count anymore in the champions league. 1-0 for ferencvaros would take that match to overtime.

The funny thing for these three games of today is that both home teams need to win their games in order to qualify.The odds are pretty high and Young Boys which is a strong team I think is in big danger today,a simple win 1-0 for Ferencvaros would nail them out.Ludogoretz has a much more difficult game as winning 2-0 would just make things equal to the teams.Lastly the main event I think tonight is a really hot game where also PSV needs a narrow win against Benfica but we all know how strong Benfica is so this will be the most interesting game to win.

I think Malmö will be able to beat Ludogorets again tonight... I thought they played better than Ludogorets...
I also think Young Boys can beat Ferencvaros... Although here I have my doubts of course...

i even think that these matches could produce a lot of goals, i might doing over goals for all of these matches.

just like the previous one for each matches.. over 2.5 goals is a sure thing for me in these games. psv might win with 2-1 and get a draw in final aggreggate but i have a feeling that benfica ate the one who will get through the qualification.
malmo and young boys would pass the play-off too.
its though for the two opponents of these two matches, still i prefer the over goals for tonight play off myaches, not really familiar with this kind of matches, just trying my luck.

If we look at the head to head match record for PSV - Benfica, we will not get data where PSV won except only in friendly matches. When it comes to the Champions League and Europa League, in fact Benfica still cannot be beaten by PSV, and therefore I personally believe that Benfica will hold PSV to a draw in this second leg. Miracles happen, but hardly twice in the same year, so I think Dinamo ZG has very little chance of repeating what it did against Tottenham in the Europa League, although now it needs to score as many as 4 goals. I think if Benfica were to adopt a defensive strategy when they play against PSV Eindhoven today, Benfica might not be able to held on to their one goal lead advantage as PSV Eindhoven are very strong in their offense when they are playing at their home stadium. Even though Benfica are not a weak team, but I think PSV Eindhoven will still be able to eliminate Benfica today in front of their home fans.
