I wasn't surprise as many people were, remember how Real Madrid ended up in the finals. The obstacle they had to face and impressive comebacks to win games. This isn't the first time they have won Liverpool at a Champions League final, you should understand that Real Madrid don't just play finals they win finals. In this knockout stages, there were many speculation that if Real Madrid was to reach the finals in some miraculous way after their fixtures were announced that there is every possibility of them being able to win Liverpool.

You have to give Real Madrid some acknowledgement because they defeated the top three premier League clubs on their way to the finals and finally lifting the cup. This season Champions League tournament is going to be quite different one as both Manchester City and Liverpool won't let it slide out of their reach again, already we can see both teams very busy in the market and Manchester City just acquired Haaland. Now, many people have agreed that Real Madrid is a champion is not because of luck but tactic and strategy. They have the best player such as Benzema (was a strong candidate for Ballon d'Or), so if this year that category is not from Real Madrid players, we will no longer trust the event. Should they be champions and managed to beat the 4 seeds (PSG, Chelsea, City and Liverpool) there would be no reason to think of Real Madrid as a weak team.
