I am really hyped about Atletico Madrid-Chelsea and Barcelona-PSG matchups. Atletico Madrid are going awesome in the league so far. They are very good in CL too. Chelsea are doing good with Lampard this season. They have really talented players. Both teams are powerful enough to eliminate each other. My favorite team on this matchup is Chelsea. Barcelona are having in-team problems this season. They are good in CL but not much in the league. Because they are very unstable and having problems on scoring many goals, I don't see them as the favorite team here. As for PSG, Neymar had an unfortunate injury last night. But they are playing really good as a team. So, I think that PSG can eliminate Barcelona even without Neymar.
Good draw. This is the most competitive roster of match ups I've seen in a couple years or so for the KO stage. City and Bayern got lucky tho. 
It is hard to predict anything such longtime before, but let's have some fun.

I think it's pretty much pointless to predict who will advance now, there is 2 months until games and lot of things may change, especially considering in what crazy times we live.
For Barca PSG isn't worst what could happen, considering that we could get Bayern, City or Liverpool. Anyway, after all these disasters in recent years, I don't have big expecations this year.
From all these pairs, I have no doubts about Bayern only that they will go further. In other pairs, even if there is favorite, things can get in both ways. Barca -PSG, Atletico - Chelsea and Sevilla - Dortmund looks most interesting and unpredictable for me.
For Barca PSG isn't worst what could happen, considering that we could get Bayern, City or Liverpool. Anyway, after all these disasters in recent years, I don't have big expecations this year.

Tbh, every of this fixture is going to be tough, we could pick a couple of favorites on paper for now, but then the game will be settled on the pitch and I'm expecting a couple of surprises, or to put in another way, upsets; last season City were eliminated by Lyon even when everyone expected Guardiola's men to go through, that result could give mochengladbach confidence in this game, I'll keep my fingers crossed till the games begin.
Barcelona vs PSG! That would really be a competition. Barcelona lost 4-0 in Paris a few years ago, and then won 6-1 at home before continuing. That was absurd.
I'm not expecting that crazy scoreline again, lol, and I think the both teams aren't even in form this season, things could obviously change before this game is played and I'll be hoping it does so we get a good match from both sides, imo, PSG go through. 
PSG against Barcelona at the end of this stage we will see someone getting fired either Koeman or Tuchel as it will be something embarrassing for those two clubs to be knocked out in this early stage since both of them are contenders for this title. PSG have spent hundreds of millions trying to lift it while Barcelona is trying to get it so they can persuade Messi to stay for more seasons at Camp Nou.
The fierce match between PSG and Barcelona because it is a bet for the two coaches Koeman or Tuchel to prove their capacity is worthy of both teams or not, especially for Tuchel, the minus results in the domestic league are currently a bit of a consideration for PSG management to sack Tuchel or keep him, however for Koeman it is proof of whether he is worthy of being the coach of Barcelona and is able to bring Barca back to at least appear in the Champions League final this season.

I hope Chelsea will beat Atletico, but Atletico is one of the most resilient and experienced teams. With Suarez they have added that quality as well and I see them as favorites here.

Looks like the choice of my favorite team that will qualify for the quarter final is not much different from yours. I chose Manchester City,
Bayern, Chelsea, Liverpool, Juventus, PSG, Sevilla and Real Madrid who will qualify for the next round. It turns out that my favorite team
choice is only different in the Atletico Madrid vs Chelsea match, I chose Chelsea because they have better quality players than Atletico Madrid.
And also Chelsea played very well while still in the group stage, without losing and be the first place in group E.

I have a couple of differences to you but agree with most buddy. I’m not happy with my team atm, we have so many injuries, I’ve never seen anything like it before. Half the team is out injured. These games are played in Feb & March so I think we will have some players fit then so we should get to the 1/4 final.

I agree with ManCity, Bayern, Juve, PSG, Real.I would give the edge to Dortmund with a then new coach against Sevilla. Atletico vs Chelsea looks very 50/50, but for me this would be Chelsea, if I had to pick one side. And then Liverpool is surely fav, but here I can imagine Leipzig having the upper hand in the end. They can be a pain in the ass to play against and Liverpool isn't super convincing until now, despite Kloppo knowing the germans very well, which is an advantage.

Big match again for Barcelona faced with Paris Saint Germain and reunion for Neymar could this meeting give and bring positive result for Paris Saint Germain, we still remember woe Barcelona comeback with 5-0 margin goal afet first leg on Paris Stadium they loss, now they meet again as Barcelona playing for the first leg, look easy for Real Madrid pkaying with Atlanta and hope Madrid could give good memorize again and get collection for UEFA champion league trophy after two season miss to get champion. PSG has had a very strong team for years. Perhaps with the best players in the world. Last year they were close to the title in the final, but I think Bayern is normally just one level higher.
They can all win. There is no team that is really far above the rest.
PSG has a problem not in the players, but in the coach. A strong coach who can change the tactics of the game depending on the opponent. PSG doesn't have this from the very beginning. If they were given Guardiola or Klopp as their coaches, they might be able to win the Champions League.They can all win. There is no team that is really far above the rest.
I am of the opinion that a good coach would be ideal for PSG too. But in this case I don't think it's just the coach's fault. We have several mistakes of theirs that are different from the decision of a single person. Just consider that the possession of the ball was more theirs in the last match. They made fewer attempts than the opponents and they also made more mistakes.
