Juventus may be without cups this season. Experienced, but rather aged players cannot compete with other younger players for a long time. Inter in Serie A, Bayern Munich, Atletico Madrid, Liverpool in the Champions League play faster and more aggressive football. Juventus has very little chance against these teams.

Aged players? The Starting XI of Juventus has 2 over 30 players.
We have a younger team than Real, Barca, or Bayern.

anyone who wins anything this year should not be happy because it is a low year for any team so nobody should be happy about anything they won
This is wrong any team that won anything this season should be appreciated because a lot of players lost one thing or another due to covid19 and yet still contributed to the success of their various teams such efforts shouldn't go unnoticed

Juventus is not playing like themselves this year but let's not forget that before Juventus is not prone to corona virus neither, they had troubles so they are just trying to get rid of all the injuries and covid problems and all the fatigue, soon they will get better as well. I understand that they may not be great this year.

Any team that plays great this year gets a big kudos from me, by the start of the season I have said that anyone who wins anything this year should not be happy because it is a low year for any team so nobody should be happy about anything they won, and I was sort of right, I said that it will be a low year for every team so winning shouldn't be celebrated like other years, but what I was wrong about was the fact that it was low for EVERYONE, so it will be low for the winners as well. This is why we should cut some slack on teams that doesn't play on par to what we expect them to play.

Juventus just lost 0-3 to a medium quality team like Fiorentina and with this kind of mentality they won’t go very far in the Champions League.Someone might say that they will play far more seriously in Champions but I think how a team perform in their league if it is in one of the top five of Europe which Juventus is,is a really good benchmark for the team.

I said, at moment Juventus have two big problems:
- new coach, not stable and not consolidated
- all players not work perfect together.. not easy

this year they cant win Champions League, and is risky too for Scudetto (hard cause Milan, Ibra is very strong and impressive this year)

Why such a pessimistic mood. Yes, of course, such an offensive loss with such a score, and even at home. In the history of any team, there are annoying blunders. Perhaps the Juventus players were just already in anticipation of the Christmas holidays, and could no longer think about anything. We played without the proper mood for the game, in contrast to the opponents. Therefore, this is the result.

Agreed with you I also doubtful about the future of Juventus in Champions League till now they are not showing the result like a star club. Now they entered into critical stage where no point of return after a mistake or poor play. FC Porto is in superb form so there will be much hard for Juventus to beat them in upcoming match to make way to the next round.

Yeah
i'm big fan of good team/company like Juventus (CR7 is a superb marketing action, very good operation) or like Atalanta.. but in this year Juventus face a big stage with coach Pirlo
no one fail, is normal flow for make a team

remember.. when you make a team you need to pass some stage
- forming
- storming
- normalizing
- performing

now juventus is in "storming" stage

Juventus can be considered a kind of outsider for this Champions League. We are fighting over our personal opinions really: I believe the odds of them winning are very good and I took my chances. They remind me Milan in 2002-03 when they won CL against all the odds  Wink

Juventus are definitely good enough to win the CL. They have many good players, any team that has CR7 is capable of winning it. The thing about the CL is that it’s just so tough to win, there are at least 6 or 7 teams with the quality to become champions.

It was their first lost in Serie A this season and it does not means that they have bad mentality. What they have shown on CL is even better than what they have shown on Serie A.
Sometime form of a team on their local league is the opposite of their form on other league.
Other example, Arsenal which is so bad on EPL but they did it very well on Europa League (you may argue about the quality of other teams on the group stage of Europa League).
One more example, Manchester United which is better than Arsenal on EPL but they did it very bad on CL.
All in all, we cant rely on their performance on their local league only when we are talking about bigger competition.

Juventus is giving me a hard time lately and I believe this is the sign I have to bet them winning Champions League this season! Odds are pretty good @ 13 and I will try my luck! You read it here first! Juventus will win CL!

I'm sorry to tell you this bad news: I don't think Juventus can win the Champions League.. for simple reasons:
- not yet run in with new coach
- team not yet well blended with the various champions (CR7)

is strong .. of course, but not 1st of europe
A stable team is definitely needed to win the Champions League title. Then we need a skilled and experienced coach. And lastly, we need a bunch of talented players. Juventus team may be doing well in some matches, but the team is not stable. I agree with @babo, Juventus players are not yet able to fully support Ronaldo.
There is still plenty of time to fix whatever was broken in the team, as even the league will be back on track in mid-February. Besides, the opponent that Juventus will face is Porto, is it something difficult for Juventus while there is still a lot of time to prepare the best? I am sure Juventus will definitely win against Porto and will continue for the next round, for now I think it is too early to determine who will be the winner of the CL title, because even defending champion Bayern Munich is currently unstable.
I agree with that,t it is not clear which team will win the Champions League's title right now. Juventus has a bunch of talented players. Bonucci, Rabiot, Morata, Dybala, and the great Ronaldo. Each player plays the best in his position. Now they need to coordinate between them. I believe this team will be stable very soon if the coach can sort out the game strategy properly.
Ronaldo is not as strong as in Real Madrid. Morata could not compete with other players neither in Chelsea, nor in Atlético and even in Real Madrid. The defense in Juventus is strong, but only the defense cannot win the Champions League. So I think that this time Juventus will not win the League.

Many many years ago, Inter have the best players of world in his team.. and never win.. because
have best players is simple
permit them to play together is another stuff to do..

Simple team with 1 best player (Milan) is simple to manage and coordinate, but the problem is.. if player go ill or leave team go down

I agree with you, even though domestically they look strong at UCL they haven't been lucky. If I'm not mistaken they won the UCL 95/96 season. Some of the Juventus matches at UCL have always had difficulties when facing big clubs from Spain or Germany in the final. They always lose in the final, just look at the 2017 final, they lost 1-4 to Madrid. At the moment I think it's still the same. Even though there is Ronaldo, I did not win for Juventus, the UCL champion this year.
