Yeah Napoli definitely is a team that runs constantly I agree with that and yes Barcelona doesn't like those kinds of opponents, remember liverpool game last season. However its also a bit about being talented versus not. Don't get me wrong I am not saying Napoli is not talented, they are totally talented, what I am saying is they are just not as talented as Barcelona. So when you press that much and Barcelona tiki taka way out of that press with quick passes, they could find themselves very open because Napoli will be defending very closely which means if you can give and go type of passes very well you can find some space.
We will have to watch and see, its not a guranteed thing, Napoli beat some great teams and the first game was a tie, so nobody can say Napoli is definitely out, on surface it looks like for sure they are overmatched but its still a game to be played before deciding.
Interesting thing is, Napoli is a team that plays defense very well, but more importantly they are a team that plays all together at the same time, I think they are similar to gegenpress, but it is more like... I am not sure if it has a name, but it is more like man marking combined with gegenpress, so every player has someone running like crazy with them all the time without any break for 90 minutes which bothers players as well, if you always have someone with you, even when you do not have the ball, and they never leave you and you never get open, that bothers players.
I don't watch Serie A so I don't really know how Napoli play but is their style of play similar to that of Atletico Madrid's?If they are anywhere close to that kind of football where they play as a unit when defending, have high press when the opponent have the ball and the counter attack then Barca might be in trouble. They don't like such opponents.

Speaking of Barcelona to very strong, it a yes and no situation cause they have nice players but they are never strong on the pitch these days because they have a back door problem which limit the player total commitment.

Well, yeah, it seems that people forget that Lyon is still in Champions league and they won first leg against Juve 1:0.
Forget ? I think not. Maybe people not too interesting to talk about him. 
Lyon is not a team that is seeded by many in the second leg even though they have managed to secure 1 goal in the first leg. I think Juventus are more worthy to advance to the next round and that would be good in my opinion.

Over 2,5 is going to come only if Barcelona is going to play aggressively and score at least one goal early in the game. I would go for Napoli's win as both teams are pretty unstable during this season and Napoli has value bet for getting the win.

But it also sometimes misses the prediction. I always predict that Napoli will look good in CL compared to Serie A which continues to suffer defeat, but Barcelona will also have the same ambition, but this is competing at home to Barcelonan, this prediction will probably be right and betting for Barcelona.

I considered over 2.5 for one simple reason
1-1 first leg
Barcelona pass the round if they draw 0-0 or win
Napoli passes the round if they win or draw 2-2
The match is very open to all results, and Barcelona are not a defensive team
