But Real to advance at 3/1 look ok to me. City is City and Ramos is Ramos.
Lol, Ramos isn't playing. It's a good odd because Real Madrid going through is not impossible, but with the advantage city have (2 away goals) and the absence of Ramos in this game (serving his match ban for a red card in the first leg) i think city might just have the edge over Madrid and quality for the quarterfinal. Madrid are prolly still in celebration mood after winning the laliga Grin City may be the more motivated of the two teams.
Actually Manchester city sides deserved qualifications. Although it might seem to be a great battle as there was an intrinsic and improve come back on Real Madrid after the pandemic outbreak playing significant matches without a loss. Miracle might happen in Etihad stadium in the coming champions league week. Just watching out.

Not your keys, not your coins!
PSG striker K. Mbappe just got a very nasty tackle from Saint- Etienne in Coupe de France finale. . I think his season is over. If it happens PSG will be in very bad situation in UCL. They also did a bad tackle on Neymar also. Though he scored on goal already and PSG is leading the game by 1-0. Coach should take off Neymar in the 2nd half. It will be better for them. Also, wish a very fast recovery for Mbappe.
The injury of KM7 will put PSG under risks to lose in the clash with Atalanta. Atalanta has their very good attack ability and they can give us a big surprise. PSG has never shown their best strength in Champions League. And I don't bet on Neymar that he will bring PSG to the final win against Atalanta. He is weak and similar to Paul Pogba in Manchester United. They put their personal interests higher than the overal interests of the clubs they are playing for.

exactly, Atalanta is very reminiscent of last year's Ajax, but Atalanta doesn't have the same glorious history as Ajax, which makes it more fascinating.

Atalanta have great history of success, i mean spring team.
it cultivates talents which it then resells to maintain the system, perhaps the most famous was Nichi Ventola.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicola_Ventola
remember that he played in the national team!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atalanta_B.C.

if you see, much italian players!

No, Nicola Ventola is not the most famous but another even more successful ... a certain Filippo Inzaghi, but perhaps he too is not even more recent, who grew up in Atalanta and are now players of the national team or who were in the national team, I'll list them to you

Nicola Ventola
Ivan Pellizzoli
Daniele Baselli
Simone Zaza
Giacomo Bonaventura
Giampaolo Pazzini
Domenico Morfeo
Riccardo Montolivo
Filippo Inzaghi
Cristian Vieri
Roberto Donadoni
Antonio Cabrini
Gaetano Scirea

these are the most famous and well-known ones who started their career in Atalanta 😁

I’d love to see Atalanta win the CL, it’d be a great story built on passion, desire & hunger, no big egos & stupid money like big Eurooean clubs. I love to cheer on the underdog so I will be rooting for them.

I think all of Italy will cheer for them and in their final victory, Atalanta has nothing to lose, unlike psg, Juventus, Chelsea, Bayern, Barcelona etc. Etc., they have huge sums to lose! for this reason Atalanta can afford to play with far fewer thoughts than the big clubs of Europe

if this happens it's not just great history for atalanta, but this can be a prove that all the big or small clubs with lots of experience or not will become the king of european league. And this will add to the list of Italian teams that have succeeded in bringing the champions league trophy to this country. although maybe this is like a dream, but I am not saying this is impossible if atalanta still become big clubs killer.

i would like to see Atalanta playing more than one match at the final tournament, but do not think that it is possible for them to win the championship, their form is going down at the moment, there is still a room to improve, but it will be hard to see them at their best in mid August, it is just life, i hopped for long-term good form for them, but that is not the case at the moment

of course, they will fight, and moment of inspiration could make a miracle for them, but they would need three miracles to lift the trophy, seems to much, IMO

Atalanta is the most beautiful fairy tale of the last 40 years of Italian football, it reminds me very much of Leicester and Leipzig, but unlike them they don't have the opportunity to win the championship, but in my opinion it will make a great game against PSG and give us a dream, what do you think?

sure, I agree everything you say about this small team with great potential!
I think the chances of winning the cup are very low (for lack of experience) but it will certainly give headaches to the bigger teams ahahaha
I think they will fear it (i hope)

They don't have much experiences, that is true, and therefore the pressure might be too big for them. They will not win the cup, I'm sure of that but they are a team with huge potential and if they continue to build they play they will be real threath to bigger teams. Fingers crossed for them!

That's horrible and definitely deserves red card. I can feel his pain from here, hope he can recover as soon as possible... I read they have another injury in PSG which is hard to replace.

@Fatemablabla it was indeed a horrible tackle and the referee foolishly gave away a yellow card first, and only after VAR intervened he issued a red card. Also what’s worst was the brawl that followed while Mbappe was down crying in pain, and in that moment all the player’s broke all the rules relating to social distancing.

Atalanta in the Champions League reminds me a lot of Ajax from last season. It would be such a great story for them reaching the next round. And I think the way these remaining matches are played out favours teams like Atalanta. At first I can totally see them beating PSG in the quarter finals. Paris is completely out of the playing rhythm and Atalanta is looking very strong since the restart of the Serie A. Then they would face Napoli, Barca or Bayern (don't think Chelsea has a chance against Bayern). Though game but everything is possible. Especially since these last games are played in a tournament-style.

exactly, Atalanta is very reminiscent of last year's Ajax, but Atalanta doesn't have the same glorious history as Ajax, which makes it more fascinating.

Atalanta is a team only a few teams would want to play in europe, irregardless of their history, one certain facts about this atalanta team is that they are going to score against you, to overcome them, psg must plan yo outscore atalanta or risk going to penalty kicks. Psg suffered injury to mbappe and knocks to neymar, hopefully they recover soon to provide necessary firepower for psg

Atlanta have an excellent chance of progressing ahead because Mbappe is almost ruled out of the champions league, hence if they’re successful in neutralising Neymar then they can definitely fancy their chances of progressing ahead.

Atalanta's style of play is quite interesting, even I am interested to see this style of course will start when the champions league starts again, even though it faces a big team but I think it will be passed, why do I pay attention to Atalanta because in series it is quite interesting after several times won against big teams and here I conclude in the CL that will start maybe this game style will not change and will be like this for the next round.

Atalanta has due dilligent changes to beat PSG.

I agree, even many people doubted Atalanta because they had just played in the Champions League, this was normal. However, if PSG players underestimate them this will become a big problem for them. PSG can't just see Atalanta's as new name in the champions league. It's no coincidence that the draw with Juventus and become in 2nd place right now. Just look at their record in important matches this season.

first half of the season
1. Win vs Roma
2. Draw vs Lazio
3. Draw vs Napoli
4. Lose vs Juventus
5. Win vs Milan
6. Draw vs. Inter

the second half of the season
1. Win vs Roma
2. Win vs Lazio
3. Win vs Napoli
4. Draw vs Juventus

This result is enough to be a motivation for Atalanta to face PSG. 1 defeat against the Italian giants, PSG players should not underestimate Atalanta.

I think Psg will not underestimate them but I also think that Psg will have an easy game against them when they face them because Atalanta lacks the experience in this level of the Champions League. We know it is their first time here so they will have a difficult time against any of the remaining teams in Champions League right now.
