UEFA president Ceferin also did not ruled out possibility that fans could attent final games. At least now fans can't attrnd stadiums in Portugal, but there is almost 2 months until games. Situation is gettin better in Europe in general, countries open borders, in some leagues fans can visit stadiums already, so I think it's possible. And it would be great. But I imagine that ticket price would be freaking expensive if limited number of fans would be permitted.

Here is detailed report from UEFA official website: https://www.uefa.com/insideuefa/news/newsid=2642232.html

The most important decisions:
Quarter-finals, semi-finals and the final will be played as a final eight straight knock-out tournament at the Estádio do Sport Lisboa e Benfica and the Estádio José Alvalade in Lisbon between 12 and 23 August 2020.
All remaining matches of the 2019/20 UEFA Champions League will kick-off at 21:00CET.
Istanbul, which was originally appointed to stage the 2020 final will now host the 2021 UEFA Champions League Final,

UEFA Europa League 2019/20
Quarter-finals, semi-finals and the final will be played as a final eight straight knock-out tournament in Cologne, Duisburg, Düsseldorf and Gelsenkirchen between 10 and 21 August.

will be interesting, in one match all teams have their chances to win the champions league, and i think that underdogs have more chances, i think that Bayern chances are low, since their league will be already finish before that, and they will have almost two months break before CL final tournament

It will be a new history where the game this time is a little different from before the quarter-final match, and the semifinals will be played without two legs, aka will use a knockout system.

UEFA has also determined the final match for the next four seasons, namely:

2021: Ataturk Olympic Stadium, Istanbul, Turkey

2022: Saint Petersburg Stadium, St. Petersburg, Rssia

2023: Football Arena Munich, Munich, Germany

2024: Wembley Stadium, London, England

The more I think about this, the more I like it. It will be almost as if we have Euros, a bunch of really important games coming one after another.

The teams that play first will have a big advantage though, 1 more day of rest in situations when the games are coming really fast can be a deciding factor and a big edge between 2 similarly strong teams.

Do we know the substitutions format yet or is it still a bit too early for that?

It would be like that. But it would not be fair for all teams.
The fact that the games will be played like that will only benefit the stronger teams and those who have players to do rotation.
Having said that, I think that a team with those characteristics is going to win the CL title.

Dates out too, 1st they will end the second leg in normal stadium, after that eveyone will go in Portugal

This is just the best available options that the UEFA committee can employ and i am glad it came out sooner.
Now there is a neutral ground and a one legged time, which means, no home advantage anywhere, the best team wins.

Also, The venues are scheduled to be in Germany for the Europa league, makes it more like a world cup or Euro competition schedules.

Portugal tourism was welcoming UK tourists as early as early June, so maybe they knew something after all.

Too bad Liverpool got KO'd early, but okay at least we know something, great stuff. Now my betting money can go somewhere after all! Might even travel to Germany to see some Europa action!

It would be safer to do both finals in hehe same country as there will be no fans and no income is going to flow.
Income can still come in from television rights, press and maybe meet and greet. Apart from that it will go down in history that the finals where played in different countries, letting the pandemic rule us is not the best option, both competitions final should be played in separate geographical location. My concern is for the competition to finish this year thanks to the research team and there efforts to make vaccines or medication treatment to combat the virus, soon enough hopefully the stadium gates would be open to fans

It seems that Istanbul has not yet lost hope that the finals of the European Champions League will be played in their city, according to Turkish Sports Minister Mehmet Kasapoglu.
Chances for Istanbul appear to be slim, although UEFA President Alexander Ceferin has postponed a final decision for June 17.

[...] There is not really all that many games left, so I would assume maybe teams would all get to a place just like the finals but instead way before that and all would play each other until elemination and all the games would be in just one city and one stadium? That way you could have all teams not travelling and get there 14 or whatever days beforehand and be risk free and out of lockdown and training. You have to finish the current season first though.

That is exactly what they are planning at the moment. As far as I know Lisbon is currently in the best position to host the remaining Champions League matches. In this case Istanbul would be allowed to host another final in the future as compensation. For the Europa League tournament it could be Germany to host the remaining matches.

Update: Seems like it is confirmed now that the UCL matches will be played in Lisbon and the Europa League matches in  North Rhine-Westphalia or other parts of Germany (https://www.transfermarkt.com/reports-champions-league-mini-tournament-in-lisbon-europa-league-in-germany/view/news/362678)

^^Euro 2021 would be the main talk I am sure, they have very little time to decide where it will be and with that period we are going to both have to make sure in a year wherever it will be is safe and healthy but also ready for nations to come there as well.

The regular football is back already, which means I am sure it will not be a problem for the teams to play but fans and millions of dollars tied to fans are still a question, it is a year away so I think people will be watching on the stadiums as well. You either decide right away and let them prepare like crazy for a year or you just get yourself something not done properly at all. I personally would assume having it ready right now would be priority.

How to conclude the current seasons cups could be something as simple as just giving dates and that's it, as long as teams are allowed to fly between each other I doubt it would be any different than league games that are already running right now.

How is the international flight situation going? Are we allowed to travel from one nation to another yet? I never checked because to be honest even if it was allowed I do not have enough for a vacation anywhere, but if its allowed that means teams could travel. In case its not allowed to travel from one nation to another, how are teams planning on making a tournament? There is not really all that many games left, so I would assume maybe teams would all get to a place just like the finals but instead way before that and all would play each other until elemination and all the games would be in just one city and one stadium? UEFA has just issued an official statement https://www.uefa.com/insideuefa/news/newsid=2642106.html
The UEFA Executive Board will hold a video conference on June 17 and issue a press release thereafter.
On the agenda will be a discussion on how to conclude competitions in the Champions League and European League.
The video conference on June 17 will also discuss the host cities of Euro 2020, which has been postponed for 2021.

Probably they will now wait until the leagues in Spain, Italy and the BPL have resumed playing. And then they'll have to wait until these leagues have finished the current season before they can think about hosting a Champions League and Europa League tournament with the remaining teams. That's going to be a tough task to organize all these matches.

All in all, stressful weeks ahead for the teams from Spain and Italy, which still have to play 10 and 12 matchdays respectively. Good thing that they already know that Atletico Madrid would win the UCL if they have to cancel the remaining matches because they kicked-out Liverpool.  Grin (https://metro.co.uk/2020/06/10/atletico-madrid-reckon-have-won-champions-league-beating-liverpool-12833019/)
