We can say that Beşiktaş has secured the round with the 3-1 win at home against its rival. When we look at the squads and quality of the 2 teams, the difference is already obvious and everyone expected Beşiktaş to pass this round comfortably.Beşiktaş will go away with a comfortable score, not giving many chances to its opponent like Fenerbahçe from the beginning to the end of the match.Although Beşiktaş's current squad is insufficient in my opinion, I can say that they got a good result. They have a few transfers in question, let's see if they can transfer the names on the agenda, they will be on the way to becoming a good team.

I would not say that the advantage of 2 goals is decisive before the return match away. Besiktas is the favorite (and I don't know anything about Tirana), but if they concede one goal, then there is a chance that they will concede two goals away. Therefore, the question is whether they can be as productive away. If the game goes into extra time, no one will have an advantage there.
Besiktas may have been weak in the transfer window and that's why I think they will at least make the round, even if they are not the favorite away from home.Of course it's not a very important difference but I don't expect them to lose against a weak opponent.Senol sun has a certain experience and when a few transfers are made with his experience, Besiktas will start to be the favorite. There was talk of Ante Rebic's future and if he comes, he will be followed by a few more star players.

From what I read in several sources, this decision was already expected to happen:

Juventus banned from Conference League

source: https://www.espn.com/soccer/story/_/id/38089019/juventus-banned-conference-league-chelsea-fined-uefa

sad scenario for juventus, lately it has not been easy to be a fan of juventus, last season when i expected them to go to the european champions league, came the news that points were reduced, they appealed that decision and returned their points, I was even happy thinking that the matter was already resolved, but it didn't take long for points to be withdrawn again, and today we have bad news again, which means that this season Juventus will not be in any European competition

I sincerely hope that the juventus board doesn't do shit again so they don't receive this type of punishment, the teams in this competition are not very strong and juventus could have a real chance of winning this competition, now that possibility is no longer available, Well, from what I can see, Juventus doesn't even have a squad to win Serie A. I will be watching which is another great and good team that has a good chance of winning this competition.

In the first leg of the second qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League, Cluj drew Adana Demirspor at home 1-1. I expected to Cluj get comfortable victory. But Adana Demirspor surprised me. Adana Demirspor captain Benjamin Stambouli scored a fantastic goal. Benjamin Stambouli scored Adana Demirspor's first goal in the European Cups.

Beşiktaş opponent was very weak, Beşiktaş got a very comfortable win. Beşiktaş beat 3-1.
Cluj were actually quite the favourite team to win against Adana Demirspor according to the odds. But Adana Demirspor's performance really surprised me. They had the most ball possession like 65% in this match and they had many more goal attempts than their opponent as well. By the way Stambouli's goal was quite impressive. I mean especially Ndiaye's assist by a backheel pass to him. It was a really classy one. This makes me think like Adana Demirspor can really eliminate Cluj by winning the rematch.

As for Beşiktaş yeah their job was really easy and they showed it with a decent win.
Besiktas JK definitely played good, they were as good as expected, but they didn't play better than expected neither. This was a game at their home game, I expected them to win anyway. I have been betting for a while on these pre-eliminary games for both champions league, europa and conference, and they all have shown me that this season looks like favorites will win, that's how it has been most of the time, aside from a few like Cluj failing though.

That's the power of Adana Demrsport, didn't expected them to get a tie, maybe I will take a risk and just put them as a win on my next bet, would be at their home if I know right, and that means there is a chance that they could end up with a win that game as well.

Adana Demirspor surely surprised us all. Many people would say that its not weak team but I wouldn't think that they would be able to eliminate Cluj club. I guess they have chance. I am considering to bet on their match on draw or Adana Demirspor side because I think its very possible that Adana Demirspor may outperform Cluj at home. Its one of those half risky bets where you can profit through. I would say that they may really eliminate Cluj now.

Few games that went well, I think it was destined to have good results overall. Conference league at this stage is not that hard to win but the returns are not that great to be fair, you do not get 1.7+ odds for most winners, its a lot less. In any case I ended up winning and I am happy about that. If the second leg of the same games end the same way (which is a lot harder because teams that are far ahead will play with less desire) then I am going to start the season with a good profit to begin with. Thats definitely something that would be a lot more important. I know that its going to be something to care about but that doesn't mean anything just yet, lets see second rounds first.

interesting results today, APOEL won over Vojvodina, Bodo was clinical at home, 3:0, Ferencvaros won 4:0
but most interesting is Hibernians losing in Andorra, Scottish football teams are really reaching bottom sometimes, Inter Escaldes won 2:1, and Hibernians scored in overtime to have some chances in re-match next week

last year SF, Basel is losing at home against Tobol from Kazakhstan, 1:3, still some time to play

Surprise results can always be obtained, I think this is the best part of football. Matches won by unexpected teams make us more excited. Maybe that's why we like surprise results more. Adana Demirspor from the Turkish league drew 1-1 with the strong Cluj. I watched the match and the Cluj goalkeeper prevented the defeat by blocking 2-3 clear positions. A draw for the rematch counts as a good result.

Adana and Cluj to me are almost on the same level so this result dosent surprise me. I expected Adana to win by a small advantage but the goalkeeper kept them alive for the next rematch. Cluj is a solid team but still they had a lead at home and werent able to make it worth it. So Adana now has a big advantage in the rematch because they are playing at home.

The team wasn't bad, but this roster needs to be expanded and at least 3 transfers to the starting 11 are essential. Especially the right defender is needed, there was a match with Necip. It would definitely be suicide to start the season without a transfer. A better player should be taken instead of Salih in the midfield. There is no one playing in the number 10 position. There is a lack of creative players. Onur Bulut played as the wing, it's not his normal place. He scored a good goal today, but it would be a mistake to start the season relying on that. Muleka and Aboubakar were good again. It's not clear when Cenk Tosun will return on offense, I think there is also the African Cup. At least 2 transfers must be made there. Forward and wing transfer should be done first. Onana didn't take much playing time, it's too early to talk about his performance. I hope the team will get better.
KF Tirana were a very weak team. This match is not a measure for anything. Beşiktaş need to show their true quality when playing against higher level opponents.

It really doesn't make sense how Uefa is making these type of decisions. The level of difference just doesn't make sense. We have seen Galatasaray end up playing against a small team, a team that didn't even have a proper pitch, and end up getting a tie because they were not used to playing in those conditions, a 200+ million euro worth team against less than 10 million one.

And now we have seen Fenerbahce playing at home at least, against a team that nobody has ever heard of, makes no sense, at least give them to Europa cup so that they could play there a bit, second of Turkish league being in conference league makes no sense. This is why the odds were terrible, sure I won my bet, but it didn't even worth it to be fair.
C'mon, dude, you want to say that main reason why Galatasaray didn't won was pitch. I don't any strong arguments in your rant - everything is fair. If Turkish league would be a bit high on UEFA ranking, their 2nd team would go to Europa league, now it's not. And if your team is good enough, there shouldn't be any problem to beat these small teams.

Yep. Even if the pitch is really bad, it is equally bad for both teams and I don’t think that the players of any team are stronger on a bad pitch. But those who lost the bet or the fans of the team will always find a reason why this is unfair  Smiley
As for the UEFA rating, everything there is as objective and transparent as possible - the distribution of quotas is based on sports results, everyone is on an equal footing.

I said many times - level of Scottish league is joke if we exclude Celtic and Rangers. Tobol win against Basel is biggest surprise for me. Seems that 2 red cards played big role, it's enough to at Tobol stats in 1st and 2nd half. They also missed penalty. It will be difficult task for Basel to make comeback.

Basel were actually leading and playing well until they got a red card and that was when the visiting team took the advantage and made very good use of it and overturn the scoreline. This game affected my parley selection as I included Basel to have a victory in this match and they have destroyed my betslip as I was very confident that they would win since they are playing at home.

APOEL was a clear favorite over Vojvodina but barely won and i think the next game in Serbia we might even see Vojvodina do a lot better and maybe even qualify for the next round. Basel lost and that is a huge surprise and they are o most out of the tournament.

Adana Demirspor will play a European Cup match for the first time today. In the first leg of the second qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League, Adana Demirspor will play Cluj. In my opinion, the favorite team is Cluj. Adana Demirspor's starting XI against Cluj: Karacic, Svensson, Manev, Semih, Rodrigues, Stambouli, Emre Akbaba, Belhanda, Yusuf Sarı, Akintola, Cherif Ndiaye.

Also Beşiktaş will face Tirana tonight. Beşiktaş's starting XI against Cluj: Mert Günok, Valentin Rosier, Necip Uysal, Omar Colley, Arthur Masuaku, Amir Hadziahmetovic, Salih Uçan, Gedson Fernandes, Onur Bulut, Jackson Muleka, Vincent Aboubakar.

Finally, the season opens for Beşiktaş. Beşiktaş will face KF Tirana in the 2nd Qualifying Round of the UEFA European Conference League, they will play the match in their own field and will meet with the fans for the first time this season.

Beşiktaş, which played only 3 friendly matches and won two of them, and drew in one, is the absolute favorite in this qualifying round. As Fenerbahçe did yesterday, Beşiktaş can find a 5-goal win against their weak opponent today.

Handicap Match Results (0:3) odds with 3.36 show that it's quite normal for Beşiktaş to score 4 goals. 0:2 handicap odds are 1.93, so Beşiktaş will win the match by at least 3 goals, it seems very likely.

We are expecting a good win with lots of goals, Aboubakar will do his show again. I wonder which other players will come to the fore. Especially the good start of Ghezzal and Muleka is important.
