Choosing between France, Germany and Portugal is difficult, even Hungary could make a surprise in some matches imo.
France is the best team in group F tho. Second place will be harder to pick and Hungary's games will be essential to determine the ranking.
I'd like to choose France and Germany in this group. However, France has their own issues. Pogba, Griezman don't have good performances in the past season and they can not simply rely on Kante or Benzema.
It may look so on paper but it will be difficult for Italy to lose points to Switzerland or Turkey.Switzerland is not what it used to be and Turkey although has beaten Netherlands this does not mean anything because Italy players compared to Turkey players are of a much higher quality and the Serie A where most players of Italy play is much stronger than many of the leagues where Turkey players play.I think Italy if it plays full power will get full points from this group.
Netherlands and Italy will have good chance go next. But with their player resources (Italy) and internal conflicts (Netherlands), I don't believe they will go too far in this Euro. Very surprise to see Netherlands have another conflicts internally before a big tournament. It is their tradition and seems not good.
I don't believe either that Italy will lose the first place in this group, unless it's been decided by them so they can face an easier team to the next round. The interesting part for this group is which team will be the second one. Most likely will be Turkey but Switzerland is strong and Welsh although isn't a major team, can do some
surprises...
Yep but as said, I think Italy will struggle to go far and win the Euro. Their player quality are not too good and dominant their opponents. Roberto Mancini does his management good and improve the team and I respect his works.
