Spain was the better team overall and they won. The VAR checked the supposed handball and decided it was not worth a penalty.

For today, England vs Switzerland would be the best match. England is always a good team and Switzerland has upped their game this time. It would be a competitive one.
I would like to know specifically what France was better at in this tournament. They didn't score (reaching the semi-finals) a single field goal. I’m not saying that they are unfairly moving on, but I am sure that there is no need to look for logic in the lottery results. Yesterday France was just luckier.
I don’t know how anyhow would see France to have been good in this tournament. Perhaps you would want to categorize them for a team that seats back and hold the game, waiting for there opponents to score the goal for them or perhaps gift them a penalty because, that’s all that could be said about France in this tournament. Talking about a team that is gifted with so many talents in its rank and some of the best qualities football could find, they haven’t been able to score a single on field goal. I had hoped Portugal gets to advance tomorrow, for the two elite players on CR7 and Pepe to advance but, the bar saw J. Felix’s penalty kick out and Diogo Costa couldn’t come up with any incredible saves from the spot penalty spot kick. He was great through the game but, not this time against a more formidable foe.
Something to note however,
We’ve all managed to be losing on a chance to get a first half bet result in the quarter finals of this Euro. It’s been a win market across all played games so far in the Euro 2024. You’ll find the old for first half draw to be about 2 odds on almost all bookies.
Ordinarily, you would expect this odd to be higher but, given the likelihood of the possible outcome, it’s dropped. At the moment, Stake.com has placed the first half market odd for a draw between Netherlands vs Türkiye to be 2.42, Duelbits.com has it at 2.41, Fortunejack.com has it at 2.32. You can reference a couple of gambling site you play at for the odds.
England vs Switzerland already delivered a first half draw market result. At this stage of the competition, no team wants to make any mistakes. It’s all playing safe while hoping to capitalize on any chances as it’s provided but, no team have done a great job at it.
