Look at the outright odds. Leverkusen is leading with huge gap compared to the other participants. No doubt that if majority of people are picking leverkusen to win the europa league this season. Roma will be failed again after it was able reaching final last season.
People can argue de rossi better in the gameplay but mourinho is still irreplaceable coach for the club. The winning mentality has made it difference.

So, I'm pretty sure that he wouldn't mind to turn other juicy offers down to carry on with his career at Bayer Leverkusen the Bundesliga giants while he works towards recruiting stronger players to meet a competitive Champions league and Bundesliga of next season.
