Yes, you are right that Roma almost didn't have a big chance in yesterday's match when Xabi Alonso troops gave a very good performance, able to pressure the hosts into not scoring at all.
I just asked in my mind yesterday someone said here why everyone underestimates Roma and now it is proven that Roma's performance is not able to compete with Leverkusen performance.
Lukaku had a good chance but he also didn't seem to be able to shoot on target and I think Lukaku just lacked focus in that match.
If Lukaku could be calmer and focus on controlling the ball, he could definitely score at least 1 score or maybe more.
I am not underestimating Roma's performance, but the quality of performance that Leverkusen currently has is better than Roma.

In the first match Leverkusen shown that they can play good defensively and this is their foundation to avoid a loss next week at their home stadium. They need a draw or a minimum loss to beat Roma after two matches and I believe they can complete this not too hard task.

It's harder to say the winner between Atalanta and Marseille because Marseille at their home stadium, shown their strength well and did not let Atalanta win it easily even the guest has an opening goal very early.

Atalanta have better chance to win next match in Italy but I am not surprised if Atalanta lose to the guest. Difference between the host and the guest is not too big and it does not guarantee a winning for Atalanta.

Roma had just two shots on target throughout the match and both Lukaku and Tammy Abraham were shadows of themselves. The best the Italian side would have in Germany is a draw. They don't have much chance to win the match with a reasonable margin to make them qualify for the finals. In the game of football, anything can happen but it will be very difficult to beat a well-organized side like Leverkusen. I don't see any club that will win Leverkusen in the finals because this is their season to shine, and win trophies.

Leverkusen's been playing lights-out in this Europa League. That 2-0 on the road? Thats a statement win, the best kind. They're not just winning, they're dominating. Clean sheets, away victories - thats the mark of a champion team, believe me. Im telling you, they'll finish the job in the second leg, and the final is theirs for the taking. Now, Atalanta,they're tough, got that home-field advantage to work with. And anything can happen in football. Could Marseille pull off an upset? Maybe. But right now, Leverkusen's in the driver's seat. They're the best team in this competition, nobody even comes close.

Rossi has been able to only create a strategy that works well against weaker and mediocre teams but when they get to meet top elite teams,they appear to lack the form and the competency to be able to get a wain and only a few cases they struggle to get a draw, their attack and striking force is still growing and against a firm striking force which Leverkusen posses, less shouldn't be expected except if uncertainties happens or Roma eventually was having a lucky day ,way from these victory remains sure for Leverkusen against Roma even in the second leg.

In the next leg of the UEFA champions league semi finals,Madrid will be locking horns with Bayern at Madrid home,And the encounter is one that will be very tough, especially for Bayern that will be playing away after drawing at their own home. Nevertheless,i never even expected them to draw that match,i thought Madrid were going to win them,but it went down to a draw,which keeps Madrid favourite because they were able to get a draw at away.

You were right about Leverkusen, if you bet on them then congratulations.    I thought Roma would be a good challenge for Leverkusen that's why I wanted to give it a chance. But unfortunately my parlay lost because of this bet.  

Roma had 2 clear chances to score one of which was Lukaku's hitting the woodwork in the early minutes of the match. If Lukaku was able to score we could have watched a more interesting match maybe and my bet would have more chance to win.  

Anyway, I think Leverkusen have already secured the final ticket and the trophy isn't that far.

People have only seen As Roma's progress since being coached by De Rossi but they are not yet fully ready for the European league except in the domestic league, it still takes time for De Rossi to make As Roma a good team next season, that is if he still continues his status at As Roma, Leverkusen are not easy opponents for As Roma, I already suspect that Leverkusen will beat As Roma because they will maintain their record as an unbeatable team in the domestic league and in the European leagues including UEL.

This is a brilliant achievement for Leverkusen this season. They could win the treble if they continue to maintain their style of play. Obviously, this will make them remain the strongest team even next season, especially if they win the UEL championship, of course next season they will be finished playing in the UCL and xabi alonso met other great coaches like Guardiola, Ancelottti and even others, I think the class is different, it seems Leverkusen has to get even more difficult opponents to test its ability to maintain its record as the strongest and undefeated team this season . we will see it in next season. Atalanta was lucky because Marseille isn't a strong team, that's why they can resist the first leg that held in Marseille's home ground, the second leg this will be Atalanta's game. Their performance in Bundesliga enough to make people think Leverkusen deserve to become a champion in any league. If Leverkusen was qualify for Champions League, it would be a damn good fight.

Leverkusen played an amazing first leg away against Roma and they didnt allow much chances for Roma to score and i think this will be the key in the second leg aswell. Roma will surely go on all out attack in Germany but i think Leverkusen can win with counter attacks and reach the final. Leverkusen will probobly win all the trophies i dont see anyone winning against them.

In the second leg, Leverkusen will continue to remain unbeaten this season, because Leverkusen certainly won't want to lose in the second leg, even by just one goal. Even though losing by one goal can also send Leverkusen to the final of the Europa League this season, Leverkusen will definitely try to hold Roma to a draw in the second leg so that Leverkusen will feel more satisfied when they enter the final. And regarding trophies this season, I am also quite sure that Leverkusen can get two more trophies at the end of this season, namely the DFB trophy and also the Europa League trophy.
