Sevilla played worse than ever this season. Looking at where they finished in the league does not always provide good statistics. The fact that Sevilla lost their last match in the league caused them to finish the league in a bad ranking. Actually, the points difference between them and their rivals is not that much.
But in general, we can say that they could not show the performance expected from them throughout the season Smiley
In the last two seasons, Sevilla's performance has looked bad, but I was quite surprised by their poor performance in La Liga they still won the Europa League title in the previous season, but unfortunately this season is different because Sevilla is not playing in the Europa League, maybe if Sevilla returns to playing in the Europa League, it won't be It can be ascertained whether they will win the title again or not because their performance is decreasing with the change of coach making Sevilla's performance uncertain. Who knows when Sevilla will be able to play in international tournaments. If they can't improve their performance for next season then there is no chance of playing in the competition EUFA.

At least they have to reshuffle their players and recruit more players because I think they are starting to fall behind with La Liga competition getting tighter while other clubs are trying to recruit players by improving their performance so as not to be left behind by other clubs but the coach factor is also a determining factor in maximizing the performance of the players. If the players cannot be relied on by the coach then the club will not be able to progress.

Poor Sevilla; they got absolutely HAMMERED this season. They got financially RAPED after that Europa League win. To keep the lights on, they had to sell off their big names.  They're lucky they didn't get sent back to the Segunda. This team really needs to be rebuilt from scratch. Man, they need to get back to basics. Sevilla can come back better than ever if they have the right plan and the right players. I believe in them, man, even though the road ahead will be long and hard
Sevilla who have been a very great team when playing in the European League, of course surprised all of us with what happened to them this season, Sevilla this season was not able to show their best performance in the Champions League and also La Liga, so they were unable to end the season in the Europa League this season in the La Liga standings,  Sevilla will miss next season in European competitions and of course it will be quite sad for those who have been a team that has performed quite well when playing in the Europa League.

The number of European trophies currently owned by Sevilla is of course proof of how tough they have been so far, but their performance that has suddenly dropped drastically is of course quite surprising for us at this time, because indeed so far Sevilla has been able to maintain their performance and so far we know that they are a team that is indeed quite stable and does not have problems that are able to make their performance decrease.

I never think Leverkusen can match their unbeaten record next season, but everyone can expect logical things about them next season. Xabi Alonso has a big responsibility to maintain his team's performance, this is the most difficult challenge I imagine for him next season.
It is very difficult to maintain the success that has been achieved, every time a new season rolls around there will always be an increase in competition and different performances displayed. However, I still believe Leverkusen will be the toughest competitor for Bayern Munich and Dortmund next season because they still maintain the squad that has won trophies this season and will likely bring in new players to add to the team's strength. Xabi Alonso responsibilities will be even heavier next season because Leverkusen will play in the Champions League, the level of competition which is more competitive than the Europa League means that Leverkusen must perform optimally if they want to survive longer in this most prestigious competition.

Leverkusen have surprised everyone this season and won the league title with a brilliant performance. There were some stronger opponents in the German league but no team did well against them which is why they ended up going undefeated and securing the title. Their unbeaten run this season will undoubtedly give them confidence going into the season ahead. If they continue this form next season, it is possible to do well against the other strong teams, including Bayern Munich, and beat those teams.

A tough challenge is definitely waiting for the manager in the upcoming season. Hope the manager is ready and the manager's boys are also ready to do something great in the upcoming matches.
Although I have the same thoughts as you but there is a small doubt in my heart about Bayer Leverkusen, where he might have the same fate as Napoli, the previous season Napoli was also on fire they could be said to be very good in the Serie A league to be in the past season with very good dominance, even the Milan team could not keep up with what Napoli brought last season because they were much more consistent and very good performance.

Is this likely to be repeated in Bayer Leverkusen in the season he will be in the champions league because yesterday he got an extraordinary victory and with his unbeaten status, I am very proud of that for Xabi Alonso, but how will he be next season will it be that strong again or even more? because we see that many of his competitors are preparing themselves and strengthening their troops much better than before, maybe what Napoli feels will also be felt by Leverkusen? this niggles in my little heart.

I don't think that Leverkusen will end up like Napoli last season in the next coming season. The reason why I said this is that, there was a problem that made Napoli performance to drop and they started struggling on winning matches. Which is the absence of Spalletti, who left the club for Italy national team, and different coach took over who found it difficult to understand the players.
That's it. Spalletti decided to left from napoli after he helped partinopei to won serie a trophy. it's kinda different with xabi alonso. He was still there on leverkusen, xabi alonso has snubbed a lot of offers to him. This thing is the main different between napoli's case compared to the leverkusen.
The decision making by spalletti to step down as napoli's coach has impacted player's performance in the club.

Xabi Alonso is still the coach of Leverkusen and nothing changes, which means that he can strengthen the club's performance better than last season because he knows that he has a big challenge ahead of him. Playing in the Champions League is quite big for Alonso. He might not be able to maintain his unbeaten record but he will do better next season.
Yeah, he missed this. That's why leverkusen can be compared to the napooli. UCL is gonna be the real test for leverkusen. Xabi failed in europa league. UCL is gonna be even tougher than facing atalanta on the final of europa league.
Leverkusen is stepping up now.

La Liga is definitely one of the most challenging league in football, always know the pressuring momentum of these elite teams, and aiming for the big lead. Sevilla that was consider elite team escape relegation last season and their performance was rated very poor and not encouraging. For clarity, Sevilla stats last season, 10W 11D 17L and it's consider poor. Sevilla season was rough because they've failed to meet up the require expectations as usual and we know about the concerning issues arising.
One of the reasons behind Sevilla's worsening performance is because this team changes coaches too often. They don't give the coach much time to adapt and make the club improve. So I wouldn't be surprised if last season Sevilla really got bad results. Both in UCL and in Laliga. But Sevilla can still be expected to recover in the coming season. Because this team can actually be a very strong team if it is in optimal conditions. And the proof is that in the 2022-23 season we will see Sevilla succeed in winning the European League title. And that is the time when this team will rise. But unfortunately Sevilla at that time lost another good coach and well the result was like what happened last season.

Napoli's mistake was that they lost the coach who brought Napoli to win the Scudetto last season, that's why things are different with Leverkusen where Xabi Alonso is still being retained because his potential to make Leverkusen become the strongest team in Europe could be realized in the next few seasons, can't see the ability of a team from just one season as an unbeatable team in the domestic league yesterday, however, Xabi Alonso will definitely correct every mistake he made, including the defeat against Atalanta yesterday.

Xabi Alonso's ability will also be seen later in the UCL, especially if they meet Atalanta again there in the same group, it might be better, their failure to win the UEL this season is clearly an achievement that cannot be called a failure, it's only natural that they lost it, not all teams can survive all the time just to be an unbeatable team, next season Leverkusen will be a stronger team than last season, ahead of the upcoming new season xabi alonso must be able to recruit several new players to make this team even better than last season.
Yes hopefully Xabi can indeed give the best to Leverkusen in the next season because he did not leave Bayer Leverkusen like the Napoli coach, some people are very positive about Leverkusen if it can really improve and avenge the disappointment of yesterday's final in the UEL, this is very annoying because there is even an upset that everyone thinks that Leverkusen will get that victory but the fact is not, they just smile and return to the barracks, I lost money on bets on the final.

But if Xabi is that good if he stays at Bayer Leverkusen then Leverkusen are likely to improve tremendously, like a flower blooming and growing in the ruins of the bad old days, I'd love to see them do well in the champions league next season.

If they are in the same group as Atalanta will Xabi get his revenge for yesterday's defeat, it will be fun to watch, however the Leverkusen and Atalanta match has an aura of unfinished business since the final, I'm worried about that.

In fact, when Sevilla last managed to get the Europa League trophy, basically Sevilla had bad results in La Liga. Unfortunately, Sevilla success in winning the Europa League trophy was still unable to make Sevilla have a better performance in the following season. So yes, even though Sevilla is a team that has had great achievements in the Europa League, but that doesn't mean that Sevilla will continue to be successful in the Europa League. With Sevilla's failure in the last season in La Liga and in the Europa League then of course, Sevilla really has to be able to make improvements at this moment. Because this might give Sevilla another good chance next season, of course to be able to compete in the top zone in the La Liga standings and to get tickets to play in European competitions.
They have to improve now, they have sunk so deep that they have been a bad looking team lately. They don't need to think about the European League or other competitions, they can focus on their performance and can play well in La Liga, I think that could be the first step they can take now. Actually, they are one of the teams that I am considering, it is proven that if they play well they can compete at the top like they did in the previous 2 seasons.
They don't have to rush, they can slowly solve the problems they are currently facing one by one. I'm sure if they are serious about solving them one by one, then they will become a very solid team. In the European League they are one of the most successful teams, they must see that as motivation for them to be even better. The good record they have achieved can be an encouragement to make them improve.

Sevilla needs time to rebalancing its financial. The big debt has forced sevilla do get rid a lot of its important players. You guys shall not expect big from sevilla because it will not be happening.

Give sevilla more time to rebuild their club again. They will able to perform as good as before.

Sevilla is the team with the most titles in the European League, they have managed to win the European League 7 times and that makes them the team that has won the most times. This season they are not here because their poor form means they cannot compete for at least a place to go to the Europa League in the Champions League group stages. That was their failure, because if they were in the Europa League maybe this would be a different story.

Sometimes I feel strange when I see their performance in the European League, because it is a very different performance from their performance in the domestic league, in fact they have been champions many times and are considered the rulers of the European League, just like Real Madrid are considered the rulers. Champions League. However, the difference is that Real Madrid has a performance that is as good as their performance in La Liga, but I see Sevilla as a different team.

Well there are not the first to experience such and if the management are really serious in building back their team then the drawing board is a must for them as they need to go back and recheck and resrategize to actually get positive results this coming new season, and where I think they need to improve most is their league performance and having a strong academy in such situation can be of great help in actually rebuilding this team.

Sevilla fate last season was very tragic, they finished in 14th place in the La Liga standings, and failed miserably in the Champions League group stage, if they finished in third place group B their chances of progressing smoothly in the European League are quite big. The financial crisis was one of the factors behind Sevilla decline, perhaps their performance would have been worse if they had not recruited Ramos.

Sevilla can usually show a different performance when playing in the Europa League, even though they play poorly in domestic competitions, that's how they become kings of this competition. The transfer window has opened, it seems they can't do much to build squad depth, but they still have a chance to fix the problem by promoting more talented young players in their squad.

Keeping up with the surprise is going to be their biggest challenge because it's usually easy to pull up a good performance at once in a season at a time when people probably least expected but maintain it and continuing with such energy at such pase has always been the biggest challenge most teams and coaches have been faced with over the years and I'm hoping not with Leverkusen. Though their confidence may look like it's at its peak currently but then they still need to be sure they are not Ina position where they are becoming relaxed and will be taken by surprise in the beginning of the season.

Both the team and the manager by now should be aware of the fact that they now have so much attention on them and what it means is that they have to make sure they don't look any less or drop the glory been given them due to their performance in the last season. Hopefully Bayer Leverkusen will be able to keep up with all that will come at them in the coming Season but they should know it's not going to be any easier than it was in the last season, rather expecting the worse should be something they should put to consideration so they don't get to be taken by surprise at the time when things begin to unravel.

Yes, you are right, Sevilla need time to make them play better after the decline they experienced, this happened because of the problems they were facing so it affected their performance. Sevilla is actually a club that can compete, but they also have to get financial support to enable them to maintain their performance, which is something they haven't gotten now after this problem came to them.

because in the European League itself, they are the club that can be said to be the most successful, having won the European League 7 times and that is the most titles since the start of the European League. I hope they can recover quickly and return to playing in competitions, be it domestic or wider competitions. However, next season they will certainly not be in European competition, although that is disappointing, they have to take the bright side, namely that they can focus on domestic competitions.

Bayer Leverkusen was opportune to win the Europa League title but shocking thrashed by Atalanta. Impressive results will go a long way for the club that have worked really hard. There's always a reward that awaits these consistent clubs when it comes to major tournaments. Why don't you classified Bayer Leverkusen as elite team?  They've done everything up to this standards, and the headcoach, Xabi Alonso is promising and straight when it comes to major achievement.

Atalanta indeed did more than I expected at most that surprise win against Liverpool at Anfield. They cut short the hopes of having a Liverpool versus Bayern Leverkusen finals and they didn't just end halfway, they went ahead to win the competition in a fine style trashing Bayern Leverkusen and giving football fans around the world the shocker. Shout out to Ademola Lookman as he helped his side lift that trophy after his solid performance with them.

People can see Bayern Leverkusen the way they want and that's fine. Maybe they're not a complete elite aide, they should be able to do it consistently maybe, then we can rate them that high, but damnit! They did the invisible in the best and a fine style.

Considering how Erik Ten Hag has been involved with finals in the past few years ( You can go see his stats ) I'm rooting for Manchester United to win the European Europa League Competition next season. You think so too?

Per Emerick Aubameyang was broken as his side couldn't make it to the finals after his contribution last season. He was highest goal scorer in that Competition,Yeah?

Is this likely to be repeated in Bayer Leverkusen in the season he will be in the champions league because yesterday he got an extraordinary victory and with his unbeaten status, I am very proud of that for Xabi Alonso, but how will he be next season will it be that strong again or even more? because we see that many of his competitors are preparing themselves and strengthening their troops much better than before, maybe what Napoli feels will also be felt by Leverkusen? this niggles in my little heart.

What Sevilla experienced last season have to be one of their worse as they were much more better than that in their previous season and expectations on them was definitely above that which they did, it's such that almost no one would believe they will have to struggle with relegation, before now they used to be considered a relatively good team who where definitely above average in the la Liga but they can't be see as a proper elite team neither were they such a terrible team at the moment, it was really surprising how it happened that Sevilla had such a poor performance last season.

When Barcelona was almost looking like they were even going to finish far below the top position, there were some forms of panic until they were able to get back on their feet and were able to finish in a very good form and position on the table but then again Sevilla never was able to recover their poor form after they failed to be able to be at the top four or five on the table, they started of poorly and later appeared like they were improving in only to still end the season at a very terrible position, they didn't get to have a decent finish at the end of the season.
