At first I didn't expect Ajax to get win like this because even though I believe Ajax can play well, their chances of winning are still not that big, but they managed to do it and made everyone happy to see them beat Maccabi.
Most surprising thing for me is their good performance in the Europa League and now they are in second place in 4 match showing 3 win with 1 draw, yesterday big win 5 - 0 from Maccabi was quite fun game to watch.

But, partially due to Tottenham playing with 10 men from the 60th minute, they did their job pretty well and jumped to third place in the table.

Galatasaray performed much better when Tottenham still had all 11 players on the pitch and closed the first half with a 3-1 lead. Osimhen once again showed everyone why he’s one of the world’s top strikers. After the 60th minute, even though Tottenham was down to 10 players, they managed to reduce the deficit to 1 and had chances to earn points in the match.

Yeah indeed Galatasaray played quite well comparing to Tottenham Hotspur regardless of the number of players in the field.
Spurs couldn't hold the draw more than 13 minutes before Osimhen knocked them out by two successive goals. I think finding Galatasaray playing in UEFA Europa League is more interesting than having them in UEFA Champions League where even the top clubs struggle to collect points.
By the way even Europa League is hard when you see the names of the teams playing there Wink

This was a great opportunity for Manchester United and Ruud Van Nistelrooy to secure their first convincing win in the UEFA Europa League this season, and I had a strong feeling it would be an easy victory for them, especially with the match being played at Old Trafford. I was right: Manchester United dominated the game from the first half. Although they were slightly sluggish in the second half, it didn’t impact the outcome, as they emerged victorious with a 2-0 scoreline in favor of the Reds.

Manchester United actually did won the game and had their first victory in the Europa and for Van Nestelroy, literally Manchester united is going to be able  gradually do well in the performance and they will have a potential chance at the trophy by the end of the season especially as they have got this new improvement and the new coach  they are getting is gradually showing the will do better. in the game against PAOK  Manchester united wasn't doing sluggishly in the second half they did better and even dominated.

[...]

The first half of Manchester United's match against POAK was quite boring because goals weren't scored. I was irritated with Manchester United's attackers from the start of the match because they could score a lot of goals against POAK, who haven't been playing well this season and lost two of their league games to weak teams. In the Europa League, they looked stronger against Manchester United, and if it were Chelsea, I'm sure they would score a lot of goals against POAK. However, Amad Dialo's two goals for Manchester United in less than 30 seconds helped them turn this around and win the game in the second half.

It looks like I'll take a few weeks off. I was quite disappointed with this week's Champions League results, and after seeing how many big teams lost, I'm thinking maybe we're just watching a match that was fixed. Unexpectedly big teams lose in the biggest tournament.

If you're going by that narrative that some of those matches were fixed, you have to also talk about how Man City and Real Madrid's recent games have been fixed. Last weekend, all of the teams in the top 3 of the EPL were down 0-1 by teams they were not fit enough to win them — in that time, there were rumors being spread about that weekend games being fixed. Arsenal and City ended up losing while Liverpool turned it around.

I know there's match fixing, but sometimes, these big teams are just struggling, nothing more.

As for Man Utd's game — I slept off in the first half due to how boring it got. A team like that (POAK) shouldn't be able to hold them off but United lately pulled off a win and I think that matters.

Looking at the line-up that has come out now there is no De Ligt and Rashford because it looks like van Nistelrooy still wants to try to optimize Lindelof and Garnacho but actually this will not be a problem because these two players are also still quite good especially in flexibility issues.

Manchester United's target should be 3 points for now because looking at the 3 matches they have played the draw in the end did not bring them towards a good thing so it is quite important for Manchester United at this time to get 3 points so that their conditions can still be in a fairly good zone.

Van Nistelrooy's debut match also against Leicester was still quite good so there is a big hope of course that van Nistelrooy is currently carrying even though his position is still only interim but I think the responsibility given to him is still able to answer with 3 points because after all this is still important for the continuation of van Nistelrooy's career.
The problem is that I would understand no rashford and instead using garnacho, that makes sense and I am fine with that. But is De Ligt really an issue? Whenever he plays, he plays very well and I believe he is a great player, there is really no reason that would not happen. I believe instead of Lindelof he can use De Ligt and it would still work fine, doesn't feel like it would be a wrong decision.

In any case, United has a brighter future, they are going to get Amorim and when they get him they will do better, Ruud is meaning well and trying his best but he is just not as good of a manager as Amorim, obviously. So when the time comes and Amorim arrives, we are going to see United do better, only a few days left now, of course early games may not be that great but with time we are going to see him settle in and see all players and make better decisions and improve the team for sure. We will see United finish top ten once again, and next season will be much better.

To be honest I feel Van Nistelrooy wants everyone to play football and not just using same set of players in every match. That is the reason he rotates some of the players. Something ten hag didn’t do. He only rotates players base on a player’s injury. Van rotating the players will also help him know whom to put in the starting lineup and who to use as substitute. And the players are really enjoying it.

With Amorim I know there’ll be so much excitement with the players. And any player who doesn’t fit his style of play and isn’t having playing time should be sold then get in players who are needed

This is a very good opportunity for the Red devils to get their very first convincing winning in the UEFA Europa League this season as you said, let's watch and see what will play out in that match however am expecting Manchester United to win this match without any stress.

The Old Trafford public can be confident that Manchester United have a chance to win. On paper, yes, Manchester United are predicted to win but PAOK come to Manchester United not to lose. That's what the coach has instilled in the PAOK players.
Nistelrooy wants to help Manchester United to get points while he is leading Manchester United. In the Europa League against, Nistelrooy really wants to prove that he is worthy of being a coach and against PAOK is not an easy job because in Super League 1, PAOK is a team that is very productive in scoring goals.

This was a great opportunity for Manchester United and Ruud Van Nistelrooy to secure their first convincing win in the UEFA Europa League this season, and I had a strong feeling it would be an easy victory for them, especially with the match being played at Old Trafford. It seems that Ruud van Nistelrooy wants to experiment with formations, so he no longer uses the starters like in their last match against Chelsea. However, considering the tight schedule, this could also have been done simply to rotate the squad, so that the players have more time to rest, and also minimize the potential for injury.

Man United have never won in the Europa League and all three of their matches ended in a draw. This time they have a good chance to win for the first time. This time they have a good chance to win for the first time as their opponent is not a big team and they will also be playing at home. Besides that, Man United also seems to have good motivation (the impact of Ten Hag's dismissal).
Instead of saying experimenting I prefer to say that this is part of the rotation carried out by van Nistelrooy because after all the busy schedule will clearly make the situation uncontrollable especially Manchester United's current performance is not doing well so he tries more by maximizing backup players who are better prepared so that victory can be obtained and players are not too shortened.

But this rotation seems quite successful even though there are indeed some things that van Nistelrooy still needs to fix but in the end 3 points they managed to get and this is the first 3 points after 4 matches taking place in the Europa League which makes Manchester United's hopes a little open.

2 matches with 2 wins obtained by van Nisterlrooy is a good result because now they only need to focus on the EPL considering this is an important thing because their focus is certainly still in the EPL to make their position more feasible in the standings.

There were several things that Tottenham could not apply in this match, especially for defense and poor passing which in the end it was detrimental to themselves and indeed Galatasaray appeared with a better scheme in this match.

In addition, the inclusion of Solanke was actually too late in my opinion even though he could be a good thing if Tottenham entered him earlier because indeed their momentum was still there but it was slowly lost when they lost 1 player which made their intensity in pursuing the goal margin hampered.
The first defeat for Tottenham in the league phase but it does not make their position uncomfortable because after all the good starting capital in the previous 3 wins keeps them in a favorable position even though this defeat is a bit regrettable.

I think Tottenham are in a good form but I don't think Postecoglou will rest some of his key players in this match so I still picked Tottenham to win my bet. And yes, the result was a loss for my bet, if I had known and realized Postecoglou would play such second string players then of course I might have avoided betting on this match or maybe just went for the over 2.5 goals option but yes, the result has happened, I just didn't expect Tottenham to lose this match. Because statistically Galatasaray also has good dominance, so it is indeed appropriate for Galatasaray to win at home.

I didn't expect the match to finish in the way it did, Tottenham actually tried as when I was watching the game, it was Galatasaray that was dominating and had lots of attempts at the goal. At the end of the match and I saw that Tottenham were able to score 2 goals and almost equalized the game then I knew that Tottenham have really improved from the way they use to be. Lankshear getting that red card and Tottenham going down to 10 men while there was still few minutes left to play contributed to Tottenham not being able to complete their comeback. If the game ended with Tottenham having equal players, we might have seen Tottenham score another goal at least.

The way they are perform and the way they are in matches they will win this UEFA cup with any hope.  Although I used to favor Manchester United, their current poor perform and record has weak them. I don't give importance to the coach because Manchester United can play this game, any weakest coach can tell them how to play because of which they can be smart and strong.  But it also involves the hard work of the player who are not using it.

We are also wait for them to come soon and play good matches to see us because other teams like Manchester United are not make us happy by watch them play poorly. It is an improvement because they must have thought about it. That why they are take so much time but I do not think anyone else should do it. It will be difficult because it is not a quick job but they will try to fix it as soon as possible.

Manchester United's results have picked up since the departure of Erik ten Hag. Still plenty of room for development, but at least very positive work is in progress. And when Ruben Amorim arrives, the optimism for Manchester United to get back to winning ways has increased even more. He is recognized as a coach capable of consolidating the mindset and quality within the team—the one to confirm that with great performance registered at Sporting CP.

If Amorim can put in place a style of play that is strong and tactical and bring out the best from every individual, United stands a great chance of getting back to its glory days. Success in the Premier League or Europe may not come immediately, but a strong foundation can be laid under his guidance. I am sure supporters of United hope that this change will bring some stability and with it confidence, making the club a top contender.

Take it or leave it, Osimhen is a clinical finisher and a key player to watch out for in the couple of years to come. I hope his coming to Galatasaray was the best decision to his career for now. I wish to see him in top European or Spanish clubs soon. His impact would have been felt the more especially to the world. In yesterday's match, I gave him the man of the match for his ability to always capitalize on errors coming from the defense and scoring two goals in less than 10 minutes.

First goal was in the 31st minute while the second one was scored in the 38th minute securing the club with 3 goals over 2 at the end of the match. Although Tottenham Spurs were strong enough to cancel two goals even when they later got minus one player. It wasn't just an easy ride for the Galatasaray side.

Everyone is just giving Galatasaray all the appraisal without caring about how the Tottenham team also tried their best in the match just that their effort was not enough to at least earn them a draw. Tottenham still managed to score a goal even when they were reduced to 10 men after W. Lankshear got a red card in the 60 minute and if not for the red card, they would have ended in draw but the red card really affected them a lot. Tottenham's defense disappointed them in the first half so it was difficult for them to turn things around in the second half and due to the pressure from the Galatasaray team led to the red card W. Lankshear got. However, Victor Osimhen was very active for Galatasaray and i must say the club is lucky to have such a great striker in their squad even though he may not play in the team for long considering the fact he is there on a loan deal.

But after all, in reality Erik ten Hag still failed and even though he managed to make Manchester United get a trophy but Erik ten Hag was still fired.

The thing is that TenHag did practically nothing, just look at the results that MU has now in comparison to how it developed in the PL, it got to 14th place, and that was enough for the board to react so that they wouldn't continue their decline, practically what Ten Hag won is not something really significant, he only saved his ass for a while, then his time to leave finally came because for me they prolonged it too much and they paid for it with the position they have now, the good thing is that any coach that arrives will do much better than Ten Hag.

The ironic thing is that Manchester United was too desperate to win a trophy that they became ignorant from the truth even when Cristiano Ronaldo spoke about Ten Hag, at that time he was hated by some of the fans but I guess we can say now, they all see the truth. Ruud van Nistelrooy has been doing well getting their first European league win after a long while. Though there are still much work to do here and Ruben Amorim will be having a difficult tasks.

M. United can now breath without fear of losing their next match, unlike during Ten Hag's time that you cannot confidently bet on Manchester united and believe that they will win the game when playing with an average team, talkmore of a strong team. I will put all the blame on the management, because they were sikent for so long giving Ten Hag more time to destroy the club's performance and reputation. Van Nistelrooy is reviving the club and we can tell from their performance.

Truth be told, there have been some positive changes in the Manchester United team since the exit of Eric Ten Haag and this is the reason why a coach plays an important role in the performance of a team. Had it been Ten Haag was sacked earlier, United would have been revived long time ago but the club keeps on giving him the benefits to improve but yet things were already getting worst before they took the final decision of relieving him of his duty. I think the club is in a good shape right now because since Eric Ten Haag was sacked, I don't think they have lost any game yet so it's really a welcome development and good Job to Van Nistelrooy the club's Interim coach. I think the management of Manchester United should give Van Nistelrooy more than if he can fully revive the team then they can just automatically convert him to become the team's head coach instead of looking for another coach again.

Ten Hag has stepped down from Manchester United and Manchester United have given a new manager to their club and that manager is Amorim. Manchester United will want to forget about the team's poor performance so far and start fresh under a new manager. Ten Hag has been unable to do anything to catch up for Manchester United so now every United fan is looking to Amorim to see how much success this manager can bring to their team. Since there is no opportunity to change players in this season, the current manager has to plan with this player. If the club gives this manager a chance, then this manager can buy the players he likes and organize the team in the next season, so the situation of Manchester United can change.

Manchester United management has given Ten Hag a long time and opportunity. Large funding was provided to Ten Hag to form squads. But ten Hag couldn't build a strong squad despite spending a lot of money. Manchester United's performance this season has also been very poor. So naturally the expectations of Manchester United fans on Amorim are high.

Amorim may not be a very experienced coach. But he is very talented. Amorim will definitely need to find Manchester United's weaknesses. And yet the bonding between the players must be kept strong. Manchester United's performance will be somewhat stable if the bonding between Manchester United's players is strong.

Interestingly, anytime I think about it this makes no sense, but Galatasaray has Victor Osimhen. Which means they have easier time scoring and that helps them a lot. Obviously they have Icardi too, but that would be just a "good" level, like it's definitely good to have Icardi, that dude is a great one touch scorer, but they have Osimhen as well, who even though scored two goals yesterday, missed maybe another 2-3 chances as well.

So we can easily say that Galatasaray can do fine here, they were already somewhere like last sixteen or quarter finals last season after dropping from UCL, and that was without Osimhen, now add him into this calculation and you can see why they are doing better and doing fine which makes sense.

I agree with you. Man United lacks clinical finishing, and maybe if they had that, I think they could have scored more goals. Now we just have to wait to see whether Amorim will be able to fix this deficiency, or he might need to sign a new striker. There were rumors that Amorim would bring Viktor Gyökeres with him, and if you look at how the striker played against Man City, it seems like he is a potential striker, and he might shine even brighter if he gets the chance to play with a big team.

Since Ten Hag left the team, the mood in the team seems to have improved, perhaps the players also saw him as the reason for the poor results. Amorim will most likely try to take with him some important players that he is used to working with. Amorim's work at Sporting is impressive. I am even a little surprised that Sporting decided to let him go, but in the end it is just a game and they received good compensation for this transfer. Now Amorim will be expected to do great things for Manchester United.
Amorim could be the answer or vice versa. The same hope we have seen in the past when Erik Ten Hag first coached Manchester United. All the challenges are still the same for Amorim to fix the problems. What is clear is that the competition in the Premier League is very different from the Portuguese League so he is aware of this and tries to measure the extent of his quality as a coach.
Ten Hag has stepped down from Manchester United and Manchester United have given a new manager to their club and that manager is Amorim. There are those who believed in Ten Hag despite all the results but in reality Ten Hag actually failed and sacking him is the best thing for the club. Since he was sacked the team have been performing better than when he was around and they were even able to win their fist Europa League match, they were able to secure a point against in form Chelsea and also they now look a team ready to challenge and reclaim their place and all this achieved with an interim manager.

Ten Hag won trophies but not convincingly, the team’s performance was not really impressive despite winning the trophies and it even seem like the team performance was declining so the board made the right decision.

I know Tottenham rested some of their key players for this game. Despite that, Galatasaray played great last night and showed the whole of Europe that they are one of the teams capable of winning the UEFA Europa League. I was especially happy with Osimhen's performance. If he had been a bit luckier, he could have scored a hat-trick.
